Falta de respeito com horário avisando que será desmarcado com menos de uma hora para a consulta, mesmo após confirmação no dia anterior, tanto por telefone quanto por SMS enviado pela clínica. Edit: Entendo que existam urgências, e sou solidário com tais casos. Não teria avaliado desta forma se não fosse algo recorrente e comum em vosso estabelecimento.

Eu sou paciente da clinica desde 2014, sempre tivemos problemas com a espera para consultar ou as vezes surgia cirurgia de emergencia, mas valeu a pena todas as vezes que consultei, o atendimento é excelente, e depois de 12 ortopedistas, nunca achei um tão atencioso e que solucionasse meus problemas com facilidade, melhor médico que já passei, Dr Cristovam Miguel Neto. Fica as minhas 5 estrelas a essa clinica.

Horrible, no organization at all, I arrived early because my exam was on a first-come, first-served basis, they didn't include me in the system and 3 people passed ahead of me, the exam that was supposed to be at 8am started almost 9am, making me late at work.

Minha esposa foi muito bem atendida, clínica totalmente capacitada e equipada. Dr Cristovam Neto foi ótimo, atendeu muito bem, com paciência e explicou tudo. Solicitou alguns exames que foram realizados aqui na própria clínica agilizando o diagnóstico.

Péssimo! NÃO INDICO JAMAIS! Cancelam as consultas marcadas por diversas vezes. Foram 4 remarcações e na quinta agenda desmarcaram comigo de novo! Fiquei mais de 1 mês nessa situação. Falta de consideração total.

Sou paciente do Dr Cristovam desde 2012, faço acompanhamento anual por conta da escoliose, há alguns meses atrás descobri uma hérnia na cervical. Estou há 2 meses tentando passar em consulta, mas sempre quando chega na data do agendamento eu sou comunicada em cima da hora que o doutor não poderá atender. Na última vez, um dia antes da minha consulta a clínica confirmou, no dia seguinte entrou em contato desmarcando. Se tornou muito difícil a comunicação pelo telefone, demora para alguém atender e dificilmente responder no whats. É uma pena, mas vou procurar outro especialista.

Estou, há tempos, tentando contato por telefone e só dá ocupado. A única vez que atendeu e ouvi a gravação, fiquei pendurada até a linha cair... mandei mensagem no whats e sequer a leram... Lamentável!!!

Funcionários muito atenciosos, em especial a Karina, e dr Bruno Dias é um ortopedista excelente, muito qualificado, atencioso, preocupado com o paciente e atualizado! So tenho a agradecer !

Sou paciente da clínica desde 2005, na época era dr. Cristovam pai rsrs. Desde 2018 passo com dr. Cristovam Neto, o cara é fera! Depois de passar por 5 médicos na minha cidade, encontrei o melhor médico para tratar minha escoliose. Operei em 2018, meu organismo rejeitou aos enxertos e eu precisei do doutor que em todas as vezes me atendeu de prontidão, tanto por WhatsApp como pessoalmente, até eu operar novamente 17 dias depois. Devo tudo à ele. No começo também ficava chateada por ele cancelar as consultas na hora, mas depois de provar do meu próprio veneno, ele me mostrou que eu estava errada, pois quando eu mais precisei, lá estava dr Cristovam cancelando os pacientes dele para me operar às pressas. Admiro como profissional e como pessoa e recomendo para todo mundo.

I went to the clinic a few times to see orthopedic doctors, but this morning I went to do some laboratory tests and was surprised by the space and the receptiveness of the staff. Very helpful and attentive, as are the doctors in consultation. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Service at reception is wonderful, the girls are understanding and competent, I am a patient of Dr Carlos Rodrigo Barbosa, he is the best trauma orthopedist I know; he has been taking care of my hand for 10 years, I wouldn't change this professional for anything
