Amazing food vendors. Awesome stores. Great foods. Wasn't too crowded but it was still crowded on a Friday afternoon. The entire market was surprisingly clean. But the bathrooms were not, especially in the men's bathroom. It is a public area so no surprise. Each vendor has their own unique type of foods as well. The clam chowder is excellent from any of the vendors. Didn't have a bad experience with any of the clam chowder. The lobster rolls were great but expect to pay $30+ for lobster rolls. The seafood here is expensive. Expect to spend easily over $50 for food. Overall, a cool place to check out but don't forget to budget in the parking lot fee if you're on a budget.

A great fun spot with live entertainment, lots of shops for accessories, Boston gifts and food (Chowda, seafood, sandwiches, ice cream etc). Lots of parks and historical sites are close by too, making it a great place to stop by. When we went, there was a live dance and magic show. There is also a dinosaur ride here which is exciting and fun for kids. If you want to buy Boston gifts, the stalls are cheaper for shirts and caps (but variable prices) while the shops have more options.

Faneuil Hall Marketplace is a legendary food court with quote a variety of offerings. Highly recommended! Photos of vendors included in my review. Of course it’s called a tourist trap, but it’s a great one.

The Faneuil Hall is a beautiful historic edifice in downtown Boston with amazing architecture. However, what made our visit unforgettable was an outstanding street show in front of it, by the Samuel Adams statue. It lasts around half an hour, and is by far the best street show I've ever seen. Great humor and performing.

Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston proved to be a winter wonderland during my recent visit, despite the icy and snowy conditions that enveloped the city. The historic charm of the marketplace, coupled with the festive atmosphere, created a magical experience. Navigating through the cobblestone streets and historic buildings adorned with twinkling lights, I discovered a bustling hub of activity. The market's diverse array of shops and eateries offered a warm respite from the chilly weather outside. From sipping hot cocoa to indulging in local treats, the marketplace became a delightful refuge from the winter elements. The Quincy Market building, with its iconic architecture, provided shelter from the snowfall while offering an eclectic mix of shops and food stalls. Even in the midst of wintry conditions, street performers and lively crowds added an energetic vibe to the scene. Faneuil Hall Marketplace's ability to transform into a festive haven, even in icy weather, showcases its timeless appeal. It's not just a shopping destination; it's an immersive experience that weaves together history, culture, and the resilience of Bostonians in the face of winter's embrace.

This is always a fun stop for souvenirs and a meal. Paying something like $30 to park left us kinda wondering. Then the place was deserted. This is after Massachusetts lifted mask mandates. We walked around and bought some typical Boston stuff to bring back. The days of $15 lobsters are clearly over now. Seemed like a lot of places were closed for good. 😠

Boston’s Faneuil Hall Marketplace sets on Freedom Trail close to the Custom House. Certainly a cool place with numerous food vendors inside and an array of good street performers that makes it entertaining to eat and shop for tourist trinkets and collectibles. If you like a variety of foods go to Faneuil Hall.

Great outdoor shopping & indoor food court! Outdoor shopping -- boutiques & brand name stores to choose from... Individual musicians & vendors are located in various spots for entertainment & purchases. Quincy Market is the indoor food court & there are quite a few awesome things to choose from: seafood, clam chowder, baked goods/pastries, fried chicken, burgers... You name it & it's there! Seating is first come, first serve, wherever there's an open spot!

When we arrived in Boston the first thing we wanted was seafood. The hotel concierge recommended Neptune's Oyster Bar. This place was perfect! We had the oyster piggybacks and they were a wonderful combination of unexpected flavors. My wife doesn't really care for fried oysters and she loved them. We also had the lobster roll (hot with butter). The food was fantastic and the atmosphere as well. We loved this place and it was a perfect introduction to Boston seafood.

Beautiful spot right near the marina. So much food choices and things to do. Can’t wait to go back. You have live entertainment. There was a lady playing the violin and she was amazing. Another groups was dancing and hyping up the crowd. Had some pizza and some Lobster Bisque that was so so good! There were vendors selling jewelry, shirts, toys and more.

My favorite place to go in Boston. We went late after returning from a trip to Spectacle Island so most of the food options were closed. Ice cream of course still available! Still always fun to walk around a bit and enjoy the scene. Definitely was a very good singer / guitar player performing which was nice. Best to go earlier in the day to enjoy all the many food options inside Quincy Market.

Experience a piece of Boston's history by visiting Faneuil Hall Marketplace. Its been open since the 1800s. Fair warning though. The food is not cheap. It's good. But it's not cheap.

This place was nice to visit had tons of variety in the food hall. Downside parking cost us over $40 for 3 hrs the most absurd thing ever! A ton of little kiosks to shop at. We walked around the city and to the park.

Once the scene of speeches from the likes of Samuel Adams and George Washington, Faneuil Hall is known as “the Cradle of Liberty” for its role in pre-Revolution America. Today, it’s a bustling marketplace with more than 100 specialty shops, restaurants and food vendors — as well as Boston’s tallest Christmas tree each holiday. Faneuil Hall Tip: The pedestrian-only streets around Faneuil Hall are always bustling, and even more so during lunchtime and during the Boston Marathon weekend. To see it in all its historical glory without the crowds, come during off hours (early morning or late afternoon) or brave the Boston winter, when the city is relatively quiet.

Love coming here on some weekends for the street performers. They are usually very talented and travel from around the world to come and perform here. We came on a Saturday and the weather was perfect! The whole area was full of people and felt good seeing everyone out and about. My wife, 3 daughters and I walked around and saw the first performer setting up. We were one of the first and found a pretty sweet view. The performer was called the Real McCoy. He was hilarious, engaging and entertaining. We loved him! You can tip any amount, however, his performance was cool so we tipped $20. After that show we walked around some more and saw another performer from Australia setting up. He was in an awkward spot of the plaza and was not gaining attention fast enough that he almost left due to the small crowd not being loud enough. Thankfully he ended up performing but he was not as good as the first. His jokes weren't too funny and he wasn't as engaging as the first as well. We tipped him $10 and kept walking around. We decided to leave but we noticed some good music and a big crowd so we squeezed in and saw a dance crew performing. They were awesome, funny, engaging and very talented! They had people from the crowd join and have funny dances and even one of them jumped over 6 people! After our little walk around we had spent $50 just on performers but it was all worth it. The kids loved it! I highly recommend coming here if the weather is good to just hang out and people watch.

Great! Many options to eat from. However, please be aware that this place is closing down and getting quite at around 7pm and many stores were already closed around that time. This was around 03/22/2022 when we went. The security mentioned that they're normally open until around 9pm, but due to the pandemic it's slowing down.

Really fun place to visit. Tons of shops and places to eat. Great, free place to sight see with the family. Often times there is live street entertainment outside. Be cautious of the restrooms, the stalls were all occupied with homeless people. 😔

Standard high-end and a few fun shops. Touristy, but worth a look for some interesting souvenirs. You'll have better luck finding unique gifts inside Quincy Market, at the cart vendors on either side of the food corridor.

This is a really cool place in Boston. They have so many food options. It’s like a food market. And the building is really nice. Only thing they don’t have enough seating options. The day we went it was very crowded we didn’t find any chair. Difficult to find parking near by. You have to park far and walk. But worth going there.

This is definitely a must see if you ever visit Boston. It is surrounded by a ton of history & has a ton of food inside. How can you go wrong with that? From fresh seafood like the hot butter lobster rolls, which are fantastic to pizza, sausage, oriental, BBQ, ice cream & so much more. You will definitely find something that you like!!!

Excellent market, very well located, with lots of food stores inside so you can choose different things to eat. It has stores on the sides that sell things from Boston as well. It has a sitting area where you can enjoy the food you buy and just relax a bit. If you go there for the first time, I recommend trying the lobster rolls, those are just awesome and there are a lot of places that sell them.

One of the best and must visit location of Boston! Go with your partner, family and friends. This place suites shopping, eating and seeing experiences of every individual. Also surrounded by various restaurants, brand stores, this heritage site is great during all the times of the year. It’s also home to huge Quincy Xmas tree. Take time out and visit it whenever in Boston. It’s near to Haymarket or Government Center via T.

What a great place to visit! It was busy and bustling with lots of booths offering different crafts and wares. Got some high quality Boston memorabilia here to bring back home with me. Better than all the cheap touristy stuff you could find elsewhere. Plus there's lots of history to look at after you shop!

I went in here as a quick stop since we were just there for a day through a cruise, but I highly enjoyed myself and was wonderfully surprised at how educational it was. I didn't realize Boston was such a big part of our American history in more ways than one. It's truly inspirational; the spirit of revolution lingers in the air. The marketplace has an old structure, but it's pretty modern. I liked that I didn't really see a lot of big franchises or big brand names. Highly recommend this as a stop while in town.

A good place for meeting up with friends? Or maybe that special someone and has a bit of everything that offers a vibrant atmosphere as well as the romantic one. I love the activities that are going on from people showcasing their talents to locals, having fun in a sense of activities maybe it is that include visitors. It's a very warm welcoming vibe that it gives off and it's one of my favorite places to visit while I'm in downtown Boston. In fact I can say that area in general is my favorite place to just be alone and think of with company. My favorite next to Wharfs Landing or Boston Inner Harbor.

I don't really see what the rave is. I had clam Chowder, it was thin with a lot of clams. The flavor was good, not great. I also had the Lobster Roll, it was good also, but had to order extra butter. Added two beers and I was out of there for $75 with tip. I did not try any of their vast choices of oysters. Many others around me did.

Been here before CoVid and will say this place was always a must visit on my Boston trips. However, if you're coming during CoVid, don't bother bc most shoppes & eateries are closed all week long and IF open on weekend, the hours & capacity restrictions are ridiculous due to State law...so sad.

If you're visiting Boston, it's kinda a must-do. Probably better to pee first, since the bathrooms usually have a line. It can be kinda tight packed, so definitely think it over if you're not looking to catch covid. Crawling with tourists, but... ya know, when in Rome. Lots of history in walking distance.

Market place is a little more than a food court but does have a cool old printing press in the room. Go upstairs front the back to the old town hall. Great room.

What can I say about Faneuil Hall? For starters the sheer amount of food; bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops, candy stores, pubs, they have got something for any and every craving you could ever imagine. The ambience there was everything you think of when someone tells you they "took a stroll downtown." Buskers, performers, musicians and artists pack the marketplace and fill it with what they do best, PERFORMANCE ART. it is so beautiful watching artists, young and old, draw crowds in with their amazing skill sets. One of the many highlights of Boston for sure! Whether visiting or exploring, definitely make some time for this gem!

About a fifth of the stores and restaurants are closed. Probably because Of COVID-19. Please visit and support the rest of the businesses! Regina pizza is still opened. One of the best pizzas in Boston. Touristy but good.

Great place to grab some grub in the heart of Downtown Boston along the freedom trail. There was a main hall with vendors making lot of dishes like New England clam chowda, lobster mac & cheese, pizza, hot dogs, Greek, and more. Lot of sitting (indoor and outdoor) and souvenir shopping too.

Beautiful and full of historical value. This is one of the stops for the freedom trail. Just steps away from Quincy Market and Sam Adams.

A great stop for a variety of any kind of food you want. The inside has a cool vibe and the outer vendors carts are cute and eclectic.

Excellent market for food and snacks. Similar to European style market. It’s very touristy but it’s iconic and it many cities have this so it’s still unique. Plenty of stands for all kinds of foods and tastes. Highly recommend it.

Fanuiel Hall is Boston. Family Friendly and if you can. Visit the Great Hall. Plenty of choices for food. Good for the people watchers too.

Faneuil Hall is an epicenter of Boston history, within walking distance of several historic locations and it's home to a lot of great shops, restaurants and other shops. Depending on the time if year there are a variety of street performers and outdoor events. It is a bit of a tourist trap, catering to out-of-towners with a lot of Boston-themed merch, souvenirs, and over-priced seafood, but it's still a great place to visit when in town.

Great vibes, nice to walk around and do some Shopping in unique stores. Eat, walk and learn I would say defines this experience in the center of Boston. I recommend you to AVOID parking in the Dock Square Garage at Clinton street, I literally felt assaulted. $28 for 53 mins? Unsettling!

Nice selection of food, we went back several times when in the area. One Sunday afternoon there was a girl playing a violin, it was so beautiful. I wished I would have her information to buy some CDs.

Very fascinating place with an incredible smell from each of the very unique food vendors in here. Is most likely that you find a lot of people here at the same time so be prepared to embrace the crowd. I do recommend to go at least once.

We did some shopping and got a quick bite to eat inside of Quincy Market. This area is just awe inspiring to realize how Paul Revere made his famous ride as you can see the actual Freedom Trail marked out on the ground.

Absolutely loved this place. The history, the food and the shopping is all in one spot. Many hours of enjoyment were had while here for 5 days. Can't wait to go back.

Pretty fun experience overall, we enjoyed walking around, looking at the shops, it was a lovely day. Right next to where we parked along the freedom trail too, which was perfect. We ate lunch in Quincy Market.

This is the center of the Boston town! Especially in the holiday season, it's exceptional. There might not so many things to buy for people who are living in Boston, but there are good places to walk around.

Quincy Market, a bustling bazaar in Boston's heart, unfolds as a lively play upon the urban stage. Its historic halls echo with the clamor of vendors, a vibrant symphony that entices all who wander. The market's charm, a theatrical spectacle where aromas of culinary delights waft like poetic verses. Verily, a gathering place where commerce and camaraderie intertwine, and the spirit of Boston's lively past resonates through the cobblestone pathways, creating a scene of merry abundance.
