I’ve been doing laser hair removal here for over a year now and Chloe has been the best! She really knows what she’s talking about and taker her time to make sure my treatment is going well!

I recently got the Dermapen treatment for my persistent Acne. Aoife H looked after me so well and the results even after one treatment have been AMAZING!! Aoife is so knowledgeable about skin and in particular Acne. Following her advice for my home care regime I have seen results that I couldn't be happier about! Couldn't recommend Aoife and the Simply laser enough - best gals in town!

I have been comming to Simply Laser for over a Year now, I was recommended to Leona by my Eyebrow lady in Sydney and I've never looked back. I love comming here for all my beauty treatment's. I've been looked after by the lovely Lilly and Jo for my facials which were amazing. Such a lovely bunch who are great at what they do and very knowledgeable and professional.

Katie is very informative and very knowledgeable about the product’s. She has a relaxed nature, and great customer service! I can’t wait for my next appointment with Katie. When Katie needed to rush off to her next appointment my payment was then processed by another staff (not sure of her name but I think American accent?) but she was also very lovely. Positive experience and my skin seems to love the products so far with no bad reactions.

I’m a trans woman with light/ginger hair and pale skin. I thought I’d never get a hair removal option besides shaving. And, I was really cynical about Simply Laser’s Alkaline Wash approach. But, I just completed my first treatment and I am overwhelmed with gender euphoria. My face hasn’t been this smooth since I was 10yo and I feel so good. And, it’s only the first treatment. I've been going to simply laser since the start of this year. As a health care worker I am always wearing a mask and as a result have had some issues with my skin. Lilly has assisted me with a variety of facials and products and my skin is better than ever! The products I use at home have really made a difference to the maintenance of my skin and thr dmk enzyme facial left my skin feeling the smoothest and flawless I've ever known it to be. Really happy with the service and will keep coming back!

First I would like to thank Chloe for her professionalism. It's my third laser session and it's always pleasant to be welcome by her. I was surprise about all the institute's facilities, I've never known this quality shape. I've noticed some light improvments with my skin thanks to Chloe advices, she seems passionate and has a technical expertise in this field. I really feel listen because she takes time to help me. Beside it's very helpful for me to know that she is able to speak French, I learn English, so I can explain more easily my skin problems. First time getting laser and I had a great experience, Chloe was my technician and was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me push through the pain. The place is decorated beautifully and the receptionist is very kind.

Lilly does the best ever facial massaging as well as being gentle, careful and explaining everything really well. All the mask was removed and l know that isn’t easy to do. She is fantastic, thank you Lilly for taking such good care of me.

I saw Leona today for a revision of a poor microblading job I had about 3 years ago. From the moment I entered Simply Laser I felt warmly welcomed, comfortable and confident I was in capable hands. Love simply laser I’ve really noticed the difference in my skin over the last two years getting facials and using the products as directed by the lovely ladies! As an older, first time visitor to any sort of beauty clinic I was extremely nervous, however Katie and Jo were both so professional, lovely and friendly, they made me feel so comfortable and welcome and immediately put me at ease. Katie’s knowledge of skincare and laser treatments is exceptional and while prepping me for treatment she sensed my nervousness so was calm and gentle and took the time to ensure I was relaxed and comfortable. As did the lovely Jo who guided me through each step of my fractional face treatment as she went, and was so gentle and caring. Jo is highly skilled in this treatment and I felt I was in really good hands with her.
