BEWARE, this is the biggest hotel catfish! Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of a 5-day. There is no room service, no restaurant, or lounge on-site. Breakfast is whatever price they decide upon inquiring. I had one person tell me $20 per person per day. The next day a different person said $15 per person/day. They served same thing everyday. You would better off ordering out. I was charged $30 instead of $50 to check in at 8:30am. “Ava” neglected to ask if I wanted my room cleaned during my stay, but had no problem telling me there’s $300 smoking charges (I don’t smoke) and cameras in the parking lot. On my last day before checkout, she called me at work requesting I changed rooms to paint the room door. She was rude, stared at me as if I were stealing and speaking another language to her coworkers laughing when I walked by the front desk. She asked me several times if I was checking out, knowing my checkout date because she checked me in! “Alicia” was the only staff who showed kindness and hospitality during my 5-day stay. I chose this hotel because it was closet to my job event and advertised everything I would need during my stay. It was a huge disappointment and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone staying longer than 1 night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel located just outside the bustling city, and it was a delightful experience. The serene and peaceful setting provided a welcome contrast to the urban hustle and bustle. The hotel's picturesque surroundings, nestled amidst lush greenery, offered a tranquil escape from the city's noise. My room had a lovely view of the countryside, allowing me to wake up to the sight of rolling hills and hear the soothing sounds of nature. The staff at this hotel were incredibly hospitable, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. From accommodating special requests to providing valuable local tips, their attention to detail was commendable. The room itself was spacious and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities one could need for a relaxing getaway. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the en-suite bathroom was impeccably clean. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's on-site restaurant. The menu featured a delectable array of farm-to-table dishes, showcasing the region's flavors. It was a culinary journey that I won't soon forget. Exploring the surrounding countryside was a pleasure, with hiking trails and scenic drives nearby. It was the perfect opportunity to reconnect with nature and unwind. In summary, this hotel outside the city provided a perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating escape. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a tranquil place to unwind, I highly recommend this hidden gem. It's an oasis of calm just a short distance from the city's hustle and bustle.

We came here for a quick one night stay while passing through. It was perfect for what we needed. The check in was courteous and efficient. The room was clean. The bathroom has a nice big counter. The bed was comfortable. The AC was relatively quiet By the standards of such hotel rooms. The location is just off of US 1 but was quiet. The price was also right, lower than nearby places.

Except for the weed smell in a non-smoking room and ghost-flushing toilet that kept at it every few minutes through the night, and an additionally requested blanket that never arrived, and the most bland breakfast ever, everything else was good. The best part was returning the card keys on our way out. Yes, the room was otherwise clean, which would make this place a notch above the $30-45 motels, but that alone does not earn a three star status, nor a $100+ tariff.

Nice place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The pool was enjoyable. Fitness center was basic, but clean and usable. The water in the fitness center did not work. Make sure you bring your own water.

The hotel was sold out, but quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was comfortable and clean. Even been the location was east access to all the locations I was visiting over the holiday. Weekend. Would recommend!

The hotel was mostly fine and clean. I had two weird things happen: 1) when I was getting into bed I stepped on something sharp and it was a needle in the carpet that punctured my foot. Super gross and creepy. 2) the man working midday at the front desk was a creep and kept telling me I was beautiful when I just kept asking about check out policy. I left a night early even though I’d already paid bc I didn’t feel safe with him or the needle thing. I did inform the front desk of both. Asia at the front desk was awesome though! She almost made up for the rest of the weirdness.

It'll do. Good location and lots of parking. Things that could be better: sunrise-facing windows need blackout curtains, the breakfast should be better value, the hotel room floors shouldn't be sticky, bathmats should not be used to cover up unfinished tubs, and soaps and lotions should not be obviously reused between guests.

Everything was great untill I asked for late check out. The person on the night shift the night before I checked told me that I could have a late check out ..3 hrs before check out house keeping knocked and walked straight into the room with out being asked to come in. Then a hr later another house keeping person knocked again them prior check out three phone calls. The front desk person could not hear me on the other end and decided to be rude. Upon check out I talked to the front desk about what happened and I was told to calm down and then they decided to bring the manager to speak to me as if I was a nuisance. I not happy about how I was treated.

I travel for a living and have been in town visiting family. I came here from a disgusting experience at a neighboring Hilton hotel. I was greeted by Asia at the check-in. She was really sweet and professional. She made an already stressful situation, easy and hassle free. The hotel does have a breakfast buffet in the AM, which is a surcharge of 15, which I felt was overpriced, but I love that kids eat free and I am traveling w my 8yo. The room was very clean. All of my additional requests were met. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is because the location is kinda out of the way. Taking a hood 10-15 minute(with traffic each way) to get to any Restaurants or stores really.I was so relaxed on my stay here overall, that I booked an additional 3 nights on top of the two I booked originally. I would definitely recommend, and stay again.

I can see why this hotel is hiring. They need to hire more welcoming front desk agents. Service was not good at all. Rooms were ok. The area is beautiful and calm. Decent food in the area as well.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. First things first, they put me in a room that only had 11 channels on the tv. Second, I booked a third night and hung the do not disturb on my door. Upon arrival to my room, the do not disturb was still there but someone had come into my room and had taken my personal shampoo and body wash along with the body wash they also supply. Not to mention I think someone used the toilet and left what looks like a blood stain or a feces stain. Also long hair in the shower drain. I would rather stay in a motel than stay at this place again. Thoroughly disgusted.

I am regular guest at this IHG property. The hotel is clean and a good place to stay. The staff is exceptionally great - Alisha. Asia, Jay. Always try to help guests with any query and go beyond expectations. I always stay at this property and recommend anyone to try. You can experience the warmth here.
