Horrible hotel. Bad experience. Staff is rude and really doesn't seem like they want to help you. When we arrived we aksed help with the suitcases, they were heavy nobody came to help us. Then the reception guy, after not succeeding to pass my credit card, forced me to go take out cash. I told him cannot be my card don't pass. I don't want to go look for ATM now, I have cards for this. He insisted, i asked another reception guy to deal with us, later proved that the first just charged it wrong. The wrose is, that apparently you don't get water with your 250€ a night room. And after 23:00 room service is closed so there is just no water. Period. You can't have water in a five star hotel after 23:00. I asked the reception guy, a guy called Benny, to please help us, we are very thirsty. He told me "this is the situation and there is nothing I can do". I was shocked. I insisted, must be something you can do. We need some water. He argues with me telling me "you should have thought about it before". I'm speechless! In Israel they call it "hatzuf". Also our room had a strong cigarette smell in it. And again, hotel staff didn't care. WiFi very bad, can't stream videos without it getting stuck. Room service mediocre, we got a coffee and they left the dirty cup in our room for three days until we asked them to remove it. When we left, we asked help with the suitcases. Took them 20 minutes to arrive. They came knocking and immidiadtly opening the door while my wife was changing. I politely told him "when you knock wait a second don't directly open the door, my wife was shirtless". So the guy got angry and left. We carried our own suitcases. I'm not a complain type, but this was too much, this hotel made our 7 days vacation nightmare. I called asking to talk to costumer relation manager, a woman called Maayan. She told me to come and speak to her. I came down, but they told me in the reception she left. Endless bad experience. Really bad hotel, in all standard that exists. I see it has good reviews. Don't understand how. I would avoid this hotel like fire. Many other great hotels in Eilat.

Hotels architecture is beautiful , but it is completely neglected. Everything is so dirty, especially the all floors and lobby furniture. It was disgusting to even sit on it. There was no terrace for the main restaurant and dirty cups and glasses. Would be a wonderful hotel if it was properly managed.

The most beautiful hotel we ever been! It didn’t feel like a hotel but more like a chateau! Excellent design, room was absolutely perfect including the balcony view to the Red Sea and downtown Eilat, everything was so clean and the bed was cozy and spoiling, pool was big and super fun, food is delicious including the executive room, spa was very relaxing! Service beyond professional everyone always available fast and kind! We had such a good time that it was hard to check out! We would definitely come back in the future and recommending to all types of stays: Families, friends, couples/solo, holidays and business. Thank you for your host!

The hotel is great. Really luxurious and you can really see how the staff are trying to get you to have the best experience as possible. Any request that we had was handled and very quickly to our surprise. The dinning room had any thing you could have imagined to eat with a lot of options and even custom made eggs and coffee at breakfast. The pool is beautiful and really fun both for children and for adults. The rooms were more than amazing and we got them super clean and beautiful with a great view. The location is close to malls and to the beach and you can get easily by walking to any attraction you'd like.

Food - pretty good, tasty, plenty of variety. Rooms - comfortable, cozy, look new. Capsule coffee machine is missing and could be a nice addition. Gym - pretty small and missing a lot of equipment, but should be enough just to stay in shape. Pool - did not check. Spa - you have to pay for it, 45NIS per person per day, the hot tub and sauna are fully functional and do their job. Service - random staff are welcoming and nice, but not all. Executive lounge - wonderful, amazing atmosphere, service and food. Our last reservation included a room with a permit to enter the executive lounge, but since we were the only guests that ordered it on the specific dates, the lounge was closed. This is reasonable, but we were not informed about it before or during check in process, and after we paid for the reservation we were told that instead of the executive lounge access that we paid for, we are allowed to order out of a closed subset of the lobby restaurant menu. We were not satisfied with that arrangement, but the manager did not agree to refund us 300 NIS per person per night that we paid for the executive lounge access. The food in the lobby restaurant was actually good, but the service was horrible, and the atmosphere was far from what we wanted and paid for - the lobby restaurant is where guests wait with their luggage until their room is ready, sometimes with children that tend to be very noisy. On top of that, we felt unwelcomed as if we are trouble to the lobby restaurant, and the rules, of what we can order and when, were unclear as each staff member stated different and partial rules. The main compensation was a larger (double) room, which is a nice gesture but not what we came for. Smoking - we stayed on the 4th floor and people were clearly smoking cigarettes and weed in their rooms, one could smell it right when getting out of the elevator. It is unclear why it lasted for 3 days and no staff member stopped that. One of the other guests even asked us for fire once (in the 4th floor corridor!). Overall, after visiting this hotel 3 times in 4 years, we will have to take a break.

The sight, room, food was excellent. We stayed for my husband birthday. At first, the receptionist was not nice even when I stated it’s my husband’s birthday couple of times, but when I filled the evaluation forum , the hotel service (elishay) immediately contacted me and even came to see us. He was very nice and generous, really changed my view about the service 🙌🏻

The most outstanding weekend of my life! This place has EVERYTHING and I mean everything. If what you need is to disconnect and live your dreams for a few days this is the place! I was fortunate enough to have my work organise us a trip here for a weekend and the 7 hour long journey was SO WORTH IT. Also the spa facilities are outstanding with fantastic prices! All staff is nice and very helpful.

This is a real 5 stars hotel!! Beautiful design outside and inside, it looks like a palace and in January the weather is hot like in the summer 20-23 c . The staff were very professional , the service was very good, kind and with a smile. The location is great , bus number 50 can take you directly from Eilat airport , there is a beach 5 minuts walking from the hotel and all the good shops and restaraunts are around. The breakfast was great with tasty veraity of Israeli food. Highly recomended .

Not quite up to the service when it was the Hilton but they have tried to be very helpful. Breakfast is really good. The junior suite we had was not quite up to standard so they found us another one which was better.. It hasn't yet been modernised but it was ok. Microwave, fridge, kettle etc

Absolute worst hotel experience ever. Our air conditioner didn't work for half of my stay, and it was almost 110 F degrees outside. It was impossible to sleep or even rest in the hotel. They lie to you and tell you 24 hours after checkout I will be contacted about getting compensated for my frustrations. We're almost 3 weeks later and still nobody calls me, nobody replies to emails. Obviously they refused to put anything in writing, even an acknowledgement that my room didn't air conditioning. Pool water felt like a jacuzzi. It's 110 degrees outside, all you want is to be in some refreshing cool water and the pool feels even warmer than the temperature outside. Completely unrefreshing. If you like to pay top dollar and get nothing for your money, if you enjoy getting ripped off, if you enjoy getting the run around and getting lied to, this is the place for you. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again even if it had the last room available in Eilat and my only alternative was to sleep on the street. Be careful from them, don't trust anything they tell you. They wont put anything in writing because they know that once you leave the hotel they don't need honor what they told you. I'm still waiting for my refund from them.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I had the unfortunate realization that some of my high expectations for one of Eilat's top-rated establishments turned into a series of disappointing incidents. Upon arrival, I encountered an unexpected power outage with temperatures soaring to 49 degrees Celsius, leaving the room without air conditioning for nearly an hour and for some reason also with no Water. While the hotel staff managed to address this issue promptly, it was unsettling to face such discomfort during my stay. Moreover, a clogged bathtub, an uncooperative wardrobe, and the absence of a safe in the room further added to the list of inconveniences. Although these problems were swiftly resolved, I couldn't help but wonder why these issues hadn't been addressed prior to my arrival, causing unnecessary delays and disturbances. However, what truly left me disheartened was an incident at the poolside bar. I purchased five cups of a refreshing beverage for a hefty sum of 100 shekels, only to notice that while being served the staff filled lots of cups with the exact same drink and served the drinks for free from an additional tray just 3 minutes later. When I approached the staff in charge, her explanation was that the bar staff were unaware of the decision to provide the drinks at no cost. Even if this explanation holds true which I believe is not, I expected a more thoughtful response from a hotel of this caliber. I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, but the overall experience fell short of the standards I anticipated from a high ranked hotel in Eilat. The lack of attention to detail, coupled with the incident at the poolside bar, left a sour taste in what was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Everytime we come to eilat, this hotel building always standout among all the hotel buildings around. Very attractive and Beautiful building. My dream come true, we celebrate our anniversary in sheba hotel for 3 nights. So huge bed room they gave us, The breakfast plenty of choices of food , same as the dinner. They have tasty choices of food. Very clean and organized hotel, even have private parking for the guess inside the hotel.

Absolute disgrace. Sold our room when we arrived even though we had booking confirmation. Sent us to an inferior hotel first night (not in the same location) refused to return our money. Power cuts in the hotel, people vomiting's in the pool (pool not closed). Staff rude and incompetent. Never again.

We stayed for the weekend at the Sheba hotel. The vacation was excellent! The staff was helpful and professional, everything was treated quickly and professionally. The food was excellent. We enjoyed it so much that we scheduled another vacation for next month.

Wonderful stay and adding photo. Guli and Alex were very helpful and Guli gave us an upgrade to a great suite (#830). Mustafa and Maoth kept our suite very clean. Breakfasts and dinner were exceptional. This was our second visit to the hotel and the return guest is the best guest.

Stayed here several times in the past. Unfortunately it seems service is deteriorating. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffet was ok yet service was horrible. It reminded more of a hostel. We came to dinner at 7:15pm with our 2 small children and there was a guard (a guard!) telling us we can not go in until 8pm. Trying to explain they have to eat was disregarded as well when I asked some sort of a manager there. At last, another lady that worked there let us in while another worker ran(!) after us to say we are not allowed! Oh, and when we went to the pool bar at 11:05am (it supposed to be open at 11am) the worker there said it is still closed and that he doesn’t know exactly when they will open. Must say that the pool area was dirty with cigarettes and people were smoking around the pool. To sum - not a place we will come back to.

The service was very good, I've asked for different pillows and I got them delivered to the room very fast. The food was great, there was literally everything at breakfast. The location is perfect.

Beautiful hotel very well placed right next to the marina. There were a few little things in need for maintenance - carpet patchy in some places but otherwise clean and fresh, very attentive staff and the food was beyond expectation. The one star missing is due to the AC that wasn't working (they turn it off for winter), the room got pretty hot during the sunny day.

Its a very nice hotel with many advantages and all, so im gonna jump straight to the cons, since thats what ya'll looking for anyway:) Food. The food was bad. You wont starve but wont enjoy it either. For a hotel that claims 5 stars, the food was worse than a 3 star hotel's. Undercooked pasta, overcooked meat, tasteless sidings...meh. Must improve or change the chef ASAP. The rest is less critical, but again- this hotel claims its 5 stars but its 4 at best.

Great meals. I stayed here for 3 days for a convention.. nice rooms.. MY BIG COMPLAINT ==》THE PLACE REEKS Of CIGARETTE SMOKE!! .. you can't walk through the corridors.. and people smoke in their rooms.. all the smoke enters your room.. I DIDN'T ENJOY THAT AT ALL.

The best hotel in Israel by far. I’ve never ate such food in a public place, it was way better than any restaurant Eilat can offer. The staff is amazing, especially Mariano!!! If you need anything Mariano will take care of you. We’ll definitely come back soon.

The hotel is nice, the beds are comfy, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. There are plenty of loungers and umbrellas by the pool and 4 clean pools (1 kiddy pool under a shade cover) so you are guaranteed to find a seat to lounge at any time of day. The pool does close quite early which was kind of a bummer. 5 in the wintertime and 6 in the summertime. The lounge by the pool entrance is nice with comfy sofas (though they weren't very clean). The check-in is not organized and being in Israel people are going to cut in front of you. I had 2 crying kids in the car and had no idea where the start of the line was. Then it was my turn and I went to the check-in counter and the lady told me she'd be right back...I waited 10 minutes before speaking up to ask for help from someone else. We paid 7,000 shekels for 3 nights including the breakfast buffet..we are from America and back in the US 700 USD per night we would have expected a room with a view of the red sea and a balcony. We had a sliver view of the sea and mountains..no balcony. We were woken up at 4 am from the dryer sounding off-balance above us. We heard it several times. There were no ice buckets to load from the ice machine so we had to use plastic bags (when I asked at the front desk they seemed to not even know what I was talking about. Maybe it's a thing in the US to have buckets for ice in your hotel room but not here in Israel). The biggest reason we won't stay again is because of the guy at the pool snorting cocaine next to us 3 different times. We were pleased to see the security presence at the hotel but he was not noticed..and we didn't say anything because we made eye contact with him and didn't want a target on our back if we turned him in. We were near the kid pool with our 4-year-old and 2.5-month-old..this completely soured me to the hotel atmosphere. NOT classy.. The same people lit up a big marijuana joint also..it wasn't harming us, but again, not classy. This was our first vacation as a family of 4 and I couldn't help be think about it..that ruined my day at the pool for sure. It is in a great location close to shopping and the beach.

Firstly, I will describe the issues. We stayed in the room 674 with a view to the marina, not to the sea. The cards for the rooms didn't work, and after they were fixed and we entered the room, it had one double bed despite we are two separate persons. So the reception replaced the room, and the new one had two united but physically separate beds. The guy from the staff arrived and separated them. Also some dirty were revealed near the tap and just several minutes after reported about that, another guy arrived and cleaned it. Also chairs were missing for us so we asked to bring several for us and got them. What we didn't like and the hotel was not able to fix is the short tap – literally you were not able to put whole arms under the water because they were stopping at the sink edge. And the other issue is a missing hangers for towels, besides one at the area of the bathtub. But in this place it catches splashes of a shower. Because of all these issues we got a compensation gift – voucher for 2 drinks. The pool is closing at 18:00. There were smoking people in the pool area and the lifeguards didn't make a remark to them. In case you want to swim after 18:00, you may go to the well-equipped beach to the east (not west) of the hotel. The beach is nice and well equipped and several minutes' walk from the hotel. Unlike the breakfast, the dinner is divided into two time periods. The first is 18:30 -19:30 and the second is 20:00 – 21:00. So, it's not like in Europe when you get several hours for it. Ground black pepper is added to many dishes. It was a problem for me and sous-chef of the dinner shift kindly suggested to cook separate meals specially for me – without black pepper. Regardless of the pepper, there is a big variety of the meals you can choose from. And regarding drinks – for a breakfast you get water, coffee, lemon and orange nectars. For a dinner you have only water. The stuff of the hotel is very responsive and tries all their best to resolve any issue while it doesn't require changes in infrastructure. To conclude, I give the hotel 4 stars.

Great pool, nice hotel but far more needs to be done should they want anyone to return. No Ramps, no idea how disabled guests are abls to be here. But with our Baby pram it was steep hills and stairs From the second you walk into the hotel, no one will hold a door for you, no one will ask how its going. Real service doesnt exist Servicing the rooms, didnt replace bedsheets after check in, and toilet came blocked. Didnt replace the towels either They charge 15shekels for a can of coke on the hotel, says to me their trying to take advantage, made me want to leave the hotel. Food was average to poor, really wouldnt pay extra for breakfast/dinner in future. Overall very disapointing from what i thought was one of the better hotels in Eilat

A disappointment. Queen of Sheba is a famous hotel so when I was informed that the anula family vacation was going to be there i was exited. Unfortunately the stay was ripe with issues in each room that was ordered. Personally, we had a major issue with our room safe that bared us from being able to access our keys and wallets for the first half of a day. We also had an issue with the dinner invitation. The food is ok but nothing special. The location is really good and the hotel is pretty. It's a pitty that the costumer service obviously went down hill.
