Dirty room, dirty bedding, bed bugs in bed, dirty bathroom. I would not recommend anyone to spend the night in such a dirty and groomed room with old furniture. Shame on you.

Great hotel! Located in an excellent area, in the middle of Eilat's promenade. Great value for money, kind staff. I want to thank to our room attendant, who was so kind and left amazing drawings and beautifully shaped towels in our room! (see in the picture) It warmed our hearts. The best price is when ordering via Dan hotels website. Join their club to enjoy special treats during your stay (for example - birthday cake in your room, invitation to a cocktail evening, etc.).

A basic hotel with nice rooms and decent breakfast. However, guests are smoking in the pool and the stuff throwing the towels toward you as you are disturbing their nap.

The hotel was clean! Excellent food; lots of variety, plentiful, kid-friendly options. The dining room staff and was extremely helpful and accomodating (especially Juliette!) At each meal they assisted in setting up my babies' chairs and food and were very nice about the mess the children made. The children's indoor playroom was a disappointment. Just a PlayStation, board games, and some coloring. No gymboree or ball pit. The hotel has some steps that were a bit of a nuisance with strollers. Besides that, very happy overall!

My experience was wonderful in the hotel and I spent my vacation in the hotel. I would like to thank the employee Musab Al-Amoush for his good dealings with the guests. He was very welcoming and made me feel at home

Hotel is superb. Rooms clean, breakfast unbelievable. Pool and beds awesome. And the best of the best is the staff, they do everything to make your stay something to remember. In the evening you hear music form a bar on the beach but not to loud and it stops on time

This is a nice hotel that we have stayed at several times and have returned again. Its location is very convenient on the beach and the hotel rooms and balconies face the sea. And that's what people come to do in Eilat - to enjoy the sea. But this time will be the last time we come to this hotel. On the beach in front of the hotel an open restaurant was set up with loud music that nothing helps against. Even with the windows closed, the noise is so loud that it is impossible to rest inside the room and not sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. So if you come to rest in Eilat, choose another place.

We had such a lovely experience at the Dan Neptune. The hotel was lovely and staff were absolutely amazing- very friendly and helpful. I specifically want to recommend Mosab who was the waiter on our table several times and he always went out of his way to help us and make us comfortable. Nur, another waiter, was very helpful and pleasant, and I also want to recommend the children's entertainer- Alejandro, who was so talented and did so much to entertain the kids, including acting and art activities. The pool was lovely, the food was great, the location was great. Also, because it's a Dan hotel, we could attend all the childrens activities happening at the Dan Panorama which was just across the way. We had a great stay there.

we had a very lovely stay. The rooms are a bit old fashioned but still cute and clean. The food was fabulous. We were very pleasantly surprised. The staff very kind and friendly and professional. Amazing location right by the boardwalk. We highly recommend

Great location, staff is welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is fabulous. Yet, the hotel is outdated, carpets in corridors are dirty, rooms need massive updating and renovation

Rooms are spacious, staff friendly, food is really a nice spread, nice they let us leave luggage while in Petra, Jewelry lady in front us annoying, pool guy refused us service, we were stuck several days because of Holidays, it's insane the ridiculous amount where all is closed. Great view from room you can see Jordan, pool nice, clean...

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful lounge. The pool is large, heated to 28 C, and has a view of the ocean. The gym can be used without additional costs. Breakfast is great, they even have a bakery. Dinner is amazing - I liked the meats and each desert is magnificent. Location is great with a gate that opens onto the Eilat boardwalk. Friendly staff. Altogether, a perfect vacation!

It is a large hotel that scores with many little things, such as attentions, which come in the form of letters or small gifts. The pool is very large and the hotel overall is very good. Sea view included and about 2-5 minutes walk to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. To the rooms: These are furnished rather old-fashioned, but also have their touch.

Arrived at the hotel. Junior suite has NO bedroom window. Very noisy due to clubs that operate until 3-4 am. Hotel said they cannot do anything about it. I was downgraded from Jr. Suite to a regular room and was promised to get a refund for the difference....Do not take promises... Very poor, need maintenance!!!!

The location of the hotel is close to the mall in front of the sea and the promenade of the city of Eilat and a large selection of restaurants, cafes and various places of entertainment as well as shopping in the city of Eilat are exempt from VAT (17%) in Israel. Breakfast was lacking sausages and pastrami also at a time when every grocery store has avocado there is no reason to miss it at breakfast, The room was lacking in privacy and I could hear all the guests talking in the room next to me which significantly impaired my sleep and the hotel had no solution to this

Surprise! Dan took over and renovated. Great value for your money. I couldn't ask for more. And a special thank you to Nir the security officer who took care of a situation we put ourselves

We stayed in room 734 last floor for 4 days, great panoramic view. Good location, on the boardwalk and shops, close to the beach and pubs. The building in general is not well maintained, old furniture, needs improvement. Excellent meals, with a wide selection, delicious and aesthetically pleasing serving. Gluten free, sugar free on demand. Shimshon, the manager in the dinning room was very friendly, pleasant and helpful, as well as the entire dining room staff and the generosity of Ofira from the new management. Pool not large but sufficient. Parking in hotel area and also payable/ free public on street. There are rooms equipped for people with special needs, minibar, coffee, balcony. Affordable prices... Warmly recommended

After a poor check in experience, we were asked by the hotel for a feedback through SMS and we gave an honest one. This prompted Sandra to call me and see what she can do to improve our experience at the hotel, and she did. My boy was very happy due to her help and we were very pleased with what she and the hotel did for us.
