Horrible unprofessional clinic. My family member was seen here due an accident and the front desk staff was very unprofessional and i am pretty sure that HIPAA rules were violated. I had sat in the lobby waiting on my husband to be called and i could hear everything on another patience care. After waiting more than 30 minutes they look at my husband and me and ask have you been help? This really upset me because he signed in and they did not know he was there come on really? There is no need for the staff to be vocal on patients treatment care yelling from one reception desk to the other one across from them. Rarely seen actual doctors the front staff were the same team members running the front desk and so called therapy sessions?! seemed that the staff there were all related one way or another. Clinic seemed to just cared to get treatment so that they can get paid for services rendered not caring for the actual care to their patients. The whole demeanor was just horrible.

I really tried giving this clinic a fair chance. However, the staff have demonstrated they are unprofessional and unorganized multiple times. They have been late on approving my medication refills several times. I have to keep calling them to remind them. When I call, the staff do not give me straight answers. They just give me the runaround on why my medication has not been refilled and they say they will call me back. But Sony. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a clinic that is this unprofessional.

Terrible service, I thought I was the only one but I heard from a patient with the same problem as mine. I'm definitely leaving this clinic with my entire family. It's not worth being in the hands of doctors who don't care about the patients' health. Hopefully, some health authority take action on the matter

Quit any medical services from this place. They over medicated my dad and killed him!!! Staff is very unprofessional and they don’t know what they’re doing. My dad needed an ambulance in their facility and they refused to call because he didn’t have an appointment. Ridiculous.

They never answer the phone at all

Loyola Medical Center is great. All staff are amazing, they make you feel welcome and cared for. My experience has always been the best since start to finish. I had previous doctors at other locations and they are nothing compared to Loyola Medical Center. I am happy I found this amazing clinic not just for me but for my entire family. I will always appreciate all the staff here. Thank you all for all your amazing work.

My experience at Loyola Medical Clinic is amazing! Very sweet, professional, and super helpful in various tasks. From start to finish all the staff members are great. Also they’re therapy methods are very beneficial and they are there to assist you as soon as you walk in. Very much recommend to anyone who’s in need of a clinic and doesn’t know where to go!

Dr. Leticia Amador checked me quickly in 2022, after two years of Covid19. She seemed and sounded in a rush and probably did not take more than five minutes to review and answer my health concerns. I was told by the front office that they would only call me with the results "If they were bad". Four months went by and I was just uneasy about my visit to the doctor and health as I am 43 and can feel the years starting to show more and more. So, I called to request a call from Leticia Amador to hear the results. She told me that I have extremely low vitamin D amounts and recommended immediate high-intake of it. Small amounts of blood were found in my urine and it could be nothing, or Kidney cancer, so a specialist had to check, like ASAP. It turns out I have herpes, and my cholesterol level is high. I spent the next five months getting names of kidney specialists from these people in their "network", but they are all out of business, they moved, etc, that is how updated and current their network is. Perhaps these results were not "bad enough" to give me a call, so ask them when and if you go "What do you consider 'bad' "? Leticia, it seems, has shopping in her mind, planning her next camping trip with her family or a wedding date.... anything but your health. Or perhaps this whole damn clinic just does not give a flying F**k about you. I changed doctors and will start from scratch asap. If you can, go elsewhere and read their reviews so you know more or less what to expect.

Try to get an appointment is horrible they don't answer the phone

I can only share my experiences on the chiropractor side of this clinic......I've been going there since March of 2022 & all I can say they have treated me very well. Yamileh & Dr Cuevas are top notch caregivers & are very super friendly that I even referred my wife because she started with back problems at work but on the general health side I've only really seen Physicians Assistant

When I read the reviews I excpected the worse. But walking in for tthe 1st. X I was shocked. All the staff members where extremely nice and went over and beyond to help me. The waiting x shocked me too. I was in and out within an hour. My doctor was extremely helpful with everything. She made sure I was well taken care of with everything. Put it like this my experience there was so good I told everyone I knew how wonderful it was and I'm the type of person that complains about appts. But the Loyola medical Center makes me look forward tomaking my next appt. And if I could I would give them 10 stars. Thats how good of service from walking in to walking out the doors I had.

This clinic is poor service not professional all nurses change every week all doctors are ignorant nothing expert 1 star is too much

This clinic is so unprofessional. The front desk nurses are rude and ignorant. Not once did I have a good experience here.

I went in because I was getting migraines. I had an appointment and it took about an hour to get called waited forever in the room to see the doctor and when the doctor came, I only saw her for like 5 min. It felt rushed and I felt like just another patient they wanted to get rid off. I made another appointment months after and they told me they didn’t have appointments till a month in a half later and asked if I still wanted it like of course I do! I don’t like this clinic and need to change my primary.
