From booking to check out, I had a fantastic 10 day stay at the Kasa Downtown SLC property. Kasa's virtual concierge made booking incredibly simple, the check in instructions were clear as was the directions to access my unit. The Guest Experience team was incredibly helpful, ensuring to secure me a parking pass after I had already made my reservation. The apartment was perfect! It was clean, well decorated, and offered so many complimentary items I wasn't expecting (Keurig cups, tea bags, laundry pods, full size shampoo/conditioner, etc.) Exploring SLC was made very easy given the amazing location of the building. The property is located a 15 mins walk (4 min uber) from downtown where there are countless bars and restaurants to explore. This property is also within a 45 min drive to 6 phenomenal ski mountains (Brighton, Snowbird, Alta, Deervalley, Park City, Solitude). Needless to say we rented a car and took advantage of this quick ride multiple times during our stay! Being from NYC , I walked the majority of this area of the city alone and never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. So much to explore and see in SLC - I will absolutely be booking with Kasa Downtown again!! :)

I rented multiple units for me and my family while we attended a wedding. It was an easy check-in experience, convenient location, and garage parking was a bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

My KASA was very nice and clean! Except for the downstairs neighbor's loud music for a bit, the stay was very enjoyable. I realize there is no way to control the neighbors, so I do not fault KASA. The apartment had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer in the huge bathroom/closet area. I was able to do laundry before heading home...and the soap and dryer sheets were furnished. It also had a full-size fridge, king bed, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. It was very comfy. The TV was equipped with ROKU so all I had to do was sign into my Sling account and it was just like being at home. There was a balcony with a bistro set, but it was too cold to use it. Parking was furnished but I didn't have a car. Plus the location was only a couple of blocks to the Amtrak station so it was very handy. I definitely would stay there again if I ever make it back to Salt Lake. Overall, it was my home away from home. Loved it.

I can’t recommend Kasa enough. I needed a short term rental and the apartment was even better than I expected from the pictures. It was very clean, stocked with basic necessities, and beautifully decorated. Kasa has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Anytime I reached out to them they answered within minutes. The check in instructions were also very easy to follow. I was initially concerned about the noise monitoring device, but I could go about my regular life and didn’t have an issue with it going off. I’m going to miss staying with Kasa but will definitely be returning!

Our stay was so great. Getting into our room and the parking pass was easy. I loved having a full kitchen and fridge. The bedding and couch were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was amazing because we've been roadtripping it for a bit and getting a load of laundry in was amazing. Also, this was less expensive than hotels we normally stay at and much more luxurious.

Seriously…. One of the best ideas for a room stay! Way more spacious and practical than a hotel room. It’s like being in your own home but still on vacation. It was super easy to check in and out. The location I stayed at was perfect and more affordable than surrounding hotels. Definitely will be reusing KASA again!

It was a good place! The room was very nice with great amenities and pretty clean. Only thing was I could tell some of the things were used, which I get with things like barely used soap but things like tissues.. Kind of wish it was either replaced or just not included The location is alright, and the building is so-so. Honestly I'd go again

This was a great location. Combines the best parts of an Air BnB and Hotel. We had all of the household amenities (e.g., fridge, stove, washer and dryer, etc.). The location was in walking distance of tons of downtown locations.

This was a great option in Salt Lake City! We would definitely stay there again and certainly will look for Kasa options in our travels. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable and laundry in the apartment meant we came home with clean clothes and less stress. Underground parking was fantastic and the whole process of arranging for the reservation, checking in, and checking out was seamless. Thank you Kasa!!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the Kasa Salt Lake City Apartments! Super easy self-check-in, all the instructions were sent to my email before our stay and laid out in a simple step-by-step format. The apartment itself was perfect! Super cozy and homey decor, great space for two + a pup! I should mention it was also pet-friendly, a big plus in my book! The in-unit washer and dryer was a nice touch as well, especially if you plan to enjoy all the offerings of the outdoors that are a short drive in any direction. The kitchen was very nicely appointed and had all the basics we needed to cook our meals in, especially on snowy evenings or a long day out. The location was very convenient, a super quick drive up to the slopes, and lots of neighboring breweries and restaurants close by! Would definitely recommend and plan to return again soon for the summer months! Thanks, Kasa!

Had a light that flashed and made a ticking noise in the room 24/7. Even with the bedroom door closed you would see the flashing light. Called Kasa and they said maintenance would be sent and made sure they had permission to enter room if we were not there; which they had permission to do. Never showed up. Went to the leasing office on day #2 about it and they too did nothing. 2 nights of very little sleep. If it wasn't for that I would have given higher rating. Because of that I will not stay there again, the fact they were contacted about the problem and they said they would send someone and didn't says alot about them. They got the room booked and paid for, which is what matters I guess. Room 404.

A fantastic stay at the Kasa downtown apartment! Our apartment was beautifully presented and very clean. We were particularly impressed with how equipped the apartment was and it had everything we needed for our stay (hairdryer, washing machine and dryer (and detergent and dryer sheets), fully stocked equipment in kitchen, soaps, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, coffee maker with coffee pods and creamer - everything! The bed was large and very comfortable, the shower was hot and the living area was cosy. We were even able to connect our streaming services on the TV. The building itself was very secure and the parking space was easy to use. The location was great, very close to down town and felt safe. Would love to stay again and would definitely recommend!

My stay here was perfect. The check in, instructions, responsiveness, cleanliness, and overall experience was terrific. The location might be uncomfortable for some people if homeless people bother you. But this is the kind of thing you’ll find in any major metropolitan area. I never felt unsafe, and I would definitely stay there again.

The fan in the bedroom has the roof plaster hanging off which rattled the entire time. The whole complex had a weird smell to it and the walls are super this like a college dorm so you can hear music all night. Will not be staying at this location ever again. Customer support did nothing to help.
