Don’t go there! It’s the smallest movie theatre I’ve attended. Also, the resolution of the screens is under 720p. Probably from the early 2000’s era. They are good for powerpoint presentations, but nothing else. They had the audacity to sell me a Avatar ticket for this so called cinema. Avatar, 2023, under 720p. It was painful to watch. I barely made it through the commercials and I had to ask for my money back. Easy to understand why people choose to go with netflix or whatever prime nowadays.

Awful! The management of The Odeon really should take themselves off to an Everyman or Curzon, they would learn a lot!

Cinemas are stuck between a rock and a hard place - no money to renovate and actually be appealing places inside, but without that investment and improvement you end up with the Richmond Odeon. Dingy, sad, dated. Could easily hear the other movies through the walls. Seats were not great. Screen 7 is offset to the right so badly that if you're on the left side of the seating plan you will get a crick in your neck. It was so cold we were wearing gloves. If by some unlucky chance you wind up in screen 1 you're doomed to watch the film on a postage stamp as, for some reason, they make you sit a million miles from the actual movie. Staff seem to be well aware the ship is sinking but a job is a job so they plod ever onwards. Desperate times.

Went to watch scream 5. The cinema it self is a little dated, but has nice and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the nachos which were fresh, unlike other cinemas that leave them out already pre prepared which makes them go stale.

Staff are really lovely but this cinema really needs some refurbishment. You can hear the other screens from your screen, the AC is either not working or set way too hot. Everything looks like it hasn’t been touched since the 90s.

We had tickets for screen 7, space was small, screen was small compared to other cinemas, old chairs and not too comfortable compared with the newer cinemas. Good food selection, nachos were good

its split into two buildings which is a bit confusing but the staff were friendly and helpful

As bad as it gets and odeon is misrepresenting the rooms on their website. Book something supposedly in front of a screen and seat in front of a wall and look sideways for the screen.

We have just been to see Mission Impossible in screen 7. The seating plan is completely misleading as the screen does not extend past the aisle on the left. The seats barely slope from the front to back, so if you have a tall person sitting in front of you, a large part of the screen is blocked out. Throughout the movie the sound from the adjacent screen could be heard. Overall, we made a mistake going to that particular cinema and won’t be going again. Can’t wait for a Putney to open again.

Honestly very dirty and broken cinema. It’s super old and the seats have holes in them, weird splashes on the walls. Recommend to go to another cinema if you want to see a movie. Do not recommend anyone to go -_-
