Tills constantly empty, yet the is staff to man them leading to a longer period of time buying. Always frustrating especially when buying only one item why the kiosk isn't available one never knows. Staff not very friendly.

Very busy store. Most products can be found. However most of the times it is a bit crowded.

This retailer is ever hectic and it's centrally built it's accessible to everybody spick and span welcoming sorroundings very helpful personnel from the security personnel to personnel inside the prices very reasonable and affordable

You will find what you need. If you don't the management respect and knows what's expected of them. They will treat you very well but the staff takes advantage that they are in the location. Most of the times there are no packers you must pack your groceries. Cashiers have an attitude at times they font aknowledge you. They just talk to each other while you there and often treat you like you need a favour. The management is trying hard you can rely on them. They even recognise the usual customers like me.

The shop is clean and near public transport and is wheelchair friendly.

The shop has got good service but there is sometimes a shortage in daily necessities.

Very nice, but parking bay doesn't have monitors. So you must not take longer than expected inside the shop.

The queues were very slow i end up leaving the food that i bought, the staff members took lunch and leave only few staff members with many customers.

I was dissatisfied with what I saw today, there were only 4 tills open at 5 pm(rush hour),the queues were very long I had to wait for 30 mins to pay for 2 items, if the express till was working I doubt I would've waited that long!!!

They got more than 8 paying points but only to find out 3are operating the you have to stand 🧍‍♂️on line for a long time than what you where suppose.

It's convenient because it's closer to my home, the service there is great but sometimes slow because of the long queues.

I have always loved ShopRite Dube before it even became ShopRite. We called it 'Maponya's' with my family, it lacked grocery items, some isles were empty. I would walk around and envision it packed with groceries. The day it had groceries I was so delighted as if it were my own shop. I love ShopRite Dube, it's convenient even though customer service needs much attention. Being inside the ShopRite Dube excites me always. I am humbled and grateful it was not looted. Walking into the shop seeing that it remained intact during the looting, all I can say is GOD is great!!😃☺️🙏

I am not really a person with rating customer service and all that, but I give credit where its due... I would really like to extend my gratitude to Mokgadi Ramalobela the cashier who was assisting me today. The lady is more than friendly, no bad attitude and really loves what she is doing. The regional manager mistreats his staff, he threatens stocktakers to take away the little they make..he is the rotten apple in the pack

The worst place you can decide to go do your shopping. The till points are the most horrible, you wait on long ques and when you finally reach the cashier... there is hardly a greeting or a smile. As if that is not enough then you hear her saying Plastic. I am not sure whether that's her name or is asking me if I want a plastic bag. Given the opportunity I try very hard to avoid this store.
