Absolute
nightmare
dealing
with
Marie
and
Jose
from
the
hotel.
They
were
rude
and
repeatedly
abrupt,
and
I
am
still
awaiting
a
call
from
Megan
Riley
for
a
month
now.
The
room
we
got
was
also
unclean
and
it
took
a
TON
of
negotiating
to
clean
it!
They
will
say
"you
can
clean
your
room
anytime"
on
their
signage
and
hoardings,
but
when
you
ask
them,
they
will
say
they
clean
a
room
only
after
7
days
of
a
stay
(even
when
you
show
them
pictures
of
dirty
hairs
and
are
staying
there
for
5
days).
Marie
will
repeatedly
call
you
by
another
name,
and
they
will
promise
"to
make
it
right"
but
do
nothing.
The
pool
was
closed
during
the
stay
and
the
fire
alarms
-
while
alarms
and
drills
are
necessary,
we
were
not
advised
at
check
in!
It
was
5
days
of
enduring
shrills
and
entry
into
the
room
by
different
people.
Oh,
and
last
but
not
the
least,
woken
at
11
pm
by
receptionist
saying
there
was
noise
from
my
room
(when
there
was
none,
it
was
an
ice
machine
down
the
hallway
humming).
So,
you
will
be
woken
up
from
deep
sleep
to
be
advised
about
imaginary
noise
that
"must
be
coming
from
my
room".
Now
you
have
disturbed
two
guests,
the
one
complaining
about
some
noise
and
the
other,
who
was
asleep.
