We were very disappointed with the noise level allowed in this hotel. So much so that it felt like a total college party vibe. We were so uncomfortable that we literally checked out the same evening we had checked in without any other reservations lined up. There was a loud, large group of people sitting at the table in the hotel lobby between 9 and 10pm with multiple bottles of liquor out. The room next to ours had their music blaring so loud it sounded like they were partying. The walls were paper thin so there was no way we would’ve been able to get any decent sleep here. If you like that kind of party central vibe, this is your place. When we checked out, we got the pleasure of dealing with an extremely rude and unprofessional hotel staff member named Jake. He said there was nothing he could do refund wise since he wasn’t a manager. When I asked how much we would be charged he rudely shrugged his shoulders saying he didn’t know and annoyingly tapped on his keyboard to actually give us a real answer. His attitude was the most unprofessional I’ve ever dealt with at any hotel business. When asking his name he seemed bothered and again said he couldn’t do anything about us being charged since he wasn’t manager to which I replied I understood but that he could certainly work on his customer service skills. Jake needs further training in customer service recovery. Attitude is everything and a sincere apology for our experience at the beginning of the situation being explained would’ve gone a long way. We love Marriott but will never be staying in any of their extended stay hotels again.

The cars and trucks keep you awake all night because the windows are cheap with zero sound insulation, and you are on the hiway. My room smells bad. The air coming from the heater smells. I am guessing the filter hasn't been changed ever. I really don't know how this place is a Marriott. I called about the smell but nothing was done.

We were there for 10 nights. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were wonderful! I can't remember everyone name but Raven stuck out for us. The rooms were clean, food was good. Parking was great. I know all hotels are dealing with staffing issues so I will not point out the little things I k ow they are working on. Only bad thing was the pool was ice cold not even fun to get in. They offered ear plugs and noise machines to help drown out the noise from the highway. We didn't take the offer as we had our own traveling with a child. It was wonderful and would stay there again if ever in the area.

For the price of the stay, the quality of guest service and atmosphere does not justify. Also to upper managements, make sure to check if the employees are not under the influence while on duty (would not mention but one of the older guest service agent tends to be either drinking/consuming on clock or they're under the influence while on clock). It's great that it's newer-ish building but the surrounding area and what seems to be local residents can deter you away. Probably won't stay again but may give another chance down the road...

Kitchen is nice to have. Lots of little things that add up. Tough to get the room serviced during a stay. Front desk is all very friendly but some less helpful than others.

The front desk customer service was rude. They charged an extra $35 for parking, but didn’t put it in the final email, I travel over 400 miles to get here thinking I had the perfect amount. But failed to let me know til the very last second. Not only that, they charge you to park there. But there’s absolutely no cameras, if anything happens it’s on you. I will never be staying here again.

Rough neighborhood, but the Hotel was safe, nice clean and new. Missing one star because you had to get a key from the front desk to use the restroom.

Absolute nightmare dealing with Marie and Jose from the hotel. They were rude and repeatedly abrupt, and I am still awaiting a call from Megan Riley for a month now. The room we got was also unclean and it took a TON of negotiating to clean it! They will say "you can clean your room anytime" on their signage and hoardings, but when you ask them, they will say they clean a room only after 7 days of a stay (even when you show them pictures of dirty hairs and are staying there for 5 days). Marie will repeatedly call you by another name, and they will promise "to make it right" but do nothing. The pool was closed during the stay and the fire alarms - while alarms and drills are necessary, we were not advised at check in! It was 5 days of enduring shrills and entry into the room by different people. Oh, and last but not the least, woken at 11 pm by receptionist saying there was noise from my room (when there was none, it was an ice machine down the hallway humming). So, you will be woken up from deep sleep to be advised about imaginary noise that "must be coming from my room". Now you have disturbed two guests, the one complaining about some noise and the other, who was asleep. Great hospitality!

I see that my review from 9 months ago had been deleted. Cute... Hard pass on this hotel. It is not in a good part of town and my vehicle and several others during my stay when broken into. I had several hundred dollars worth of fishing gear stolen, another guy had his work tools stolen. This hotel is squarely between 2 very large homeless camps, and when I asked for video footage from the faux cameras in the parking lot, the lady at the front desk laughed at me. I will never stay in another Towne place.

Not at all what the pictures and the description presents. Highway on both sides. Not only I didn’t get upgraded ( as a platinum) I wasn’t even offered a bottle of water. I left my new HOKA Sneakers in the closet and they are telling me it’s not there! Oh well. This place is far from EVERYTHING. Wasted so much of our time. I really regret I booked it based on ratings and pics.

We stayed in the king suite for 2 nights. Very spacious 1100sf. It's like a large 1bedroom apartment. Very clean, huge bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay 5 stars. I would stay here again and again and again.

We were so impressed with this hotel!! We stayed in a King room that ended up having a kitchenette, which I was not expecting. The room was nicely remodeled. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check in. The continental breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from. We will definitely choose to stay here again if we are in the area again!

I was going through paperwork today and came across a welcome card from this hotel that had been left in our room - I was reminded of how wonderful this place and the staff was when we stayed here a year or so ago. Their thoughtfulness and helpfulness was top tier. Thank you!

In my opinion: Customer service is not just a word. Customer expectations are not just a phrase. Service is not just a word that is printed on the mission statement of the chain of hotels claims to provide. 7 days between cleanings is not acceptable even if the customer doesn't want the room cleaning. Competition during these rough times gets even rougher because customers have a choice. Long term customers provide the stability a hotel needs and should "I believe be treated to better service than the one night customers. I say Again this Is " My Opinion ".

Great kitchen with fridge/freezer, fully stocked with a list of items you can borrow including a blender! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would give it 5 stats but my skin had a reaction to the sheets. Night two they washed a set of sheets in just hot water for me, this helped a little. My legs still turned red and blotchy but I was able to sleep. For over $200 a night you'd think they'd have an alternative set of sheets for like an allergen sensitive set of sheets for weird people like me. Other than that, they accommodated an early arrival so we could get checked in and onto our high school state track tournament within 10 minutes of our hotel. Being next to the freeway is loud so I recommend bringing earplugs if you're used to a quieter environment.

My qualm is not with the front desk staff or the cleaning ladies. They are respectful and friendly. However this place needs a serious rehire of the maintenance man. I have been a long term resident because of some home repairs. The rooms are meh with lots of water damage under the floors in the second floor kitchens. I had 2 rooms for the duration of 2ish months. The showers have cracks, there are openings around the shower fixtures, dead lightbulbs, my fire alarm is dangling from the ceiling. These are all minor issues but more of a lower quality hotel type issues. I wouldn't have paid a dime to stay here just due to the lingering odor of the floors. However, the biggest issue is the laundry room. 3 washers, 6 dryers for a 4 story hotel. While I was a resident, 1 washer and 3 dryers were broken for the entire duration and during my stay another washer broke..so now down to 1 washer and 3 dryers for a 4 story Marriott. The other big issue is that the dryers do nothing to dry until you've dried them 3 times. I keep bringing it up to the front desk and they say they know and they keep reporting it to the maintenance guy who does nothing to fix it. There are tons of long term guests and they are all fed up. I do love the cleaning ladies, front desk, and esp the breakfast staff, they are so kind. But please kick your maintenance man to the curb and hire someone who wants to actually work.

The hotel had an odor.... not in our room mind you, but out in the corridor it smelled like a cross between someone's BM and an unburied corpse. But besides that everything was great. 😳

Great service; friendly front desk staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Great bfast in the morning with lots of seating. Easy on and off to highway. Homeless ppl outside made this a non 5 star rating.

Just checked in and so far so good. Got parking right outside my window and room at end of the hallway near the exit and away from lobby noise. Hopefully no heavy feet above.

Almost everything about this hotel was amazing. Super clean rooms. Clean sheets. Nice staff. Great breakfast! The only thing that was weird/ suprising was me trying to book a room over the phone and dealing with a staff member named Raven who was SUPER unprofessional. Like.....absolutely unprofessional. 1. Talking over the phone felt like i was being ignored half the time and felt like Raven did not want to have anything to do with me booking a room 2. I honestly don't care if a staff member is having a bad day but its really weird for a staff member at a Marriott hotel to not be friendly and not say "have a great day/ evening!" After a conversation 3. I felt really insecure in giving my credit card information to her over the phone becuase I had to repeat myself 2 or 3 times...as if she couldn't hear me and she said it was required to give it in order to reserve a room 4. Told me to check in at 11am the next day but other staff said check in is at 3pm. 5. I literally called 6 times in order to get a hold of a staff member to book a room because we were desperate in getting a new hotel. Eventually Raven answered but it took about 6 calls. I would have given 5 stars if this hadn't have happened. I understand if someone is a new staff member but this was pretty unprofessional.
