So we ordered a 3 piece chicken combo and the only drink available was cocoa cola which I we don't consume. They told us if we want another drink option we had to pay. So we opted not to purchase any additional drink. This was a very BAD experience so I will NOT be spending any money there for a very long time. And I will share my horrible experience with all the person's I encounter.

Very poor service. Cashier was aggressive and very unhappy. I canceled my order and waited until I reached St. Ann to get something to eat. I will never be going back to that location. It's a franchise accordingly another worker, it only has the tastees name but the offering is limited

The breakfast was ok. The staff relatively friendly and the service was good. The cashier took the time out to inform me of what they had available eventhough the menu was readily displayed. The area was clean there's no longer an eating area inside. Ample benches are outside the plaza beneath the shade of the corridor.

Great quality taste in every bit. same quality taste expected on every trip. There just alot work need to be done starting from management for better customer service.

the customer service is really great, but it all depends on whosoever working on the shift few of the staff is very friendly with a high level of customer service, the Pattie’s were very hot and the meal was great.👍

Tastee Angels needs an overhaul. There is no system leading to absent products advertised, long delays and horrible customer service except for R'shid who is outstanding as an individual and a tastee rep. He is the best element of that location but he is not enough. Tastee Angels is a disgrace.

I generally stop here when I am on my way home from Kingston. The service personnel at the drive through are very nice most times, I just wish one day my order is exactly as I've requested. That fruit punch wasn't bad, but I really wanted the ginger beer. My chicken meal is always on point, though. I'm truly grateful for that. It's the main reason I'd recommend this stop if you don't wanna spend on KFC

Drive tru just takes long . Walk in is better . But the taste is the same great

Wide selection of Jamaican breakfast,soups and porridge, very tasty, fast and efficient service...no dessert items available outside of the ice cream is always great at this location, noticed that lately there has been no air condition 🙄, the heat as been unbearable. Take my meal and eat in the car.

Tastee is one of the best places to get tasty authentic Jamaican patties and other lunch and drink options. There is always a wait time but luckily the meals are good and the prices are not as disheartening. There is always adequate parking and wheelchair access and for those who do not wish to enter, the drive-thru is available.

The Tastee branch in Angels, Soanish Town is the best. They make the most delicious fish sandwich. I've gone to other Tastee in other parishes and the dish sandwich is wacked... It did not tasted good and I wasted my money. What I do is stick to the evil I know and get my sandwich right there at Tastee, Angels. I salute the chef. He is doing an excellent job. I've referred the sandwich to many of my friends and family and they enjoyed it themselves. The employees are very welcoming, too.

Service here is consistently poor. You will wait in the drive through for ages, even if there is no one else in the line. Placing an order at drive through is the most tedious thing. You get the worst customer service ever at this Tastee location.

I wish I could give zero for service...the persons there were very lackadaisical about their job from cashier to server. It took 30 minutes from ordering and paying for a soup to actually getting the soup!!! That's just crazy. This is the poor service that is received every single time. It seems they have mastered bad service 😕

The woman at the drive through Was horrible to be a supervisor. Her face was unpleasant, she answered no question and because of how she behaved...i won't be going back. Tastee is my go to for patties and its the first i see they have someone so disgusting in approach.

The lady taking the order was super cool, friendly and professional. When we learnt that the chicken patties had sold out she ordered more to be baked for us all. In fact all the staff should be commended for their customer service and given a substantial payrise.

Tastee Angels location needs customer service training badly. Every time I go there the customer service get's worse. The employees behave like your bothering them. My latest experience, I went there and ordered their egg sandwich on a Sunday. Other customers and I waited for our food for about 15 to 20 minutes. When I finally got mine and went back to work and started to eat the sandwich I released there was no egg in the it. There was only cheese (which I had to pay extra for) and the lettuce. I'm so over it, management needs to do something about this location pronto.

The food is delicious, the jerk chicken with rolls n fries are delicious not to mention the patties there are also pastries and fruits and a wide range of drinks and juices available. There is room for improvement in the customer service area in regards to the staff to customers

Conveniently located in the angels plaza by the end nearest the new Highway, it is a one stop refreshment center where one can fill their car with fuel or their tires with air or even their stomachs with food from Tastee. If they just want to nibble on something they also have the option to just grab a snack from the small grocery store adjacent to the patty shop and if you want greater food options you could cross over to the other side of the plaza which has more variety in stores that sell food, clothing, electronics, medicines, books, hairstyling services and more.

Tastee angels not the best. The workers aren't efficient and if you find yourself standing waiting for over 30 minutes and others who came after you got through before you did, they lost your receipt. Ask for assistance because they won't assist on their own.

The service needs improvement. At the drive through, there wasn't any one to take the order. After waiting and moving to the window to pay...noone again...at the last window order was finally made...on delivery wrong order was given and the meal was cold.

Decent pace of service and the patties are always fresh. Drive through is also efficient. However, they lack dining offerings.

Great options for breakfast and lunch. They also have pastries and basic fruits and drinks and of cour else DELICIOUS PATTIES! HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!

Service was fast, but I expect a piping hot beef patty from Tastee. It was warm at best.

The patties are good make no mistake about it. For a new person shopping there and don't know the "ropes" can be a bit daunting. That's the problem, handing in my receipt or wait till my number is called - I got a good stare down. Maybe those staff was tired as the holidays approach - days away, but still some people need to be reminded that a lot of business is about good customer service nowadays.

The food is great there not gonna lie but the only bad thing happened was that they got our orders wrong but it's great tho.

Wait time is very reasonable, taste of the food is great. Staff is very welcoming. There are markers for social distancing at the cashier.

Drive thru experience. Wither it was too early in the day (9:30am), or the staff hadnt woken up yet. 20 minutes wait withbonly 3 cars ahead, standard chicken patties were unavailable (only Jerk Chicken). Apart from that, the cheesy beef patties were the same scrumptuous patties that i have come to expect from Tastee. 🤤🤤😁😁
