Never have I been to a worse cafe in my entire life. Service was atrocious. The female waiter was so rude especially when she called my friend ‘stupid’ for leaving 2Kuna in coins. Then proceeded to ask the male waiter (whom she was inappropriately flirting and canoodling with infront of customers) if it was us who had left these coins and that we should be embarrassed and ashamed to have left some payment in coins? Money is money and should be accepted in any form it is given. For the next 20 minutes we were given dirty looks by the female waiter and comments were made about us between herself and the male waiter. We are all fluent in Croatian and she knew that so was purposely raising her voice to ensure we would here the smack she was saying about us. This cafe doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.

Recommendation: Have exact change ready and know what you want to order before you enter the premises. Extremely rude service. We had not even sat down and got rudely asked what we wanted. Politely asked if we order at the till or if it was table service as it was not apparent. We not had even seen a menu nor was there on the table. I was just sorting through my change when the waitress came to take my order and before I could say anything, she tapped the table and shouted "I cannot accept this". We apologised and said it we weren't going to use it to pay and we weren't trying to make her life difficult. She replied with "I am sad" (?) Cafe is at a busy bus station and clearly understaffed marked by the staff's stressed and fed up expressions. Management or owners are clearly just as unprofessional, as they visibly berate their staff in front of customers. So much potential from tourism at a busy bus station, if they improved their hospitality and professionalism. Note. We paid the bill exactly using the correct notes and change. We were not expecting Michelin starred service just a basic cafe where one can order and pay for food and beverages as expected.

If your travelling count your change carefully. Tried to miss 100kn in change and only 'remembered' after I came back to the server to ask about the mistake. Espresso was 6/10

Nice little place to have a coffee while waiting for your bus. Service was unremarkable; however, they were quite kind to me. Coffee was good and fair priced (I cannot comment about the food as I didn't order any). Would come again if i had to wait for a bus in Split.

Short changed me significantly, but was in too big of hurry to notice at the time.

Best croissant so far in Croatia!!! (French opinion for what it worth). Really nice burek with apple too. Astonishing for a bus station cafe.

It took the waitress 35 mn to come and ask what I was drinking. Unfortunately very unpleasant person. It felt like I was bothering her and not welcomed. Maybe hire an other waitress to give this one back her smile. Too bad it is the only coffee open at night at the split bis station.

The worst place for Asian people. They are racist!!!!! The worst experience I have ever got when I’m travel. They laughed at the costumers. That’s very rude!!!!! I went out without food I have paid. They made me feel bad for all Croatia people. If this is not your last place, get away now!!!! They are racist!!!!
