Good food and drinks. The food portions are on the smaller side. The waitress added a 15€ tip to the bill when we wanted to pay by card without asking how much we want to give. We noticed because we checked the bill. He initially didn’t even wanted to change the bill insisting that that it is his tip. Tip by definition means you can give as much as you want.

We waited at the entrance for about 10 minutes. No hostess or waiter came up to us. It was not a busy time, waiters were standing at the bar chatting. After 10 minutes, I walked to one of the waiters and asked him if we can sit anywhere or if we should wait to be seated. He assured me we can sit anywhere we want. Maybe a minute after we sat down, a hostess suddenly appeared at our table telling us we cannot sit there. Okay, no biggie, we will switch tables then. We ordered eggs benedict and their version of english breakfast. The waiter informed us that they are out of hash browns for the second dish. We asked if they can throw in an extra piece of toast instead, since they are still going to charge us full price for that meal. The waiter refused and told us that "no substitutes" is restaurant policy. The final straw was when we saw our waiter put his bare finger in someones glass and played with ice in it. He then proceeded to take this glass together with a bottle of soda and serve it to another client. He did it in plain sight, right at the bar, without any shame. He literally played with someones drink with this dirty fingers, before serving it to them. Oh and the food was bad too. Probably the saddest eggs benedict I ever had - no salt in any of the ingredients and bitter spinach. Please don't go there.

Not the biggest choice of cocktails. They were only serving breakfast at 2pm so also had a limited food menu. Food and drinks were nice however.

Great spot! It's Europe. Normally you don't get great service because of this (Although Croatia is better, and here they do good!). The restaurant and bar were amazing. Definitely check this spot out.

Or server, Valentino was amazing. During the summer and the more popular months there is a minimum spend and it becomes a serious nightclub. But in the off months it's an amazing spot just to sit down and have an incredible meal with equally great service. Heatrd seats with blankets outside, fantastic environment inside. They have two venues, with a third on deck. If you can, make it a stop!

Very nice restaurant in the harbor In split with nice music and a good atmosphere. It's a little on the pricey side, but it's absolutely worth it. The service was quick and the servers where helpful. Had some tempura shrimps, tuna , hummus and olive salad... everything was super tasty. A big plus is that you can bring dogs and we saw no cats.

Everything was fine, the waitress was very polite. We were in winter and maybe because it was not so crowded we had a great experience. It's a little bit pricey but still you pay for the location too and the great interior design.

Tjedan restorana review, place has really nice decoration and ambient. Food from what I was able to wait to be delivered was amazing, bruscette with beefsteak nicely served and tasty. Chicken with potato quite nice. And now why rating 3, it took more than one hour and 45 minutes for total 3 dish meal. I have politely asked waiter for the desert after one hour, then after another 15 minutes I politely asked for the desert and to pay since we are in rush. Than after 15 minutes since waiter was still ignoring to deliver it, we paid at the bar without trying desert.

Food was ok - service was very slow had to wait over an hour. It looked nice. My boyfriend ordered 2 rum and pineapples and these came to 320kn/40gbp. Upon reading the reviews we think he got charged for a double when he was given singles. Wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend. Agree with others - tourist trap. On top of this, whilst we were in there we saw another table be overcharged by 160kn. Find somewhere nicer for your money!

Nice place the hostess’s are nice the shisha is so bad and the waiters are not so friendly.. there are better places to sit .. they didn’t put enough flavor in the shisha and it burned really fast plus they don’t change coils and it’s 330 kuna so I should smoke some good shisha not it was not

Me and my sister went here. It had a good vibe with house music, cushioned seating and sophisticated food which tasted good but small portions - this suited the style. Inside there was a female dancer in a cage. We only stayed for the meal but think it would be a good place to stay late for dancing and cocktails.

A beautiful restaurant overlooking the Riva and the sea. This is the first restaurant that we have came across which offered a full breakfast which was delicious. We also had beautiful pancakes and eggs Benedict. The Service and atmosphere was first class. We shall return for dinner.

Ordered 2 coffees with milk, got 2 cups with less than half of them with coffee. Price is terrible for what you get. I was waiting 25 minutes to get the other cup of coffee as the waitress kept on forgetting my order (or simply didnt care as it was 1 drink). Price for the experience there is way too high. Would recommend other places..

Very nice place in Split with a huge terras on the boulevard. I am here in February and seated inside. It is rather quiet but stil very comfortable and warm. The staff is young and polite. The food was really very nice. All in all a nice place for a drink and good food.

We ordered 2 cappuccinos. They were below average, made with Barcaffe coffee. Price: 4 EUR - EACH. Then we asked the waitor to pay with a credit card. He said it would take a long time and requested cash. We paid in cash and received no invoice. Summary: a pricy tourist trap. Avoid!

Chose this place among other restaurants in the same street was mainly because of the design of the restaurant, it was elegant and classic. As I’m picky with the environment of the dining place. Nice sofas to hang out after you were tired from the heat and you have the sea in front of you. And the food was amazingly good. I chose the seafood dish. It was very fresh and well cooked. Although I was expecting a larger portion. The service was very nice of the lady named Naki. Always nice smile and welcoming. She was the main reason I wrote this review. If the other waitress could be as good as her did, I would’ve given a 5 stars. Room for improvement!

What an incredible evening at the Olive Tree. Nicolina was such a darling and gracious host. Antonio treated us with care and helped us choose perfect dishes and wine. Our seats looking across the boardwalk to the sea were amazing. Incredible in every way.

We came for breakfast and the hostess and waitstaff were engaging and set expectations upfront about what was and wasn’t in stock and sizes of certain dishes, and how certain dishes may be different to what we would usually expect (say at home for example) The meal was lovely, ambiance and location great and the breeze made the heat feel cool.

Lovely seating and views. Nice vibes. Didn’t order food so couldn’t rate it but the people who work here were brilliant

The hospitality in this place was just amazing, especial Zrinka as our host and her keeping as good mood all time we visit that place. Tomo take care about as pretty well. Dishes was even better than good.

The place is amazing, staff was very respectful, price is not so cheap, some items are more expensive than others, but considering everything, the place and the location, I think the experience is worth it.

We were walking along the waterfront and cafe hopping. Olive Tree was our third stop and we couldn’t order more snacks cos we’re full from previous. Service was prompt and the one and only snack we ordered was the spring roll, it’s good👍🏻. The service staff kept coming up to us to check on us, to the point I felt a little compelling to have ordered more stuff😅 Very nice and trendy decor if u like something similar to a cigar bar.

The restaurant has really nice decorations inside and some very comfortable chairs outside. We went here for a breakfast. Even with a very lites menu, the eggs Benedicht were very delicious. In the morning the music was also in a comfortable loudness range. Unfortunately, it was rather cold for us sitting inside. I don't give 5 stars for this reason and for a very tiny restroom (at least for men).

Cool place with nice vibe. I had lamb chops which I really enjoed. Food came quicly and the staff were friendly. I would happily come back there!
