The valley office is an absolute joy and game changer with life's challenges such as severe neck pain which I have. Mara is the best provider I have had in years ,she listens,gives great advice and makes things happen to improve my situation and she has been a miracle for me!! What she is doing works!! My pain levels are now tolerable! I will not go to anyone else now!! She is the best ever!! I also adore her M.A. Melissa T.,she is amazing and caring and listens to everything you say with genuine concern! She is the best!! and her van shoe collection is always fun,just to see which ones she has on at the visit!! These 2 together are an amazing team and I will refer anyone to go to them who needs help!! I'm their pt. for life!! I thank them for all they have done for me!!💯🤗🤗🤗

The staff here is absolutely amazing. The gal I spoke with, Alyssa was very understanding, personable and easy to talk to and got me in contact with the right people to help me with my questions. She definatly helped make me feel like I wasn't just a random number but she truly wanted to help and get me the answers I needed. Her enthusiasm was a breath of fresh air.

Emily,Angel, Mel, Kori, and Whitnie are my favorite employees out of both locations. Emily got my leg braces for me which help me so much with walking around. I'm beyond thankful. Before finding spine team I could barely walk more than 50 yards and now I have more mobility than I've had in awhile. Would recommend coming here if your struggling with any pain.

After several visits and >$500 I am still exactly where I was when I started. Mara changed stories every visit (won't give up until you're better vs. this is the end of the road for you) and (you're a good candidate to refer to the orthopedic surgeon vs. We can't refer you because the injections haven't been successful enough). The "test" injections were extremely painful but instead of listening to me I was treated like it's not possible they hurt that bad and we want you to get another one. I regret letting my doctor refer me here instead of somewhere else because everyone I talked to said this would be my experience. If an injection will get rid of your pain then this is probably a good fit for you but if it doesn't you will waste time and money trying to fix something that they haven't even taken the time to identify the true root cause of the problem. It's great they can pinpoint the area but they need to spend more time truly understanding what is wrong with that area. Lastly, I would recommend a "spine team" to look at the spine as a whole, why would someone have pain from top to bottom (me) but it not be related? That's what I was told..... And had to take multiple trips to Spokane (2 hours each trip) to look at the upper and lower portion of my back independently. Even my chiropractor stated it's all related, I would think a team who specializes in back pain would at least consider the possibility.

I recently moved back to Spokane from the west side of our great state of Washington and it is good to be back in my home town, I have also recently became a patient of the Spine Team Spokane at the north Spokane clinic. I can only tell you that they are a wonderful staff of people who really care for you and your needs. While I was there it was explained to me that if for any reason I needed to be seen at the Spine Team Spokane in the Spokane Valley the two clinics are happy to accommodate for my needs, this is really great as sometimes I may not have transportation to the north side. I am certain that at some point I might have to be seen at the valley location and anticipate I will receive the same level of excellent care I have experienced at the north Spokane location. The Spine Team of Spokane really go the extra mile to take good care of there patients and I look forward to meeting the staff at the valley location. I had the worst experience I have ever experienced. I am an CNA and never have i been treated in a such a horrible way working in the hospital like I was treated today in the this clinic. It was my first time in the clinic, Kim was my provider, she talked very fast, when I would ask a question she would get irritated with me. She started getting extremely aggressive with me treating me horribly. I was in tears. I told her I don’t think we are a good fit, she is to aggressive and I don’t feel heard. I felt judged from the minute she saw me and my tattoos. Her response was I agree you’re aggressive too by asking why, why, why!! I left the office balling my eyes out. I would hope the rest of the team is better and allows you to ask questions so you can understand their treatment plan for you. I will never go back there.

An amazing team here and Kim is nothing less than exceptional at her job. I have been here a few months and I can’t see myself going to any other clinics. They really seem to care about their patients and they address the issues and help with getting them fixed.

I have been with the spine team for at least 3 years and could not ask for a BETTER TEAM!!! They are very professional and helpful. Always very efficient at getting you in and out on your appointed days. Very nice staff. Lindsey Sommers, my specialist, is very sweet, kind and compassionate.

PATIENT CARE: 5 Stars BILLING: 0 Stars They will treat you and allow you to rack up a debt over time and nail you all at once, threatening collections. I had incredible results with the care I received from Spine Team over the course of 9 months. Billing, on the other hand, doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I paid my co-pay every single visit and, after several appointments and procedures, I received a phone call from Cassie stating that I now owe them $2,500 for money they FAILED to collect towards my deductible over the previous 6 MONTHS (mind you, 2 different coverage years)! She started raising her voice and reprimanding ME for not paying when I paid EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD EVERY SINGLE VISIT!!! And, yet, they KEPT seeing me.

The people here were wonderful. My husband has been suffering for months waiting on help. Jane Sonnenburg got him into a brace on our first visit even though they don't usually do it then.she seen the suffering and acted to get him relief right away! Thank you Spine Team Spokane!

The team in the valley is incredible! I had a lot of hesitation and nervousness with new treatments and going through the ‘process of elimination’ to find what works. It takes time, insurance hoops must be jumped through, Jeremy is the first face I see before any treatment. He’s kind, patient with everyone, and knows his stuff! I wish I knew everyone’s names- the dr and his aid are so kind and careful! Thank you! The front desk staff handle a lot of people- all moods, and they do it with grace. Thank you, all!

Just had my first SIJ injection here and Dr. Crisp was very nice. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it and it really helped my anxiety!

Rude and judgmental reception staff who deliberately misinterpreted my mother's concerns, told the doctor she was being "rude" and then had the doctor force her to apologize to one receptionist when the other was still trying to explain what was going on. (My mother had medical concerns that she didn't want to explain in the lobby, where her privacy would be nonexistent, but the receptionist kept repeating the same boilerplate response over and over as though she was trying to forgo a diagnostic test entirely). If you can't listen to patient concerns without pre-judging what you think the issue is, why on Earth would patients want to come back? My mother was humiliated and arrived home in tears. I was under the impression that the purpose of medicine was to heal, not to judge, but apparently this clinic exists primarily to assert dominance over patients.

Angel and Nathan are amazing, I've received top notch care and everyone has taken my care as far possible regardless if the outcome is the same as when I started, sometimes the damage can't be repaired or pain resolved

The entire team is great, what I value most is they genuinely want to help. They have been very thorough in pinpointing my problems and their follow up is second to none. They aren’t there to just rush you through, if something isn’t working up to their standards let alone your own they are already thinking about the next step and how to change it to help you get maximum relief from your procedures.

I have been a patient of Dr Dibble and Spine Team for many years. The RF ablations have helped my neck and back immensely. Dr. Dibble and staff are always professional and caring. They have recently been joined by the young and skilled Dr Crisp. He has treated me on various occasions and I have great confidence in him. My most recent incident was quickly recognized by Tiffanie who sent me to Urgent Care for testing. A compression fracture was found and treated within days by Dr Crisp in a procedure called Kyphoplasty. It is minimally invasive and provided instant pain relief. Anyone suffering from osteoporosis needs to be aware of this miracle treatment. The professionals at Spine Team are there to help you solve any pain issue..PT, injections, pressure point..are just some of the many tools in their tool kit.

Spine Team has been awesome in helping me with multiple back issues over the last 5+ years. The office staff cares about their patients and will do anything they can to help with pain, insurance issues and injections. I was there yesterday and seen Mara. She's really easy to talk to and is understanding to my pain. Her assistant, Melissa J is also kind and helpful. Angel has helped me with insurance issues and never tires with my questions. These Doctors are Amazing. Can’t say enough about them. They help so much with my pain. I love and enjoy coming into the clinic. You don’t have to wait long.And the visit is not long.
