Pros: Our room was clean -didn't hear the traffic in our room, -night staff was very friendly. - Got us new sheets very quickly -Breakfast was good - Hotel looked newly remodeled -Overall the building was clean Cons: Day staff at the counter could have cared less about us checking out. - Hot tub was broken - Pool was freezing -House keeping was trying to get us out at 10:30 when check out is 12pm - Broken cover for ac/heat unit - Shelf missing in the shower with a metal piece sticking out - Towel rack wasn't installed all the way and came off when we took the towel off, luckily my 2 year old didn't get hurt - Sheets on the couch pull out bed had blood stains on it but they brought us a new set right away.

The bed was comfortable room clean could use better lights felt dark in there. Breakfast was basic not much options. Hotel staff were nice and accommodate a late check out for me . Parking outside is a pain we parked out back once we figured out how to get there ! Was in town on a business trip so if a comfortable bed is what you need this is a good place. Good more private location of the main road a little

The check in at the front desk was easy to do. The staff is great! Very friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping did a great job cleaning up our room (we aren't messy guests though) thank for attending to our requests before checking in and after. The pool area could be a little warmer and hopefully they get the jets fixed on the hot tub. I do have a suggestion for in the rooms (maybe consider adding cup coasters so the furniture doesn't get ruined).

Stay was horrible from the beginning. As soon as we opened the door our room smelled disgusting. I went downstairs to tell them and was told, “all I could do is febrezze it.” Super upsetting because of how strong the odor was. Once I got back to the room my husband immediately showed me the black mold in the freezer. So I went back downstairs asking for a new room and showed the front desk photos. I was told, “oh well I can give you a new refrigerator but it won’t have a freezer, is that ok?” - I said, “The entire room smells of mold and I have a 4 year old son. There’s no way he’s staying in that room. Can you change our room?” I was then told, “No, sorry we are all booked, and we haven’t had our air freshener supply delivered in a while to get rid of the musty smell.” I said, “Um, an air freshener isn’t going to get rid of black mold and who knows how long it’s been growing there. Which means no one is checking it!” I was then told, “I was just in that room this morning and it smelled fine, just a bit musty, but all of our rooms smell musty.” - Good lord, I seriously can’t believe the things I was told by the front desk employees. Absolutely ridiculous.

my family of 4 stayed, two adults, and two teenage boys.. was very pleased overall. Had come for Silverwood. Yes this location is in the industrial area, but that didn't bother us. The staff, seemed friendly, and professional.

The pool is absolutely disgusting and cloudy. Definitely not safe for toddlers. The area is sketchy and I encountered a beggar in the parking lot. I would gladly drive the extra half hour to stay at the La Quinta in Coeur d'alene. I regret making reservations at this location after having such good experiences at the alternative. The only thing nice about this place is the clean, updated room. It's fine for adults, but not family friendly and not safe for toddlers in location or pool area.

Positives: Clean modern facility in general. Comfortable in-room height make-up desk. In-room make-up remover provided. In-room toilet/shower area separate (by door) from sink area. In-room closet space. In-room generous and well placed electrical outlets. Good selection of full fat and low fat yogurt at Breakfast buffet. Friendly and professional front desk staff. Negatives: Very slight musty smell in room; not offensive, livable. Rear parking lot not directly accessible from main motel; need to exit and use shared driveway with other businesses. Bottomline: Would stay here again without hesitation. Good value.

So I would have given this place the highest stars possible but when pain medicine is stollen from you after you were gone all day for a medical procedure and the general manager brushes you off because the person who cleaned your room has been there for 10 years and he doesn't want to believe she did it. It's not okay for any staff to go through your belongings, if you stay here keep as much as you can on you or in your car.A positive thing Tony at the front desk was amazing and so helpful.

Nice and roomy with a two person table and sofa as well as a desk. The bed was very good but you could clearly hear people walking upstairs. The breakfast was standard free breakfast. It was in a quiet area which was nice.

We have stayed here before and always loved it. They are super pet friendly. We had to stay here last night when we evacuated from the Gray Road fire. They allowed us and all of our house pets to stay here, despite it being against their policy to have so many pets per room. I was so thankful and cannot recommend them highly enough. To have a safe place to take my family and my fur babies made me believe in the kindness of others again. If you stay here, I have no doubt that you and your family will be in good hands.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was nervous because it was off the beaten path a bit, in a industrial area. However, room was clean and cozy. Breakfast could be improved. Kevin at the front desk is nice! I'd stay again

Stayed here based on overall reputation of La Quinta - I wish I would’ve chosen to stay at the other location, maybe. Check in was a mess. They didn’t honor my room preference/request and charged me more to switch to a different room type as a result. They made us change the reservation to my partner’s name because it was his credit card. We finally get to the room, and it was pretty small and hadn’t been renovated in a while. There was next to no soundproofing, you could hear in the hall, your upstairs neighbor, next door neighbor, etc. I barely slept. Final note. The location is close to the highway… but in a weird industrial area of Spokane Valley.

Rooms were great. The pool and hot spa were really warm but there was an issue with the hot spa being cold once and the water slightly murky. Besides that I loved this place.

I booked this place on short notice and was very satisfied. The staff were fun and friendly and the place was very clean. Loved the hot tub and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely return.

My boyfriend and I had a weekend getaway in the Timber Suite for our anniversary. The room was clean, and set up nicely. Bed was comfortable and warm. The real issues I had is that there was a large group of probably 5-7 kids running up and down the halls, running and screaming in the pool area from 3:00pm to 10:30pm and the parents kept leaving them unsupervised. There was also a couple with two small dogs right next to our room and the dogs barked all throughout the day and night. Overall, the hotel was nice but we won't be returning most likely because of the experience. I spent over $160.00 to not get hardly any sleep, and not use any of the perks (pool, hot tub, breakfast, gym) because of the screaming children.

We stayed here for two weeks. The room was so nice, clean, quiet, peaceful. The bed was perfect and we slept so good each night. Our room had a nice large flatscreen TV. The room had a nice larger mini fridge, mircrowave, coffeemaker, nice sofabed. The staff was friendly, helpful, very pleasant. The breakfast area had nice selections to choose from. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The fitness center was a large size, many exercise tools to use. The wifi was great. There was a nice business center but we did not need to use it. Overall, we highly recommend this place. It was great!!!

Stayed here to goto silverwood. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Stayed 3 nights. Front desk is amazing. Breakfast is basic but waffles are on point. Full gym and pool. Housekeeping accommodation is wonderful every day if you want it. Will definitely come back.

The location of this hotel is not ideal for anyone that wants to do any walking it is in the industrial area which we knew but it proved to be more inconvenient than originally thought. Upon entering the room we noticed large stains on the carpet, splatters of who knows what on the walls and mildew around the drains in the bathroom. Within a couple hours of being checked into the hotel we noticed that the toilet had backed up not because of our use and because of the time of night (about 9pm) we’re told that there is no maintenance staff on shift so we were made to clean a backed up toilet ourselves that wasn’t even caused by us… eww. The Wi-Fi did not work for the entire duration of our stay aside from a few brief moments in time. As customers who were not from the USA this was hard because Wi-Fi is the only way of communication with people at home. When we originally complained about the toilet backing up and the Wi-Fi we were given a $25 discount on our room cost… which after exchange rate was still over $800 for 3 nights after the discount. Upon check out the man at the desk was super understanding and did increase our discount however would not recommend this hotel, and we will definitely not be staying here again.

Very happy with this place. Would recommend. However they don't do fresh cookies in the evening anymore. Oh and no corkscrew on site.

I stay at the La Quinta fairly often and it is my favorite hotel for being dog friendly, space, price, kitchenette option and customer service. My latest stay was the best because of Kevin, who greeted me warmly at the front desk, was beyond accommodating helping me picking a room and expediting check in. I contacted him in regards to our wifi once checked in and he reset the whole system, allowing me to access it. My second call I inquired if there were playing cards to purchase in their concessions, which there weren't. To my surprise a knock on the door came 30 min later. While on his break, he purchased me playing cards at the gas station he went to and brought them by and thanked me for being a Wyndham member. I've never had something like that happen even at 5 star establishments I've stayed at. He is an amazing asset to your hotel and company and goes beyond the distance. Thank you for the amazing accommodations!!

My wife, dogs and I have stayed here multiple times on our trips to and from Montana. Always a great experience. Clean rooms, Excellent staff attention. Offerings for Breakfast are varied perfectly and the juices and milk are actually cold! Each stay has been perfect.

Check in process was quick and easy. Staff very friendly. Clean bathroom, clean beds. This is an older hotel in the middle of a very busy industrial park on the eastern edge of Industrial Spokane. The rooms are very outdated. The table wasn't suitable for using a laptop because it wobbles like a top. Some kind of huge stain on the carpet greeted me as I walked in the door. Some sketchy characters scuttling about outside. Didn't leave anything in the vehicle.

Front desk was friendly and inviting. Room was clean and well taken care of. In a good location for a quick one night stop. Breakfast bar was one of the best I've seen. Lots of options for food and drinks.

I'm here often as I do overnight trips for work. Afternoon and morning staff are always friendly and are always in a happy cheerful mood. I've never had a issue with a room. They always keep it nice and cleaned everywhere.

Lovely calm hotel. Booked this hotel for a little family get away and we had a great experience. It was a quiet, clean, nice hotel. The staff we encountered were friendly. The hotel was modern which was very nice. Highly recommend if you are in the area looking for a place to stay

Nice and clean, well maintained rooms. Beds were comfortable. Table and chairs for eating, microwave and coffee pot. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous, even when we were checking in at 10pm with 3 kids after a day at Silverwood. Great breakfast with multiple hot and cold options, even for picky eaters. Coffee was always hot and ready.

My husband and I stayed the other night on our trip home. The beds are always comfortable at La Quinta. The room was large and very clean. Tony checked us in and was extremely efficient, kind and helpful. Breakfast is included and there is no charge for dogs. It's all around a good deal!

O my the beds are so comfortable! Beautiful room, very well put together and very clean. Shane at the front desk was so nice and helpful gave a list of the best restaurants near by and even let me into the pool area when I locked my self out...

Five stars for allowing pets! Super clean hotel and rooms! The place was so clean we couldn't even tell pets had been in the hotel or our room. Our room was very large which was great since we have to very large dogs. The staff was amazing and very welcoming to us and our dogs. Could not have had a better stay. Big thanks to La Quinta for being open to large breed dogs. Now that we have had our maiden voyage, we will definitely travel again and stay at La Quinta's! Word to pet owners, La Quinta does not have to accept our pets, show your appreciation and please clean up after your dogs in the outside pet areas. They offer poop bags and garbage cans to make it easy for you. Don't give them a reason to stop allowing dogs in their hotels.

Overall great value. Area seems quiet, could hear the trains at a distance but it was almost like white noise. Clean outside, clean lobby, very clean room. Pool very clean, hot tub broken as of April 2 2022. Did not have the free breakfast but I can say the coffee is really good and I am fairly picky about coffee. The breakfast is a step down from what you would see at a Holiday Inn Express in terms of options. I would stay again for sure. And will consider other La Quinta locations based on my experience here.

Room was great, great prices and staff were friendly and professional. Only complaint is the amount of people not wearing masks and lack of hand sanitizer. Especially during breakfast. There were six others downstairs getting breakfast while I went down and I was the ONLY one wearing a mask and maintaining six feet. I get you can't force masks all the time but in an environment where people are on top of each other and there is food involved seems pretty important to have people wearing masks. I ended walking away from the breakfast area due to the lack of precautions being taken.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. Mold growing on the windows, the entire room seems as if it's never been dusted. Still splatters on the walls, lamp shades. Bedding looks to have mold spots and makeup on the pillow case. Nail clippings found, mirrors had residue. Coffee machine dirty inside and out. None of the amenities where properly working. Pool heater wasn't working so ice cold pool. Spa/hot tub jets weren't working and water is warm not hot. Feel terrible that my husband splurged on a jetted tub suite for our anniversary and my birthday gift only for me to debate just heading home and taking the loss on the money spent to celebrate 15 year anniversary and my birthday.
