I have been a member of this gym for over 10 years; I did not want my money back during Covid-19 because I really wanted to keep the gym from closing or going out of business. I ALWAYS pay for my memberships a year in advance and do not do the monthly payments. I noticed that they automatically began a monthly membership with me and for over a week I have been trying to either get this applied for a paid year membership or to cancel altogether; I have called several times and gone into the gym twice to cancel my membership and they tell me I need to talk to a manager - but no one calls me or no one at the front desk knows how to cancel my membership - I am beyond FRUSTRATED - they wont let me have the membership I want and they wont cancel my membership ------ seriously upset ---

Great gym. Good selection of functional training equipment beyond machines and free weights. Also courts and stuff.

I love the valley fitness center. They have great equipment and plenty of room. But I'm not impressed by the hours. The gym has the potential to be even better by either being 24 hours or open earlier and stay open later.

Went to this gym for 3 years. They got all new staff and they are the laziest, rudest people I’ve ever met. Extremely unprofessional, and did the bare minimum with cleaning and maintenance

Been going to this gym for years now. For the past year now the hours have been garbage they now close at 9pm during the week(used to be 11pm). For the money we are paying they can at least move to 10 pm.

Pretty good workout equipment. Customer service is alright. Dalton is chill. The manager is very rude not a very friendly or helpful person in general. They’re wildin behind the scenes. Very greedy they love to charge you fees and enforce rules they don’t tell you about.

By far the best gym in our area. The staff is great and the rates are very affordable. There is equipment for every need in there cardio, bodybuilding, crossfit, swimming, basketball and the list goes on. The trainers are top notch as well! Dont be fooled by the other big box gyms around here. Spokane Fitness Center is the place to be.

Best Real gym in Spokane. Plenty of equipment and space for everyone. Swimming pool, racketball courts, and a huge basketball gym. They even have a 24 our location over on division if you need to get a late night workout in. 10/10.

This is the best gym in Spokane and that statement is backed by multiple factors. The training staff genuinely cares about their clientele and they go the extra mile to educate unlike most trainers at other gyms who simply go through the motions of showing/telling you what to do and leaving the conversation at that. These trainers actually get to know their clients and show a personal interest in everyone walking through the door. The facilities are very well kept and cleaned often and the equipment is some of the best that can be utilized in the Spokane area. Prices for membership are reasonable for what it comes with here. Big swimming pool, full sized basketball court, 2 racquetball courts, and a huge weight lifting area along with a separate cardio room. They have done a great job managing this gym and I will continue to come here as long as I live in Spokane.

Have been lifting, swimming, and using the hot tub/sauna since 2021. Have never once considered or even thought of going anywhere else. The other clients are courteous and I never have a problem with equipment being backed up or busy. Staff is always friendly, greets you every time, and the gym is cleaned daily by the same person. I’m 36 and this gym of all others does a great job at hitting all the boxes. Happy to leave this review.

I started late 2022 , and my only regret is not joining sooner . The staff are friendly pleasant helpful , and not at all pushy .. They also like to come in and work out when they're not on the clock . From the multiple weight rooms to the basket ball courts to the heated pool , and hot tub along with the vast array of training classes , and personal training they offer as well Its all very enjoyable , and the membership costs aren't there to break the bank either . One other thing I really like is the people who work out here are serious about their health , and are thus respectful to the equipment , and each other . Yes any gym is going to have "that guy or two" , but I've been a member for 8 months now I go 3-4 times a week on average I've had no issue with anyone , and I've met some really cool people along the way . This is a great gym with a great atmosphere. In short this is my gym home.. Thank you to the fitness center in Spokane Valley for all that you do for us. It is so greatly appreciated !

I love this gym! I visit Spokane once or twice a year, and this is by far the best gym around. They have everything! A pool, cardio equipment, and 5 different weight areas. They also have a full gym to play basketball. The facility is clean and equipment works well. Staff are friendly and guest rates are reasonable. I won’t go anywhere else when visiting Spokane.

I have been going to the fitness center for a little over 2 years and have had such a great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff! And the people that workout here are all so friendly! There is also great equipment, and they are always trying to improve the facility! :)

Amazing gym, by far the best I’ve been to. They have an amazing diverse set of machines and great weight range. Facilities are always spotless. Vibe is awesome, everyone is nice and pushes you to be the best form of yourself! 10/10

I attempted to cancel my membership in the summer and the front desk told me to email their manager. I email the manager all the necessary information thinking I’m in the clear. Turns out the email was incorrect and they never received the email. But the charges racked up for 4 months with penalties. I did not receive 1 email or phone call from the staff. Find a new gym.

Pool, hot tub, sauna, track, spin, racquetball, basketball, all the stuff. This place is amazing. So glad I found it and it feels good knowing I'm supporting local business. Just joined for a year and I'm pumped for this journey. WOOT!

Awesome gym, super clean with everything you need from free weights, tons of machines, cardio, cross fit and more. This gym is for everyone! It’s our #1 go to when we’re traveling through Spokane. Major plus is the great kids club!

I love this gym, been going to the north side gym for awhile but I travel between the valley and north now throughout the week and I love both gyms but I always look forward coming to the valley gym. It’s much larger, always a nice rotation of new equipment and even the older styled equipment is great quality. I have been trying to get everyone I know to sign up to this gym because it’s so great and very good price for such a high quality establishment.

Easy sign up process. The staff are friendly and I formative. I signed up mostly for the pool it's clean and well maintained. Locker rooms are clean and there are plenty of lockers for Day use.

I've been going here for over two years now, and after checking our several different gyms in the area (including MUV, Planet Fitness, and Chrome), this place is where it's at. Tons of different equipment and perks, really the best bang for your buck, and both the staff and the other gym-goers are friendly, but leave you to focus on your workout. If I could change one thing, it would just be to have their hours go later, but really that's a very minor compared to all of the boxes this place checks. I highly recommend checking them out!

Simply, a great gym. I've been an off/on member for too many years than I would like to admit. The only gym in the area with a hot sauna (the Northside location has both a hot sauna and a steam room), racquetball courts, basketball courts, pool, with more free weights, machines, and work-out areas than you would imagine. Quality equipment, although not the newest, very well maintained. I was a little bummed when a few of my machines were down for repair, but I appreciate the facility for keeping things in good shape! If you can get to the door... there is something here you can do. You get out of it what you put into it. To be honest, not the least expensive gym, but most definitely the very BEST VALUE if you are looking for a non-judgmental place to take your health to the next level, whatever that is for you, from the barely mobile to the full-fledged athlete, I'm a fan! My health journey has run the gamut and I've always felt welcome and encouraged.

Love the gym and love training in the Cage. The front desk are always pleasant and glad to see me when I come in. The equipment is well maintained. I have been to many gyms in Spokane and this is my home. Won’t be leaving unless they close the cage down. Highly recommend

I like going to this gym because they have literally everything. They have a racquetball court, a basketball court, a sauna, weights, free weights, cardio machines, a women's area, a personal trainer available, and day care. There's also a family plan, which is for 2 adults total and two kids. A little over $80 a month when I signed up. The people there are really helpful too, and sincere. There's two other locations, a 24 hour one and one on the north side.

I haven't been to this gym in a few years, hadnt heard from them a single time in that time span & I just recieved an email stating I owe them almost $300.? That is absurd and does not make any sense. Zero star review

Great value for the money!! When it is busy, it is not crowded. Easy to get on the equipment you want. The only dislike was the pool was a little dirtier than I would have liked. Also, making sure that the items used by members is always maintained. Broken soap dispensers in the showers.

This is one of those very unassuming places that are a hidden gem. Great selection of equipment, clean locker / bathrooms, lots of group classes offered, great basketball courts and they open at 5 am! Great local gym to be a part of.

I was given a paper to chose what kind of membership I wanted. I chose by monthly at $50. Anyone want to explain why this business is trying to take $80 from me a month? That was NOT the agreement! If I'm paying more than $50 I'm NOT giving nothing! If you can't be honest with the prices, you are getting NOTHING FROM ME. I already have a good gym I've moved to!

Gym is fine untill you have to cancel. Paid over a year without going tried cancelling multiple times only to be told by multiple employees different cancellation procedure. (email them for them to send you a forum they could provide easily without needing to wait two weeks) was given the wrong email initially and then proceed to say they want to charge me for one month after cancelation. Stay away from this business go to a more reliable gym for a better service experience.

Best gym membership I have ever had. Open, clean, and a large variety of equipment. 5 stars all across the board!

Pros: $19 a month, 5 squat racks, pool, hot tub, updated cardio equipment, classes, renovated men's locker room, women's area, tanning beds, nice staff (Donna the cleaning lady is super sweet) and there's always parking. Cons: the sign on fee, there's only 3 squat racks right now because of renovations, the women's locker room is pretty dingy (there's no hand dryers and holes for where the two used to be there), AAU basketball goes on for months on the weekends each year so parking will be super crowded and kids running around and the equipment is generally older. Still, I prefer it to the other gyms that try to charge you even though you want out of their membership or the one gym that kicks you out for grunting. That same gym has pizza on certain days.

Great cardio and lifting facility. Huge gym. Really disappointed that the sauna has been broken since I started my membership (over two weeks). The sign says tbd on when it will be fixed. The tanning beds don't work either.
