This was pretty interesting to experience the local history. I'd love to see more Simpsons references, but the rights probably costs too much. Especially now with Mickey owning them.

Not too bad, the entire town is it getting fixed up, which is nice to see after years of neglect.

I was pleasantly surprised to see it is free, well run and very historical. They have a small gift area, but good prices. T-shirts too Donations are appreciated.

The Springfield History Museum is on the small side but is definitely worth visiting. The front room is used for rotating exhibits, while the room in the back has a permanent display. It's free and there is a small gift shop.

Interesting small place. The haunted Museum they had this year was good, but not great. Wasn’t much and it was a fast walk through. I think we were through it less then 3 minutes. The kids had fun so it was worth it.

A nice little museum in Springfield that inspired the animated series 'The Simpsons'. But it's mostly about the history of the city itself. Entry is FREE; However, I recommend using the donation jar provided to support charitable work!! You really notice how lovingly and elaborately everything is prepared here with a lot of effort and dedication. Definitely watch it - time required approx. 10-15 minutes. My thanks and respect go to the entire team!! ;-)
