hotel
experience
was
satisfactory,
with
spacious
rooms
that
comfortably
accommodated

persons.
The
bathrooms
were
clean,
although
it
should
be
noted
that
the
hotel
falls
short
of
the
standards
expected
of
a
3-star
establishment,
as
advertised.
The
absence
of
air
conditioning
in
the
rooms
was
compensated
by
the
presence
of
table
fans
mounted
on
the
walls,
which
was
acceptable.
The
food
provided
was
of
high
quality
and
delicious.
It
is
worth
mentioning
that
the
hotel
staff
actively
encourages
guests
to
purchase
packages
that
may
not
offer
good
value
for
money.
However,
through
negotiation,
we
were
able
to
secure
a
favorable
deal.
The
Innova
provided
by
the
hotel
was
suitable
and
comfortable
for
a
group
of
6
people.
It
is
important
to
be
aware
that
additional
charges
may
apply
for
amenities
such
as
air
conditioning
or
blowers
in
taxis.
Therefore,
it
is
advisable
to
clarify
any
potential
extra
fees,
tolls,
or
hidden
charges
in
advance.
Regarding
the
boat
house
stay,
we
had
a
negative
experience
with
a
boat
named
YOUNG-SABINA.
The
deck-boy
exhibited
rude
and
unprofessional
behavior,
making
us
feel
trapped
and
constantly
demanding
money
for
transportation
to
the
shore.
Based
on
my
suggestion,
I
would
advise
against
opting
for
a
night
stay
on
a
boat.
When
I
brought
these
issues
to
the
attention
of
the
generally
polite
receptionist,
she
responded
promptly
and
appropriately.
However,
upon
checking
out
of
the
room,
she
requested
to
unlock
my
phone
and
expressed
a
strong
desire
to
write
a
Google
review
of
the
hotel
herself.
