It is worth mentioning that the hotel staff actively encourages guests to purchase packages that may not offer good value for money. However, through negotiation, we were able to secure a favorable deal. The Innova provided by the hotel was suitable and comfortable for a group of 6 people. It is important to be aware that additional charges may apply for amenities such as air conditioning or blowers in taxis. Therefore, it is advisable to clarify any potential extra fees, tolls, or hidden charges in advance. Regarding the boat house stay, we had a negative experience with a boat named YOUNG-SABINA. The deck-boy exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior, making us feel trapped and constantly demanding money for transportation to the shore. Based on my suggestion, I would advise against opting for a night stay on a boat. When I brought these issues to the attention of the generally polite receptionist, she responded promptly and appropriately. However, upon checking out of the room, she requested to unlock my phone and expressed a strong desire to write a Google review of the hotel herself.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Srinagar's Old City. The Hotel Aala was our first stop, and it was a great choice. Everyone working here is really pleasant. Each of the guest rooms is wonderful. There is free WiFi available. Even so, the speed is superb. The food is tasty as well. The trip was enjoyable all around. Excellent value for the price, attractive furnishings, spacious rooms, a comfortable electric bed, a spotless setting, and convenient in-room amenities. Both the location and vibe of this hotel are top notch. In general, I like working with their Really team. Excellent place to stay, and the staff members that work there are wonderful to interact with. No amount of thanks to them for their kindness and generosity could ever be enough. Srinagar is a pleasant place to stay. The Hotel Aala home was our first destination. The staff is polite and accommodating. Each of the rooms is acceptable. Our day of plundering was made all the more enjoyable by the managers, who have become like members of our own family. The kids seemed to be having a blast with us and were a credit to them. It was the nicest and most comfortable hotel room I've ever been in. Every member of staff I encountered was kind and informative. They made excellent preparations for us, and we were even given a shikara trip at no cost. We had a wonderful day at their home, and the food they provided was excellent.

From February 16-20, 2022, my family and I occupied Rooms 111 and 110 at Aala Residency for a total of 5 nights. We had a wonderful time, and the apartment was perfect for us. The hotel has been maintained quite well, and the rooms are spacious, pleasant, and spotless. The all-day menu was especially great for exposing us to other culinary traditions, and the food was superb. Mr. Raj, who cleans our room, is very kind and helpful, and his continual smile puts us at ease. In the same vein, the rest of the personnel is really kind and helpful. My feedback for Aala Tours are the following: 1. No recommendation for aala Tours and travels to anyone. 2. Issues of hotel booking was not not solved properly. No compensation and arrangements was provided. 3. For the stay of 2 days at aala residence no one asked about the experience. 4. No wifi network in room. 5. Some continuous machine sound in the room. 6. Smelly and Suffocation in washroom. 7. House boat arrangement was very bad. 8. Owner made the fake promise for listening to complaints.

I won't call this place a Hotel as it looked more of a extension of the house. Locality was a plus and the place had decent rooms with neat interiors. There was a shortfall of options for vegans, but whatever we were offered for our meals, reminded us home cooked food and was praiseworthy. There was only one person on service and was overburdened, so at times services were not rendered on time.

The manager was too good they are like family to us we enjoyed aloot with them. Their kids was so good like they have an awesome time with us . The best and the rooms were too good comfortable. All the staff is also good and helpful the arrangement they’ve done for us was awesome and we got an shikara ride as an compliment it was reasonable not that too high the food prepared was like home to us we really enjoyed the time together with them.
