I won't say my experience was bad but it wasn't good either especially with the food. Being a strict vegetarian I am disappointed with the choices of veg food they serve that too is served alongside nonveg. We had to look for veg restaurant late at night. Room we were given was spacious. Had a bit issue with warm water but it was resolved later. Overall apart from food, staying experience was okay.

Hotel location is good but their service is very poor .... food was good but their room service is very bad sometimes they are giving used towel and bedsheet to their costmour.

Completely waste of money to stay in this hotel . Room Ac doesn't heat at all . You will call many times at the reception everytime they will come & set something in the remove & still it doesn't work . Pathetic rooms , service & too much higher charge. Overall waste of money

Room are extremely good The service is incredible by the staff And the owner Rahat sir is very genuine nice and humble person According to my experience this is the best hotel of Sri nagar

We had a wonderful stay at pride inn. The staff is very cooperative. Special thanks to Mr. Aijaz who was very helpful during our stay. Rooms were clean. The location of the hotel is also good where you can take a stroll in the local market nearby. Food is good but it would be nice to see some more options at breakfast and dinner. Everything was pleasant during our stay.

A very nice and cozy hotel with spacious and nicely furnished rooms, modern washrooms and very friendly staffs. Has a wide variety of Breakfast options and the taste of food is also very good. We went in the Eve of New year, they arranged for a small party for the eve as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Manager and all hotel staffs are very helpful. Highly recommended.

Room was dusty,it is so compact,no proper hot water service. Food quality was pathetic.i had a stay package of 2 nights but because of dust my kids started getting allergic and suffocating so we left the hotel and moved to a house boat..even after informing about the unclean rooms they didn't bother to clean it.no electricity backup.i would recommend when you are in srinagar use only house boats or 5 star hotels (if in budget)

Talked very rude. Reception person misbehaving with Travellers. Restaurant billing is different from hotel billing. Everytime you have to pay when you had something from Restaurant. No amenities & they charging for every amenities additionally. Very bad experience. Never visit again. Not recommended to anyone.

Had the misfortune of attempting to stay here this past summer. I say attempting because I never actually got past the front desk. My husband booked via MakeMyTrip and they told us the "main hotel" was overbooked and sent us to their "sister property" down the road which was of inferior quality to what we had booked. Come to find out that the other hotel was not even affiliated with this one and was in fact far less expensive than what we had already paid for. When we attempted to discuss this with the manager and come to an agreement regarding the price differential and shabbier accommodations, he became immediately hostile with us and talked down to my husband and me. After this rude and insulting treatment, we got a refund from a helpful MakeMyTrip representative and went to a different hotel in the city. From the other reviews, it seems the accommodations here are quite nice. But I will never know.

Good hotel. The rooms were good. Food was amazing. The only thing is they charged Rs. 800 for basic cake which costs nothing more than 400 and Rs 100 for 1 tiny candle. Otherwise stay was good

Third class hotel it was. Very poor service, I spend 2 nights in hotel and both was horrible, there is not heat in rooms even in -2 degree temperate when I asked about this they said sir abhi light nhi hai jab light ayegi tbhi heat chlegi.. aur puri raat light nhi ayi... Sari raat hum thand me mare... I had many other bad experiences at this hotel... I request you all to not book this hotel, many other good options are available in this location

We visited lastweek had a good time. The rooms were neat and tidy only thing there few thing missing in one room and other room has those.
