We came to Kashmir 1st time. We stayed in the hotel Monson for 3 nights. It was wonderful experience as the staff was super nice, especially Sahil was a great help. Owner is Reshie paaje. He's a wonderful person and he made us feel as home. He took care of us as his own family. Going extra miles for the customers is his specialty. He helped my sick mum by lending his personal vehicle. People can find many hotels around,but if you want a family and home away from your home ,then I do recommend Reshie paaje's Hotel Monson. Prices are reasonable and room services are mind-blowing I can't thank you enough,Reshie Paaje enough for taking good care for us. Kudos to his staff. Love and lots of respect Chandan

A great experience while staying in the Hotel. The hospitality they showed was just amazing... we loved the food, hotel rooms are well cleaned, we remember the room service boy sahil and shakeel for their quick services and especially people over there were so reliable and helpful...... This Hotel Stay was very good with clean rooms and hot & cold water running. Room services and staff are very good and helpful. Helped in arranging local and Gulmarg,sonamarg visit. excellent budget pricing with very good hospitality. they take utmost care of their guests in a very friendly manner. The food was great. I wouldn't really recommend this place as there is no hospitality provided at the hotel. The manager has no way of talking to customer. The bookings are done without confirming the cost with their broker. The customer needs to bear the loss because of their miscommunication. Very unprofessional way of dealing with problems. The bookings were made under the name of my friend. We were group of 9 people. We checked in on 1st of July and check out was 2nd of July. Thanks.

Worst experience in Srinagar. The owner finalized the booking through a cousin at a price. At the time of payment, started asking for additional cost. When we confronted him and the person who accepted our booking, he told me on my face that he will not speak to a female and will speak with only a male. Such poor attitude and mentality in this century. Avoid booking here. Unethical and unprofessional.

I thoroughly enjoy the services provided by the entire hotel team. The food, in particular, is exceptionally delicious, thanks to their well-trained and skilled cooks. Additionally, the rooms and washrooms are meticulously cleaned and well-maintained.

Best rooms, good service & good location near dal lake

A quaint little place for tourist to stay near to dal lake and with some really tasty local food options. The owner Mujjafar is very much involved and ensure excellent service to all visiting guest and all arrange any vehicles for drops and sightseeing at nominal rates.
