A Good Hotel with enjoyable stay... Rooms are spacious.. well maintained.. good heater.. kettle was in workg condition.. Food - Breakfast & Dinner.. Buffet.. was good, tasty, delicious. Toilet was very good. Hot water was available for 24 hours. Only drawback was the lift - very small one. Can accommodate only 3 persons..

Rooms are spacious good Amenities like balcony access with chairs, electric kettle and clean toiletry. Staffs are pleasant and reachable. Breakfast tastes good but should add more varieties in it Swimming pool was not working due to some maintenance Can do much better with food and should provide veg and non veg counter and staf also. They are same for veg and non veg so should provide different for both

One of the worst hotel in the vicinity.. Dirty and rotten carpets.. Old furniture and quality of response from the management was really poor and pathetic. Do not get into this hotel if you need clean place to stay..Not worth of the penny ..We have been misled by Girikand travels Pune stating that the this is the best hotel in this area.

I had a lot of expectations from this hotel but it disappointed me a lot. The many reason being a 3 star hotel with so many water problems. Imagine you are in the toilet & the water gets over. It comes again & then stops again ! Multiple times during bath too. Not just hot water but even cold water - no water at all ! That too at 9am in the morning which is not even any odd time. A hotel situated in the centre of Srinagar charging me INR 5k plus a night without breakfast for single occupancy & you have to call the reception for water in the middle of a shower ? There is no telephone obviously in the bathroom. So I come out, call them & in 10 minutes it starts coming ! They didn’t send up any plumber to my room 307. If they could control it from downstairs, why did they stop it ? Ridiculous behaviour & horrible hospitality. I have travelled a lot in India & never felt this way. This is besides ignorable issues like lift being jumpy, reception - no one smiles or even smiles back when I do ! The reason I even gave 2 star & not 1, is because the room service staff are friendly, unlike the ones at reception who don’t even know how to greet a customer ! Don’t stay here, you will regret it. It will spoil your entire day.

Our three days stay at Hotel Rose Petal was marked by luxurious accommodation, top-notch room service, and spacious, well equipped rooms that provided ample comfort and convenience. There was a minor issue with weak Wi-Fi on the uppermost floor to add. The food was of high quality, but the absence of authentic Kashmiri dishes was again a disappointment during our journey. Overall, Hotel Rose Petal offered a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We got a super deluxe room on first day of stay and it was really good. Have never seen such kind of hotel room before. It is located in a safe area and service was also really good.

The room given to us was not great. Old smelly room. We paid 5200 around for 1 night excluding bf and dinner. The room was not worth the money. It was a small and somewhat dirty room. The view was good. The hotel lift was feeling like it would fall anytime.

Our trip to Kashmir was most memorable and extraordinary, and this was because of our stay at the Rose petal hotel at Srinagar. We were really concerned on where to take a stay as most of the hotels did not have a proper heater facility and water facility. We stayed at Rose petal for 7 days where there was hot water, power and heater facility available 24*7 without any interruption. We felt at home all 7 days where the hospitality and service was outstanding. Right from the check in, room arrangements and cleaning, helping us out with our itineraries and directing until our check out everything was in place and helped us a lot. Also, as it is located at the Center point, it was very easy and accessible from the hotel to all the tourists place around like Gulmarg, Dal lake, Doodhpatri and Sonamarg. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager - Mr. Bilal Ahmad Bhat who helped us throughout the trip and guided us in all means. He took good care of us. The last 2 days of our stay there was snow fall throughout and he made sure he followed up if we are safe until we returned to the hotel. He was in touch until we reached Chennai - thanks for all your care and support Bro! The food was really good, but we felt that the menu was little less, we have lot of South Indian visitors there and would be good if South Indian dishes could also be added to the menu. Highly recommended for family stay to make your trip memorable and hustle free.

Nice rooms..biggest thing is Staff is very co-operative..they talk to their guests respectfully..the hotel is close to Dal Lake and Mughal Gardens..they keep less Variety of food but the good thing is that they maintain their standard of food which they provide to their guests..I found food yummy n light weighted..the cook was too good(balanced spices n all)..overall it was a nice stay there..

The location of the hotel is good, my room was very nice, service was excellent. But I don't like the test of the food.. Breakfast is OK

The hotel rooms are big enough and have a very beautiful view, it’s very hygiene, they they have safe also, they are providing almost everything in toiletry plus in room, (toiletry shaving kit, dental kit, bathing kit, dryer in the wash) in room all the condiments which are basic tea coffee water bottles and electric cattle, in terms of safety so I will suggest this property as it’s in the residential area which is safe.

Swimming pool was being renovated, it should've been done in the winter... I hot weather we needed to 🏊‍♀️. It's OK for small groups. Staff were few. Food not so good.

Our stay at rose petal was good. Courteous staff and comfortable stay . Rooms are well maintained. Breakfast and dinner buffet is basic but good while traveling.

Pretty much close to Dal lake, just 10mins by car. Good hospitality, they treat guests respectfully. I loved the Deluxe Suite, however Luxury suite is just awesome with a big bath tub for couple (though a little expensive, but its fine for a special occasion). I had visited this place in the first week of January, which usually the coldest week of the year and their heating system is really commendable, its snowing heavily outside, however you will feel pretty much normal inside and can stay in regular clothes without any winter clothes since their heating is quite effective. Rated one star less, due to main lift not functioning and guests have to use service lift throughout my stay there.
