I have stayed in Kashmir since one week in different hotels and this was my best stay in swan group of houseboats and the rooms were very very warm and the staff was available all the times. Food was delicious and the houseboats has all the best amenities and water was warm in the morning. Location of this houseboat is great. Manager is very helpful. What a great stay. Scholars ride was arranged by the Manager at a very good cost.

It was an amazing stay at the swan houseboats with amazing people and amazing home made food and great location. The houseboat is very clean and well maintained with spacious rooms fitted with modern facilities. Running hot and cold water 24 hours. It was very very cold in Kashmir but our houseboat was very warm and they have the best heating in all the rooms. This place is highly recommended.I will return back to Kashmir in August 2024

We stayed in swan houseboats for four nights . This houseboat is located in a very scenic place with beautiful views of the lake dal and Himalayas. The rooms are comfortable and big clean and very well maintained.Mr Bala the houseboat took good care of us and made sure we feel comfortable during the cold temperature. Mr. Javed went out of his way and helped us with the entire tour of Kashmiri with a very good price.. it was very affordable and the driver was very professional. Overall we had a memorable tour of Kashmir. Don't look any further if you want to stay at the houseboat. A stay to remember

It was my first time in Kashmir and I my family was go happy to stay at the best houseboat on the d lake and I wish they had availability for another few days but they were full. The food was home made and tasty the location was good and we could have the best view of the lake.vthe staff is professional. The houseboat was very well maintained. Had a wonderful stay. Away from hustle and bustle has a very quite surrounding to experience nature at its best. Clean and well maintained. Staff and owner were friendly and made us feel like home. Food was great and was very less spicy . With their help we were able to park our car just behind the house boat on the land owned by them which made it more convenient and accessible.
