I have a bad filling with a cavity that has been bothering me for a few weeks. I went to their office to get an appointment and the old cranky lady at the front told me I couldn't make an appointment even though I was at their office (?) but mentioned I have to call to make an appointment. so, my wife called them to make an appointment and the same old cranky lady told her to tell me to go back to the same dentist were the filling was done and that they couldn't help me. I don't want to go back to the same because they did a bad job. I thought that smith family dentistry was a good firm but thankfully to their customer service and willingness to help I think they are as bad as the dentist who did a bad job on my teeth. Overall, my experience at Smiths dental office was bad.

I've been coming here sin1ce I discovered what a dentist was. They continually provide me with amazing service. I'm one of those dentist phobes and they make me feel at ease. It's rare to find a dentist that actually cares about how comfortable you are and if you're in pain. Dr. Dan actually hates causing pain and discomfort and does incredible work and is always a joy to see.

As someone who has experienced many different dentists, I highly recommend this location. I recently had work done that I was absolutely dreading and Dr. Ross and dental assistant Sam were extremely patient, efficient and empathetic to the anxieties revolving around dental work. 10/10 recommend Dr. Ross for his emotional intelligence and approach to dentistry.

I was nervous about going back to the dentist after a very long time with no oral care — but everyone here made me feel welcome, and they provided exceptional — and judgment-free — care. Getting a checkup and long-overdue cleaning has made me feel a whole lot better about myself. They were patient with figuring out my benefits and the exam was thorough and reassuring.

Taylor was amazing! We had a blast, she made me feel so comfortable and safe, and we had lots of laughs! Dr.Daryl was great, and I will see him again in May! All the staff is so kind and welcoming and it’s a joy to come in each time!

I absolutely love Smith family dentistry they take great care of my families teeth. Such a clean and welcoming environment. Great with kids as well my 5 and 6 year old love when they get to come get their teeth cleaned and my son never liked the dentist now he too has no issues 😊 Thank you for all that you do !

Not impressed dr. Smith! He loves to pull teeth I’ve gone through hell because I trusted him, He pulled four of my front teeth out when in reality only two were bad. His idea was that if he pulled all four that the denture would look all the same. I haven’t been able to keep the denture in, as a result they were both lost, Now almost 5 years later I’ve had to spend almost $8,000 on dental implants not to mention the $1000 on rediculous dentures smiths had made for me were so uncomfortable I could not keep them in. Be ware folks.

I love this dentist for myself and my children. Everyone there are so nice and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. My kids look forward to going to the dentist, as a parent that is important.

I’m 47 years old and Smith Family Dentistry is the ONLY dentist I’ve ever gone to. And for good reason! As far back as I can remember Dr. Smith senior taught me that the dentist is nothing to fear (I was gutted to hear of his passing). He was kind, funny, gentle and sometimes brutally honest (look after your teeth!). The family and all the support staff have continued his excellent legacy. Keep up the great work everyone!

I am staying in this country absolutely away from my family. For the last couple of months i have been suffering with my teeth problems and visited couple of dental clinics. Most of them was the worst and oneday someone reffered me Smith's dentistry. The very first visit was amazing. I did the tooth extraction and the staff who was standing next to me with the doctor melts my heart. She represented my whole family by reassuring me throughout the procedure. Thanks a lot guys!! I am confident enough that i found a trust worthy clinic.

I know their office staff and dentists are very friendly but it matters more how well they are doing their job. The problem came out with my tooth again which dr smith treated but that’s not the bigger problem, I can get it fixed from anywhere. I just don’t want anyone to be wasting money with no positive impact which is why I am sharing this now. My left side of my face was hurting and the pain was extremely unbearable. The wisdom tooth was also growing from the left side which the dentist “assumed” that was causing the problem. I told him that I never faced this extreme pain when the wisdom tooth from my right side came out 2 years before and I never got it extracted. He told me that “all tooth are different.” I believed him as he was the healthcare professional here. I was charged for x-rays, dental checkup and wisdom tooth extraction (which alone costed $280 after paid by the insurance, this $280 was my co-pay for just the extraction). I was still completely in pain for a week which started to get even worse. I got it checked out by dr smith again this time he told me that I needed a root canal which was indicated by the x-rays he took. I was completely shocked and kept asking that why did he pull out my wisdom tooth when the x-rays that day already showed the problem with my other tooth needed a root canal. That time I knew he didn’t check the x ray that I was charged for and he assumed that wisdom tooth caused the pain. He explained me with a complicated language which left me confused and made me kept asking this question again. He then didn’t feel comfortable anymore to do my root canal and referred me somewhere else. Which I think he made the wise decision instead of messing with my oral care again. Thank god.

i have seen many dentist over the years had teeth removed and i have too say Smith Family Dentist is number 1 in my books he pulls the teeth fast does not play around the freezing needle hurt more they pulling the tooth as well the staff where so nice made me feel at home good work thats all i can say simple the BEST thanks again Smith Family

I have been with Smith Family Dentistry for over 40 years and cannot imagine going anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone and have sent many many people there over the years. All have remained and love this Dentistry. The office is amazing and historic. I have a terrible fear of dentists but have always been made to feel comfortable and respected when I go.

I have been attending Smith Family dentistry for many years. All the staff are so kind, compassionate and also do great work! Although I do miss, Dr. Smith Sr singing to welcome me, the atmosphere is still the same - of staff who love their job and happy to be a part of the team. I have been coming here for 20 years after being referred to them by a friend. I feel like I am entering the family home when I visit, and am always welcomed by friendly faces. I used to dread going to the dentist, but they make it a pleasurable experience.

A 5-star review for these guys. They have been good with me, given that I have had regular check ups and had a lot of work done in the past couple of years. They were very reassuring and helpful and went out of their way to ensure my teeth were looked after. The father's legacy will live on.

A good friend recommended Smith Family Dentistry back in 2010 or so and my family has been going there ever since! The dentists, hygenists, dental assistants, and administrative staff have always been professional and friendly, and also very patient and accomodating over the years with my child who is not a fan of dentists and deals with anxiety as well. Five stars & 10/10!

I had a painless needle and filling with Dr Anika (probably am a bit off with her name). So glad I found her and her assistant. Both so very nice.

Dr. Smith and his team were amazing to start with. Unfortunately when Dr. Smith passed away, his office took a toll. I understand fully loosing someone like him is rough but it started to show in the office. When I was there once with my daughter, she was looking at a photo album of pictures and she was asking about the pictures she saw. The older lady behind the desk was very rude about it. I understand it was a hard loss but children shouldn't be affected. I have since this past week changed dentist office. I am sure that dr. Smith wouldn't want things this way.

Smith Family Dentistry came highly recommended when I needed a tooth extracted 7 years ago. I had no coverage and was in a lot of pain. They saw me quickly, charged an affordable amount, and did amazing work. I had no complications. Now I take my children there. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. The dentists are amazing. They always are, every time so professional and kind! I couldn't recommend anyone more. There is one receptionist that may make you disbelieve that. But the other is very kind, and the hygienists and dentists are so great you won't remember her!
