For a cinema it was ultra modern convenience. The premium leather reclining seating was a definite plus. The food service and selection of items was above normally what you would expect. The convenience of movie kiosk at the door saved time and enable you to pre-selected your seat preferences. The staff serving food was very fast and professional. The washrooms were well maintained and clean. The theatre itself was very clean, comfortable temperature and the sound system was ultra high definition sound. Top recommended

Some staff are friendly. The theaters are clean. Washrooms are clean. Comfortable seating in all theaters. Can get cold in theaters. Needs more self-serve ticket machines. Concessions area is messy. The drink area can be wet. Be careful. The condiment area is okay. No WiFi. Small Arcade inside. Party room available.

The Landmark Cinemas is the best movie theatre in the Niagara region. The theatre provides decent sound and picture quality. My favorite feature is the theatre's recliner seats. None of the other theaters nearby have such quality seats. They always have more variety of movies than other theaters. Have fun and enjoy your movies!!

Weird customer service. No one is friendly. I prefer Waterloo / Whitby locations, they have amazing customer service. Screen is dull and sound was too low. Seating is good though.

Arrived 30 minutes before the movie started. I had a coupon that included drinks and popcorn. The line up to the concession stand was huge. They sell the tickets at the concession stand with the food. Not enough staff to handle all the people in a timely manner!! We ended up missing the beginning of the movie.

The seats were very comfortable and great to stretch out during the movie. The theatre itself still feels and smells old. We love the food options and prices for them.

It was a great experience going to Landmark… they have upgraded to Lay z Boy chairs… it is extremely comfortable watching a movie! The snacks are expensive but they are competitive pricing to other theatres. It’s a good time out!!! I 100% recommend coming to landmark to watch a movie!!!

Always enjoy the new chairs and then fancy coke machines! They seem to some how never have enough people at the snack bar/ ticket stand.... Also the person who served us was touching the garbage can and then got food without washing hands or putting gloves on... She did use tongs to get the pretzel but she could have at least put on gloves.... Besides that we enjoyed our movie!

We were in a theaterwith power recliners and only 5 rows of seats. Sound and picture were great and Landmark is enforcing safety protocols to protect their guests.

We went to see the Mario movie and understandably the place was packed. We arrived a bit early and had to wait to get in. The woman that scans the tickets (I assume she was a manager or supervisor) was doing a great job managing all the guests and coordinating with the staff to get the theather ready for those of us waiting. The popcorn was delicious as usual and the reclining seats were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were horrendously filthy. Past experiences they were not that bad, so I believe it was just because they have been much busier than normal.

Great theatre once you get by the concession stands, but holy SMOKES do the workers work like turtles. I got to my movie 20 minutes early and i still ended up showing up late even with previews. Like you guys need to learn how to open up more lines and work a little faster. Sorry, not sorry.

This has been my go to theater since we moved down here. Overall it's a good theater that is well maintained. Over the covid shutdown they replaced seats with leather power recliners which were very comfortable. Can't speak for concession stand as we stopped eating at the theatre a long time ago. Don't need the calories. The presentation was very clear and the audio system was good Only complaint was there was dead air after trailers for 30 minutes before the movie started

Was alright for our first time but there was a hair stuck in my pretzel piece 🤢🤮 Last night was so much better than the time above. Popcorn was fresh and so good. My kid liked the pizza and we love the premier seats.

  • 2/5 Jake R. 4 months ago on Google • 20 reviews
The seats and cleanliness are good. The food options are terrible. The popcorn is stale and burnt and not like normal movie theatre popcorn. The rest of the food is not much better stale, cold and tasteless. Get something packaged here to be safe. Some of the seats are raised up on a platform for some reason which means most peoples feet can't touch the ground I am 5'11'' and my feet couldn't touch the ground making the seats a bit uncomfortable.

My recent visit to Landmark Cinema to watch the latest Wonka movie was an absolute delight. The state-of-the-art facilities, coupled with the immersive audio-visual experience, elevated the movie-watching escapade. The theater's comfortable seating and impeccable sound system ensured a truly cinematic journey. The staff at Landmark Cinema exhibited exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The concession stand offered a variety of snacks, enhancing the overall movie-watching experience. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene in the cinema was evident, contributing to a pleasant environment. The screening of the Wonka movie was flawless, with vivid colors and crystal-clear visuals that brought the film to life. Landmark Cinema's commitment to providing a top-notch cinematic experience was evident throughout my visit. I left the theater thoroughly entertained and impressed by the overall quality of the facility. I would highly recommend Landmark Cinema to fellow movie enthusiasts, especially for those looking to enjoy the magic of Wonka in a premium and immersive setting.

This is an awesome theatre....:) They have wonderful leather seats that recline and has works. You relax and enjoy the movie while eating popcorn, pop, and a candy of your choice. I recommend this place great for family, friends and solo times too...Thank you Landmark....<3

I have a disability. Today I had a challenging time walking to my seat with my cane, purse & snacks because my hubby wasn’t there. The kind staff member carried my snacks right to my seat, and said if I needed anything else at all, don’t hesitate to ask him. Excellent service!

Very good value compared to Cineplex. Seats are very comfortable for much less of a total price than other cinemas. My only complaint is that the popcorn tastes weird sometimes and the other food is not great either. As far as the pure movie viewing experience goes, Landmark is really good though. I recommend buying tickets the day before though as it can be hard to find a good seat if you try to get the tickets at the cinema lobby.

First time we watched in this theatre with the inclined seats & lots of legroom. There will be no more kicking of the backseat from other viewers 👍. We will definitely be watching here more in the future with the whole family.

They only take cash and it's not cash machines here only in the mall , as usual super expensive $5 for water lol , they ask if you want butter and it's extra but hey it's a machine for butter for free once you walk away from the front desk . The ads wore louder than the movie. So definitely not worth it

The theatre we were in was newly renovated with comfortable reclining seats! It made our 3 hour Batman sitting all the more enjoyable. Snacks are, as to be expected, very expensive. But the theatre is clean, and it’s a fun night out! 4/5

Just went to see Uncharted at Pen Centre. All new reclining seats, all new theater. What an amazing experience. Seats are awesome Staff was great. Lots of room. Can't wait to go back. Nice job Landmark! We will never go to Cineplex again. Sorry Cineplex 😞 Landmark from now on.

This is the most comfortable movie theatre I’ve ever been in. All seats have power recline with a foot rest, are in great condition and there is plenty of room between them. If you’re looking for even more room, the premier seats have side tables, a space to hang up your coat and a privacy divider between each set of two seats. Concession is pretty standard, offering all your favourites like popcorn, candy and drinks.

  • 5/5 William M. 1 year ago on Google
Ever since they upgraded to the reclining seats I cant justify going anywhere else. Super comfy heated seats that fully recline! Their bathrooms are always clean, and the staff are always friendly.

Currently due to covid can't consume popcorn or drinks during movie, have to take home with you, overall positive experience

  • 5/5 Andi C. 2 years ago on Google
I always loved coming here for date nights. A classic place to go see a movie and enjoy popcorn. They'll put some butter halfway in the bag if you ask. The pop machines are the fancy ones so you can order nearly every pop you can think of. Some people get a little too creative for my tastes, but at least the option is there. It's a shame people can't go since the whole COVID nightmare.

  • 5/5 ddoopan D. 2 years ago on Google
Clean and very comfortable. The COVID-19 protocols are very good to see the enforcement. You can't buy food or drinks at the movies due to the provincial restrictions as of December 29th 2021, but still had a great time. Worth the 20 minute drive from Niagara Falls and much better than going to the Cineplex in Niagara.

Caught covid after seeing Spiderman no way home Theater was severely understaffed, drink machines were extremely dirty and I did not see a single staff member cleaning any surfaces. Shame on the owners for not properly staffing. If you can't afford to staff enough employees to keep up with demand, especially during a pandemic you should go out of business or close until you can staff appropriately.

  • 5/5 Jade J. 2 years ago on Google
Super safe during covid! Only downside is being unable to eat/purchase snacks for you movie at the facility as it takes away from the Mask Mandate. But that's understandable, so a great experience overall!!

Just seen “X” last night and the movie was very well done. I can not say the same for the cleanliness. This was our first night out to the movies since the Pandemic and the 2 tables in front weren’t wiped, the concession area floors were so full of popcorn, it carried all the way through the hallway before we even got to our theatre. It looked like it hadn’t been throughly cleaned in 2 days. Guess I was just expecting spic and span considering the amount of staff that was there. Very disappointing after being locked up for 2 years.

Huge thank you to the Manager Kelly for helping my kids and I watch "The Bad Guys" Saturday evening. When we thought the theater was full and we were about to return home. Kelly went out of her way to make the experience the best it could possibly be for my kids. Kellys' kindness and generosity was amazing. Thank you Kelly!

This place, although oddly designed, is a great theatre experience. The premiere seating was super comfy with the reclining loungers. Sight lines are clear and extra cup holders are welcome. We went on a Monday afternoon, so no crowds and we were serviced quickly. It's nice to grab a beer at a movie. Odd walkway between the concession and entrance to the actual theatres, as I assume this was a refit of some sort. We will definitely return, great experience.

Hard working staff are eager to please & help to create you unique experience. Good range of choices at the snack bar. Theatre was very clean. Easy to navigate. The prices are simply unbeatable. This may be a well established franchise but I see it as an excellent alternative to the other high prices competitor. A hidden gem in Niagara.

Before covid this place was kinda falling apart and was pretty dirty and the bathrooms were stinky, since then there have been some awesome upgrades. It's much cleaner and all the theaters have bug comfy electric recliners now and the laser ultra theater is a really good movie experience. I very much enjoy my visits here again. Thanks Landmark!

A wonderful viewing experience . The confection area was not well organized .. and all the self serve areas were a mess with spilled drinks and popcorn everywhere. So very off-putting to using that area . A very long lineup of people to buy snacks ... 3 tills ... but only one cashier was open. So disappointing to not get our snacks before the movie started. Perhaps Management needs to be present, and train employees to be more hands-on, and pro-active to serve all theatre patrons in a timely fashion. Thank You .

The theatre was clean and inviting. Next time, we will need to try the Premiere Seats! The monthly membership is great for managing a budget, since we don't go as often right now.

  • 4/5 Kristen H. 1 year ago on Google
Theatre has the comfiest theatre seats in Ontario. Price is good, we didn’t try the food though. Would go back again if in the area. The design/decor of the theatre is a bit odd, looks like a high school cafeteria/hospital. Like it was a different building converted into a theatre. (Which, maybe, it was?)

  • 5/5 Linda H. 1 year ago on Google
Love this theatre chain! We really like the reclining seats and the place is always clean. Concession prices are like that of the other big theatre chain. We drive out of town to go here rather than the cine--- because it is so great!

Jonah made it so easy to use the kids landmark passes from Costco. I was buying in advance for My daughter’s bday. I had to buy 12 tickets and he was very patient even though I ended up there during the evening rush! Made it so much easier on the day of the party. Even the concessions was quick and easy for each of the kids to order their own snacks. Only wish they could get a few extra bodies during the rush as the line moves pretty slowly. Maybe someone helping with the drink station would also help during those times!

  • 5/5 Melanie D. 10 months ago on Google
I love coming here because of the recliner seats and clean. Wish that they would keep the pop station open until 11 so for the last movie people can refill there drinks. We always get the last show and u pay full price for the drinks and refill and you cant refill because its closed.

  • 5/5 Dakota M. 10 months ago on Google
Great theatre. Can get busy at times, so get there a bit earlier. Premier seats are my go to, regular seats are still wide and reclining, and the smaller theatres for indie movies and small releases don’t get rid of the comfort that you’ll experience in any other room. Definitely my theatre of choice for the Niagara region.

  • 5/5 KawiChic 1 year ago on Google
Five stars for the seating alone. We got the Premiere seats and it was great! It sucks, however, that I paid more at concession for two people than I did the seats. I'd have paid more for the seats if prices at concession were more fair and realistic. No wonder why people sneak snacks in. Also, just about everyone behind the counter looked and sounded completely miserable. Is it so tough for teens these days to offer service with a smile & just a tad of enthusiasm? Be happy you have a job & are contributing members of society. Sheesh.

  • 2/5 Tracy B. 1 year ago on Google
Severely understaffed. Arrived 30 min before movie and missed the first 5 min of the movie waiting for concessions. 3 teenagers working on a busy Saturday and none seemed to know what they were doing. So dirty, popcorn everywhere in lobby and hallway to theatre. Looked like there hasn’t been a broom or vacuum in there for weeks. Two of the pop machines were out of coke, only other flavours available and one was completely flat. The seats were incredibly comfortable and that is what won this place any positives. But for $70, the cost for my son and I to go watch a movie and get some snacks, it was a disappointing experience. Definitely stick to cineplex.

  • 5/5 Victoria R. 3 years ago on Google
Oh they've upgraded! I don't go to the movies a lot and the last time I did, they had those regular boring, uncomfortable seats. Now it's all different. They've got those fancy recliners with build in cup holders. Going to the movies is luxurious! And the movie was only 5 bucks. Concession is always where they make money, so no surprises there, and we did get snacks. Definitely returning.

I just saw the newest Bad Boys movie at this location and it was great. They provide free refills on popcorn and drinks if you buy the large. I noticed one reviewer (Wendy) only gave 2 stars. I will warn people that if you come on a Tuesday (cheap night), then yes it will be busy, the lines will be long... that is not the fault of the Theatre. It's possible there was not enough staff on the night she went to the movies, however, when you go anywhere on a busy night, expect it to be busy. I mean, if you go to a Leafs - Sabres game, do you think it will be busy at the border? At the arena? etc? Sometimes you have to know what you are walking into. Don't go to a Costco on a Saturday afternoon and complain that they are too busy. Anyway, my experience with this theatre has been great every time we've gone to the movies.

bad memory !!!!!It rained yesterday and my movie started at 10:30, and I knew there would be 15 minutes of commercials. So by the time I got to the theater, the doors were locked, and I knocked on the door, and the staff inside didn't answer. There were about five or six crew members, and they just pretended not to hear. By the time I kept knocking on the door, by 11:00pm, someone finally answered the door. I had the worst movie experience ever, ever coming to Canada. Because I felt cold after watching Free Guy, I went home to change my clothes, and then I found the door locked. Those 20 minutes made me very desperate. It was raining heavily outside and the staff inside were indifferent. Let's hope Ower gets his act together. I may never go back to this movie theater again. fk bad memory!!!

Very horrible. Food was okay but overpriced. The movie facility team did a horrible job by having low volume, so the audience could barely hear anything, and it was not enough even after I told them to turn it up. The show kept freezing in the middle, so it took up more of the time show and waste time. Therefore, the movie was stopped in the middle of it and we had to leave unsatisfied. The light were also on during the beginning, so the movie vibe was all ruined. Video was also zoomed in, so the captions weren't showing until I told them to fix it. There was an employee watching for a few mins during the beginning, but they did not do anything about it and left. The only good part was the chairs, but other than that, it was much worse than other cinemas. Cineplex was much better for the similar movie I watched.
