I just had a terrible experience somewhere else, so I was already feeling upset and hesitant about calling another establishment about pizza (despite what people say, 7-eleven pizza is bomb). However, as soon as the young man (sadly I missed his name), answered, he was cheery and extremely kind. He informed me that the pizza doesn't take long at all to make, so they can make it right on the spot, and he even made me laugh a little with his response after I asked where the location was on Lake. I've been sick and had a really bad craving for pizza today, and he managed to cheer me up a little. Fantastic staff, and as a bonus, he was clear and concise on the phone.

This comment is for the employee who works in this place called Shiro. I am very thankful and thank you for providing good service to me. You are a perfect employee. Before the end of her working hours and closing the box in order to be delivered to the second shift, she opened the way for me to fill in gasoline when I learned that I am working as a driver for medical clinics and that I am providing a service in this difficult time in the epidemic. You are a wonderful person and I am proud that you are Canadian and the daughter of my country, Canada. Thank you, because I was the reason for delaying you, closing the box, and handing over the rose. Thank you for everything, Shiro

Do not order any delivery from here through any of the apps! They give you hotdogs that look like they took them out of the garbage with hair and dirt on them if you order too late at night, microwaved instead of steamed if they didnt pull them out of the garbage too, no condiments ever included, melted slurpees, missing items, microwaved chicken tenders that are stiff as rubber, jamaican patties that say theyre expired on the package and give you food poisoning and then uber eats/doordash wont even refund you, do not order from this location!

Friendly and helpful staff. Free WiFi. Gas bar available. Be sure to collect your big bucks. Good selection of drinks and snacks. Hot food and pastries are fresh and hot. Food behind the counter is tasty and at a great price. Believe that. Clean facility and fast cashiers. Stock is always full and fresh. Parking lot is wide a a bit of a mess especially in the winter. Ice machine outside.

The gas prices here are usually competitive with other gas stations. Looking for a cold SLURPEE in the summer? Many flavors to choose from, amongst other convenient store items.

This is a good 7-eleven as they go. The staff is always pretty friendly and helpful and fairly calm under pressure as this location can get very busy with Slurpee customers in summer. Gas here is usually reasonable. Lot of variety on the shelves.

The store has a great staff! Some of the the food is actually pretty good considering it’s gas station food and they always have lots of it at the appropriate times. With that being said. I consider myself a frozen drink addict. Slurpees, daiquiris, Slush Puppies, the Koolade ones, you name it. And my go to at least 2/3 times a week is 7-11. But this location in particular always has the worst Slurpee flavours. Like I love the cream soda and grape ones. But if you ever go here, it’s Cream Soda Light, or Grape Light, Frozen Srawberry something, Golden Fruit (it’s ok)Or they have 3 different versions of Mountain Dew that all have caffeine in them. Or are some kind of sour flavour or nasty caffeinated Powerade. Which leaves Pepsi, Coke and sometimes Orange Crush. So now I just keep driving past to the downtown sketchy 7-11. There is more of a chance of getting mugged, shot or stabbed. But they have regular Grape Crush, regular Cream Soda, Lime Crush (a freaking awesome surprise!) Dr. Pepper, 7-Up, Orange Crush all day long every day and I think Root Beer (Pepsi/Coke 😐) All of the best ones! My only trouble is that I never know which one to get because I want all of them! ...So I just say to this location. Everything else about your store is awesome! And I ask you to just PLEASE step up your Slurpee game so I don’t have to drive from Port Dalhousie to Downtown St. Catharines and endanger my life for my addiction anymore. Maybe one Mountain Dew🤢thing (I’d rather drink crab juice) and one weird fruit thing and get back to the classic flavours that you already should know that generally everyone already enjoys.

I have enjoyed being a patron of this store for years. Went in today and suddenly there were 15 people in there when the capacity is 10. No one but me with a mask. Nobody respecting 6' distance but me. Employees said nothing so I will have to find a different store.

I live closer to another 7-11 where I fill the car and get French Vanilla with my Big Buck. Tonight coming here (because gas price was lower) was the best part of a hard day. I had dental surgery and was in pain. The employee asked me "how are you" and I told her. She said my coffee is free. Thank you. I really really needed something nice like that.

Gas price was changed from 133.9 to 136.9 right at the same second I pulled up to fill up. Very disappointed.

I used to get my lotto tickets here, but they seem To go through a lot of staff Everytime I go there someone new trying to figure out the lotto machine and mess up my numbers then they expect you to pay pay for it.

Everytime I come here they have a problem with my license while I try and buy lotto tickets, saying invalid when it is clearly not. Half of the time they don’t even know if you have to be 18 or 19 to buy lotto tickets.

This 7-Eleven has a gas station and convenience store, both 24h/day. The staff are courteous. For the gas station, the prices are one of the lowest in St. Catharines. For every 30L, you get a $1 coupon to be used in-store and lasts over 1 year. At the pump, you either pay by credit card at the pump or pre-pay in the store. The windshield washing buckets didn't have any water in them. In the convenience store, prices are typical of a convenience store. A 1L Coke is $2.99. A 7-Eleven 200g of chips is $3.29. Remember to use your 7-Eleven app to collect points. There is free WiFi.

Sad 7/11 your staff today were walking around the store with no masks. In today's climate this is unfortunate that your staff do not care about my safety.

While going into the store may be okay its a normal 7-11, do not order skip from this location, they don't seem to be able to read orders or count properly. They substitute random items of their choice if they are out of stock of what you ordered instead of removing the out of stock item from you order... unless you like those random treat bags.

😠 the girl who works there in the morning/afternoon is always extremely rude to all the students that go there. She’s always yelling at everyone.
