The food is great but the last few weeks they hired the driver that use to work In the Indian take away beside them. He rings for directions even though he has been here lots of times. Its a simple address nothing special. On google maps. He gives out if you dont answer your phone. He is rude. You might have to go to the car to get it if he rings you outside. Once he told me to hurry up since he parked in the middle of the road and was blocking traffic. When he worked for the Indian we had to collect it twice from around the corner. It turns me of ordering from this chipper.

Burnt and inedible scampi. The takeaway didn't believe us as we didn't raise the complaint the same day. Anyway, attached pictures of their quality of scampi

Food is decent enough, staff are friendly and the delivery is speedy, but by jaysus... I dont know how many times now weve gotten the wrong food!!! I was in this eve and I called out the order, it was repeated back to me at the time of ordering, when I was paying - and it was wrong when I got home. We've had this issues from here before but it's so close to us we just keep goin back.. we've had kids meal and no toys left (queue tears).. I'll still order again but maybe make more of a fuss if its wrong!!

Just ordered for the first time tonight on Just Eat as they're offering free delivery at the minute. Absolutely stellar fresh cod. The 3 euro cod and chips portion was really generous as well. The burger was solid and so was the battered sausage. Delivery was lightning fast and the driver was super courteous. Even when I rang to find out more about a menu item, the woman on the phone was very polite and helpful. We will happily order again!

Food is usually good but noticed a gradual decline over the past while to average standard, particularly the chips. Culminated in a snack box during the week where the chicken was nothing more than lukewarm 🤷🏻‍♂️

Really?? Burned again!! Second time ordering in recent weeks with an issue. First time chips were burned? This time everything was burned. (All burgers, sausages, onion rings,etc) So I didn't even bother going back and I never will. The worst chipper around I'd imagine. Sort yourselves out!! Food was so bad my 3, 7 and a 9yr old kids wouldn't eat it.

The best chipper in Ireland, by a long shot! Amazing food , delicious menu and the most friendliest staff!! Thanks for the most amazing food!!! It's a joy to be a part of this community!!!! Thank you so much......

Would like to thank the staff in Macari's Byranstown for Providing Great fresh food for a Staff party recently would highly recommend the Guys. Quick delivery for such a large order and everything was so fresh! thanks again guys!

I simply cannot say how good the food here is you just have to try it for yourself, the chips are fresh and perfectly cooked and the vegetarian kebab is simply amazing, the fresh cod is beautifully crisp and flaky, this is the only place I will get chips from now on

I placed a telephone order Saturday evening, the lady taking the order was very professional and friendly. When I went into collect the food, it was lovely to the staff laughing and happy in their work place, the order was correct when I got home, the food was hot and I like the fact that the buns for the burgers are also toasted. I will be back to try something different., I highly recommend this takeaway. 👌

Ordered takeaway at 20 to 7 was told it will be an hour I said that's OK it would be 20 to 8 then it is now 10 past 8 and still no food rang her at half 7 she told me driver os on the way to get the food it be here in 10 to 15 mins and now at 10 past 8 they are still waiting on a driver this is not on if I had of known I would have just told them to leave it and if not here in next 10 mins they can keep it

Best chipper around by millions. Food is always delicious..particularly the chicken and chips. Do not change a thing 😃

After work today I did not want to cook anything and i do not like eating fast food today I Ordered fresh COD fish and chips and it was amazing fresh and healthy thank you..

Never order the doner wrap from here, I ordered it last night and ate it and I’m now in the toilet throwing up, absolutely disgraceful
