Unmet expectation 😞 The location is just fine. The service satisfactory. Unfortunately the pizza was very disappointing: the dough was dry and tasteless... no salt at all! The pistachio pesto and the bologna had no flavor! Considering the quality of the food, the price for money is way too high. UPDATE: considering the nice answer of the owner, I will give it a 2nd shot.

Edit 17. 8. 2023: From 5* to 2* - looks like something has changed. I hope the restaurant has not changed ownership but the staff was new (we were always served by the amazing hospitable ladies, now two men who were definitely not up to the task), the food is more expensive, portions smaller and the quality took a deep dive. New menu. Pizza is soggy and definitely smaller than before, tiramisu was accidentally semifreddo (frozen bottom) and frankly tasted like something out of coop. House wine flat without any taste, this was also much better before. It's actually super disappointing as we invited our friends to show them our favorite trusted pizza place and the result was so below average. And the service ASKED for tip? Shocking. Just compare the pizza size in photos... You'll understand the difference. Original review: Best pizza we had in CH so far. Very soft crust with a nice chew to it. Deserts were also good but pizza was the highlight. Nice and attentive service. The place is smallish inside but didn't feel crowded even through a busy evening. We will definitely put this place on our regular go to list.

Really like this restaurant. Has an authentic italian atmosphere with delicious pizza. Could get very crowded for lunch.

Delicious Neapolitan pizza. Bufalina and Margherita were super good, the crust was "a regola d'arte". If you want to eat the true Italian pizza I highly recommend this place. Also the dessert (torta della nonna and cannolo siciliano) were very good and the portions were big.

If you want to try the real Italian taste you don't need to spend 3 hrs in the car anymore. Stunning tasty pizza, starters, first courses and desserts, to stay or to go. Just pay attention: you might get addicted!

Went there for a cup of coffee before going to work. I ordered cappuccino. It tastes and smells really good. The best cappuccino! For dinner I ordered Sapori a Crudo and Risotto Carbonara, yummy! Waitresses are very helpful. The restaurant is quite full, would recommend to make reservation.

The restaurant is close to downtown. The pizza is the original from Naples and it is the best I tasted so far. Fried pizza also tastes great. The desserts are freshly made and really tasty. The restaurant also offer original Italian espresso. I recommend to try this great little piece of Italy in the centre of Zurich.

What is there to say, the service was excellent, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. I really enjoyed the visit here. The atmosphere was really nice, you could have a chat and enjoy some brilliant food. Will definitely visit here again!

For a moment best pizza in the city. Gambero is my fav. Cannoli are like in Italy🫠🫠🫠

Nice staff and good food. The selection of pizza is great, but unfortunately does not have so much pasta. The restaurant is not so big and a reservation is certainly better.

Went today to grab a few take away pizzas for our picnic with friends - Rustica was the best but overall very BASIC. The staff and service very friendly. Sadly the pizza dough was totally BURNT in many sections - it should NEVER be served this way. Too expensive for what it is... I don't think we will go again, we were pretty disappointed.

Delicious pizza with multiple original topping sets, very tasty and soft dough. Prices are on the higher end, but ok for Zürich. Take-away available, otherwise I highly recommend booking ahead as it can get pretty crowded. Food was quickly ready nonetheless and staff was friendly too.

Very good Naples style pizza, excellent cuoppo. Haven’t tried the desserts but looked delicious. Friendly personnel and cozy environment. Highly recommend Edit after owner’s reply, with a constructive criticism attitude: these are the main aspects which, in my view, set the distance from a 5* review: 1. Pizza: the Bufalina was for my taste too thin in the middle, so that the buffalo milk made it too chewy. I would also have used more tomato sauce. 2. Location: cool but rather small. I prefer to eat sitting comfortably, having more room and not being in the waiters way from and to the kitchen 3. Restroom: separate ones could be useful to avoid waiting (and maybe ladies would appreciate those too) 4. Service: it was excellent, but yet one of our four pizzas was not of the right type, so one of us had to wait while others started to eat A final note: I do realize all of the above are somehow a matter personal taste and none of them was really anything negative worth mentioning in my initial review. However, I only reserve 5* reviews to places which strike me for almost perfection. If I could give a 4.8 review I would gladly do so, but I don’t feel like considering my experience an all star one. I’m sure I will be back since I really had a great time and should my experience improve, rest assured this review will change to reflect that.

There is a bit of a wait time, usually the place is packed during lunchtime. But it is well worth it. The pizzas are great, but I would focus on the other offerings. Really tasty antipasto, pasta, gnocchi... And of course don't forget the coffee at the end :) Highly recommended!

Well the pizza is just yummy! FOOD: Napolitan pizza style, high and fluffy crust. Not as good as in Naples but probably one of the best pizza in Zurich. SERVICE: Nothing really to say about it. The only disappointing thing about the dinner is the price of the margherita. I know that is probably cheaper than other pizzerias in Zurich, but as Italian it is just a crime. LOCATION: The location is cozy but when the restaurant is full, it gets cramped

True italian experience! There are many so-called Italian restaurants but when you arrive in a city you don't know, you are never sure if the Italian nature will be more than a concept. Con Gusto was an incredible surprise. After living nearly 4 years in Italy, I could recognize true Italian dishes. What a pleasure to have real taste in a modern style. My diner there was made of delicious antipasti, real pizza and true strong coffee. All of it for a very reasonable price in Zurich. I will be back!

Salad was boring a mixed salad should contain more than just a tomato and gree leaves. Pizza base was raw, tasteless and the salimi was gone! Italian coffee was great!
