09/31/23 at 12:am .. my husband went to get McDonald’s!! Crazy ridiculous line every time he goes!! Not only that but the lady at the window that hands the food to you has a very nasty attitude!! Not sure if she’s upset with her job or her language barrier!! When he brought the food home we’re literally 5 minutes away. The order was not only incorrect and ice cold but my son’s chicken sandwich had a hair hanging off of it!! I tried calling up McDonald’s to resolve this matter but no one answers !!! I’ll never recommend nor go here again!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I ordered thru the app for breakfast items and PAID at 10:23.. I showed up a few minutes after 11 and was told I wouldn’t be receiving my food because I missed the breakfast cutoff time (which was ok) So I requested a refund or credit. The “manager” who wouldn’t give her name said I couldn’t get a refund or anything or even corporates phone number like I requested. So I refused to move until given a better resolution. They called the police on me and I showed the police my receipt and stated I just wanted a refund or credit for items I did NOT receive. I sent corporate an email using the address on the app. Within an hour they contacted the store to demand they issue me a refund. I received my refund but hate I spend hours on my day off to have the police called on me and my money taken only to argue for it back. Horrible experience!!! Never ever would I return or recommend this particular establishment!!! ZERO STARS if I could for the staff and their deescalation process.

Very unsatisfactory! Went there ordered food and got half my order!!! Then when I got home on the other side of town they picked up the phone and hung it up!!! This is not the first time. Never will I do business with them again. To make matters worse he repeated my order. When the young lady handed me my bags I didn’t think it was all there and she rushed me to move… they are the worse!!!

I had stopped going to McDonald’s for awhile because the food wasn’t good. But, I went recently and what an improvement. The McDonald’s I went to is off of exit 9, really good food!

This is the worst McDonald's. The worst service. Put a mobile order each time it takes 20 mins to get my order. The system is so mess up. Have one person takes order for inside and another person takes orders for mobile for delivery for ppl waiting in their cars. It's absolutely ridiculous having one person doing 3 different orders n another doing one kind of orders

these lazy grasshoppers hate doing their job, please update the sign on the door which states the inside is open till 12 am. they will pick and choose who can come inside to order food about two hours before the inside is supposed to be closed and if not enjoy waiting in the line of cars going down east main. let’s hire people who actually can be useful to the community these multi billion dollar company chains are providing for instead of continuing to recruit the manager(s) lazy family members with disgusting attitudes.

They know they are the only thing open late so all their standards went out the window, along with all their food offerings. Don't expect much else besides a big Mac late at night.

Only one cashier with 10 people standing around behind the counter. But, the food was actually hot. Exceptionally expensive! Lunch for 2 people was $26.

Make sure to check you receipts!!!!!!! I ordered and cheese burger and a soda came up to 7.00 they added a large fry to the order that i didn't want which is 3.99 I wanted my money back they only gave me 3.00 back. Not the first one to do this. So sue diligence so you don't get riped off!

One of the best McDonald's around the Stamford area. The drive-thru is a bonus since most around here don't have that. Always lots of parking if you want to go inside. Very friendly staff, never messed up my order.

Ordered food in drive threw- never said cash only - waited in long line for food then got to window - said cash only - I hope the franchise owner knows the unprofessionalism of the manger that was working tonight and has a serious chat with her - I never leave reviews - but had to here out of principle

Worst McDonald's ever they got my order wrong I asked for a ice cream in a cup with chocolate fudge , and caramel and only gave me chocolate fudge. This is not the first time they messed up my order. Bad business.

Went through the drive-thru for a quick little burger, was in and out of there quick and the food was warm and fresh, what else can you ask for? Staff was very pleasant at the drive-thru.

Definitely the most aesthetically pleasing McDonald's I've seen. Still hate the food and would never in my life contribute to the production of the grade F food they serve, but at least now I can't be called completely 2-dimensional, I give credit where it's due.

The quality of this mcdonald's has diminished greatly in the span of 3 months. What is the point of ordering through the app if its never ready on time and im always waiting an extra 10 minutes?? This location prioritizes UBER eats and door dash over their in store customers. I will not give this mcdonald's my money anymore. I'd rather pay extra at the highway mcdonald's. I literally just had to go in because the order given to me was wrong a 3rd time. Still wrong. Its still wrong. Can't wait to do the survey on the reciept.

Waited 30mins on drive-thru line only to be told that they were accepting cash only and it would be another 20mins before I could use a credit card. Unacceptable, will never go back. Warn customers with a sign before they waste their lives sitting in your line.

This is a very old-school McD. Menu is limited to sandwiches and fries. No wraps, no salad, very basic. You have to order at the counter, no ordering machines.

I havent had a urge to go to a McDonalds in 5 years. We were in upper Connecticut, my Partner wanted an Iced Tea. I wanted nothing. The Drive thru was insane. Decided to park and go in. No line. Walked up to Counter, ordered Drink, then I said, I'm gonna treat myself and get a small unsalted french fry. Then, I wanted something I stopped having a long time ago, a Chocolate Milkshake. They were super busy, but 2 employees approached us and said a minute, ok? Partner pd and went to sit. I started a conversation with the sweetest girl, just moved here from Guatemala 6 months ago, this was her 1st job, spoke excellent English and then, I get my Milkshake. Very small like kids size and too much wipped cream. Ok. Started to drink it. Sooo Good. Then the Fries came. Crispy done. Sooo Good. Unfortunately, I was never told they were out of Tea so prob 10 min wait. New batch. Partner said wwy too strong. Back to Counter. I asked for a Cup with Ice, np. We took our time but as the inside filled with screaming children, we wanted to leave. My Partner wanted to take this Very Large Iced Tea home, so back to the Counter, was given a Drink Holder, Little Shopping Bag, and Tipped her $1. She was so Grateful. Not in the best Neighborhood, but the Organization of seeing that line of cars move, a clean inside, even the Bathroom, its a 5 Star one visit Bravo!!

best mcdonald’s location hands down. they have always got my items and customizations correct, and i have yet to receive bad quality food. i do curbside and it has never taken longer than 3-4 minutes from when i order it. it’s always hot, and the fries crispy. the workers are friendly too.

Worst service ever! I tried to use the app during in drive thru & lady was taking 3 people orders before letting me show her a code. Supposedly the code expired & couldn’t do anything. Manager was no help! Same thing, couldn’t do anything. I’ve been to other McDonald’s & my app stop working when i was going in drive thru, they accepted it with not even seeing it. They could always do something. Horrible service. Didn’t even get anything. Will not be going back to this McDonald’s

McDonald's is McDonald's. All things considered this one is pretty good. The staff is pretty good and nice. The atmosphere is decent as well. Definitely a McDonald's I don't mind stopping at for a quick meal. Would recommend.

The manager at this location is hoarding szeschaun sauce and selling it on the side. None of the employees were informed of the szeschuan event and initially told us they had none. When we pressed the manager he finally gave up 3 even though the event specifically stated 5 sauces can be ordered.

Stopped with my Dad to have breakfast first time here in 15 years. Alot of $$ for such meh kinda food.

They never seem to fail every time you place a big order it's always messed up and then you go back inside and they have a issue fixing it. They will fix the order but they're all mumbling in Spanish in front of me like lady can't you see that I'm Spanish I understand what you're saying SMH.

The drive thru experience is horrendous. God forbid you ask a question, they are incredibly rude. Then you get to the window for your food and they barely hand it out the window. The employees there are mean and rude and nasty. I cannot stand going there.

They have parking spots for drive thru. So sometimes they make you wait for your for sure you get to the window. This is stupid, I watched 9 cars get their food as they got to the window. I had to go inside to grab my food which was just waiting on the counter. That defeats the whole purpose of drive thru.

Regularly have messed up my orders especially delivery, placed order for a few burgers for the people at work through the driver thru and they messed up the entire order

The girl who was working at the drive through taking the orders, I think her name is Sidel. She really had to have an attitude. My brother and I were ordering. She took his order but before I could even give my order, or even speak. She just cut us off. We had to go up to the window, and I asked why she did that and that she cut us off before I could even order and she so rudely asked me what I wanted in such a nasty tone. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before as well as Wendy’s. I know it can be stressful but one thing I’ve learnt is to never give a customer an attitude. I would understand if maybe she was being rude because we were rude to her, but we weren’t at all and my brother and my friend who were in the car can testify. I hope the manager speaks to her on her attitude

The people employees are RUDE I know it's a FAST FOOD restaurant but the quality can be BETTER..

Lowest form of customer service available in the area! The local homeless man gave me a better interaction. My girlfriend had bought us food. 2x mc chicken and 1x 10pc spicy nugget meal…. Meal includes fries… not to them who almost upcharged my small fry the insisted I paid for. Mind you I paid for it already. Find me never earring here again!

There were 5 cars in front of me. It was a Thursday 9:30pm and it took around 10minutes from arriving to driving off. Around 2 min/car seems acceptable.

Good location, nice drive thru and plenty of parking. It's a McDonald's which can't really earn more than 2 stars in my book. You know what you're getting. This one just has fewer (or no) drunk, homeless people hanging out at it, so it earned an extra star.
