One
of
the
worst
food
experiences,
made
worse
by
poor
customer
service
skills.
We
requested
our
lamb
rack
be
cooked
medium,
all
3
of
us
received
raw
lamb
chops.The
waitress
agreed
so
we
sent
it
back
for
another
portion
to
arrive
45mins
later.
This
attempt
was
overcooked
on
the
outside
and
still
raw
on
the
inside
with
unrendered,
inedible
fat.
One
of
the
owners
popped
by
to
enquire
how
the
meal
was
going,
to
which
I
pointed
out
the
raw
meat.
He
offered
to
redo
it,
but
I
declined
as
we
had
been
in
the
restaurant
for
1.5
hours
already
and
would
run
late
for
our
subsequent
wine
tasting.
His
reply
was
"OKAY"
and
then
he
left.
No
recourse,
no
apology.
He
then
proceeded
to
sit
down
at
a
table
with
customers
he
was
familiar
with.
It
is
unfortunate
as
we
first
ate
here
before
covid
and
vowed
to
return-
we
had
the
best
steak
dish
then
(fillet
and
a
glorious
porcini
veloute,
with
perfectly
cooked
baby
carrots
and
tenderstem
broccoli)
-
this
time
the
carrots
were
very
undercooked
and
raw,
rather
than
al
dente.
If
a
rack
of
lamb
cannot
be
executed,
rather
just
change
your
menu
to
lamb
cutlets.
The
waitress
did
mention
that
the
chefs
had
changed
a
few
times,
which
is
not
surprising
if
they
have
to
work
under
such
management.
They
are
in
the
process
of
a
full
renovation,
let's
hope
that
things
change
for
the
better
and
the
owner
develops
some
customer
service
skills
and
just
human
decency.
I
do
wish
them
well
and
hope
to
see
the
restaurant
restored
to
what
it
once
was.
Don't
do
the
tasting
menu,
there
was
nothing
to
write
home
about.
Rather
opt
for
the
ala
carte
if
you
must,
or
avoid
altogether.
