It was ok but the food came at all different times and was really noisy. Plus the bathroom were very clean and was no toilet roll in most of the cubicle. Food was ok but overall I would be recommending this place. Plus the workers weren’t that friendly to us as I have bee. There twice it didn’t seem a one off thing. But the food was ok one friend did find a bit a hair in there food thought.

The vegan options are so delicious. It’s my favourite place to eat in Stevenage for vegan food. Sadly the dessert choices were limited, not sure why this is. Reasonably priced.

My first time here was about 5 months ago and honestly, I'm obsessed. The food Is incredible! All fresh, cooked to perfection and very more-ish. My favourite food item definitely had to be the steak teriyaki soba. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Restaurant has very high cleaning standards. Very impressed and most certainly my new favourite place to eat.

Food was alright. Partner loved it. Average customer service as I asked for no chili oil but was given it then asked for a dessert but got ignored. I was very disappointed as I have trouble eating spicy food. We weren't given discount or anything in return. Not going back and bit pricey.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Wagamama and it’s gone from sitting on a bench next to random people to sitting in a booth and being more restaurant-y if that makes sense. The food is still of a decent quality and comes in whichever one cooks first so starter, main, main, starter. Then randomly another starter arrived. Going at lunch time I thought it would have been busier but was pretty empty which allowed lots of spacing throughout. The service was good and we were attended to the perfect amount. Not too much and enough so we weren’t ignored. Also, it’s strange but we just paid via QR code and then left… Not sure if I am a fan of that but it seems so impersonal but I get it. Wagamama is still a good place to go, so try everything that isn’t the Katsu Curry because that is what everyone gets!

Fairly large and clean Wagamama's restaurant in the middle of a leisure park. We visited on a Sunday afternoon (at about 1pm), and didn't have to wait at all (you can't book at Wagama's). The serving staff were very friendly and efficient, and the food was very nice. A good range of vegetarian/vegan options. Overall a good experience.

Wagamama has always been people favourite due to their unique style of restaurant operation with very inclusive and "public but private" layouts. This one is no different as its location right in the food and games park next to Stevenage train station. It does have good amount of seating space inside and enough parking outside. Staffs were very polite, helpful and prompt. Food quality was very good. I was looking to have some spicy/hot🌶️♨️ food and the staff was really helpful in recommending me a dish which i absolutely loved (she warned me though that it will be very hot, and so it was ). At end, a satisfied customer 😀

I haven't been to wagamama for years and I I so pleased I went after work. The service was friendly and prompt. The food was delicious and hot. We ended up staying for almost 2 hours by ordering more food and more drinks! It was busy but we only queued for 5 or so minutes to get in.

Long time coming, first time at the Stevenage branch. Food is so much better than it was 20 years ago. Reasonably priced for what it is.

The food was perfect. The restaurant was excellent.the staff was lovely and well presented and friendly and knew what they also doing.

always a fantastic place to visit when wanting a nice dinner out. great food but rather big portions for me! prices are reasonable for what you get. service is mostly always positive but have had a few times where staff have been a bit snappy. nevertheless, i always come back for a great meal :)

Always on point, food great, always packed but never wait for than 20 mins for a table or to get food and drinks. Team are friendly and loads of options for numerous dietary requirements. Kids meals are huge and great quality

Very noisy, waitress could not find in the system food we selected. We were ordering take away and waited inside of the restaurant. Waitress forgot to check if the food is ready for us, we had to ask twice. Second waitress promised to check and immediately ignored our request - started to take orders from other tables. Finally we received food almost after 30 minutes with comment that it was already ready some time. We came home and we found out that one of the meal contained chicken instead of tofu, second meal - we have got like children's portion of something we definitely did not order but we paid 13 pounds for half portion of almost plain rice and third portion was without proper sauce or taste. Only one meal was as it should be. We raised an official claim via phone and received feedback that we will be refunded for this half of unidentified meal.

Been to restaurant after ages, Wagamama didn't disappoint me. Received really delicious food with some top customer service. I really appreciate Deniz for her customer service and had really good chat. Definitely recommend visiting this Waganama just for her customer service. 10/10
