Great service from staff, chicken cooked well apart from one piece that was dry. Gravy good, wings Good, got order correct. Also warm water with soap in hand dispenser! However please see pictures! Just feel a little let down it's the basics! Would have been five stars easily had it not been for bins, toilets and table's not cleared!

Ordered from drive through at 19:00 on 09.08.2023. Order taker was so rude ( so rude ) is a small word. Food quality below 1 star burger was a mess. Drive through lady was not interested to entertain at all. Pathetic service will neber come here again

6 minutes before we were even acknowledged that we were waiting to have our food order taken. It wasn’t even busy. Then a further 10 minutes plus for food. Seems like the staff need training more, everyone was loosing orders and not tracking food. Also the manager just sitting in his office not caring. Expect to be waiting a while for your order here.

can the service get anymore dire? waited 35 minutes in the car park after being in the drive thru - asked for two snack bucket bundles which contain popcorn chicken, chips & a mini wrap - after 35 minutes our dinner clearly got taken in a bag to the car BEHIND us who arrived after us and the same car got given another bag of food two minutes afterward and drove off so speedily after getting our food for free! when we called over the young chap who was giving food out he looked at our registration number and gulped like he’d seen casper the friendly ghost because he knew he had given our food away and he basically acted with such an attitude i think he needs to go back to school he was like “what? what order? what you waiting for?” basically the rudest person i had ever met, he went back in to see where our order ‘was’ after he clearly knew he gave it away, he went to re make it and came out to only give us chips and wraps , no popcorn chicken. he then said in his attitude filled voice “you have to come to drive thru for refund” and we said no we’re not so he told us to come indoors and then when we did we were accused of only ordering wraps and chips and that snack bucket bundles do not contain chicken popcorn even though they clearly do and the wrap is what makes it a bundle !!! i am disgusted with their lack of service and good manners the manager was so rude like “is popcorn included?” how can you not know your own menu or did you get embarrassed when you realized your staff member gave our food to someone else for FREE?! both manager and staff members are not equipped with the customer service skills needed to serve people and there was only two people going through the drive thru so was it really a big job to make two snack buckets? absolutely dire ridiculous service, will never come here again absolutely pathetic don’t waste your time 1 star

I ordered some extra items over and above a 10piece wicked bucket. Namely 3 extra lots of chicken wings, extra chips and supercharged sauce. All the extra items were NOT received. This is is not the first time and has happened. This was a treat for my sons and I live 7miles to trolley back!... Not only that the wicked bucket had majority chicken legs in it...in fact more legs that I have ever seen in a bucket. VERY POOR AND RECONSIDERING EVER USING THIS KFC IN FUTURE. Just had 2 wraps of the day. They were over cooked and with no sauce so extremely dry and the wrap was hard. Called in for then to sort and after I explained what had happened they put the phone down. Tried to call back.. No one answered. I will be asking for my money back

Update Dec 2020 Jan 2021 Decided to give them ago again and was really pleasantly surprised. Not sure if new owner or process but the quality and speed are so much better. Staff on drive through are great - and crucially orders have been accurate (3/3! 👍). Whole family agreed the food was really good - neatly “put together” for burgers and hot and tasty. Old review Terrible. Going back to the problems with chicken delivery, even months and months later there were and still are problems. I ordered 2 chicken fillet burgers at the drive through. When I got home I found they had no salad or sauces. Tried calling off and on for DAYS. Never a reply. I always have to check the order and the drive through and 9 times out of ten there is a problem. Fingers crossed the new KFC near the Range will be better. I have vowed never to return.

Prices became absolutely ridiculous at KFC. Mighty backed is almost £10. Filled with oil, it is like they are not even trying anymore. Staff is helpful and polite, but food quality and price is just as important.

Small seating area, dirty toilets, slow service when only moderately busy, and a tendency to give you the wrong drink when there's a bunch of them left on the counter (I got ice tea instead of pepsi). I enjoy KFC but this restaurant isn't the greatest.

It's OK if you like KFC, but having not had a KFC for quite some time, then it was a treat for my wife and je also, taking our grandson out for a treat. Service was slow and waited some time. Food was salty (not what I remembered), and coffee was watery. Delivery people coming in were served almost straight away. All in all, I would not go back again unless I had to.

over all wouldn't come back. made it differcult for blue light card uses to get thier discount. half way through order staff change servers so have to start over woth order making it confusing on all fronts. the woman who served me and my other half was rude and blunt did not check if our was completed. too loud to even speak to staff let alone one a other

Nice and empty as it was mid afternoon. Very friendly and helpful staff who interacted with my grandkids and they loved it. Food served up very quickly.

Came at 22:50 to get a quick food from drive through, the guy took the order and after the payment he said please wait in the car park it’s gonna take 20 mins !!! That’s fantastic ain’t it ! If i want my food in 20 mins I would go to a normal restaurant not a fast food place ! And the best part is hardly anyone in the store . Excellent customer care !

The woman at the till was very rude on Sunday 10th December lunch time. I felt like my order was annoying her and she got my order wrong. Manager needs to step up and train their staff in customer service.

Asked for a zinger tower burger and that's not what I receieved. Roadman taking the orders is clearly under qualified for the basics of what his job intails with the attitude to match. I had to sit in the car park for 20 minutes waiting and it came and wrong and cold I should of expected it tbh, I thought the roaring Meg retail park KFC was bad but this one is shocking in comparison I'm not making the same mistake again
