I visited Harvester for first time at Galleria in Hatfield. I visited during Saturday afternoon hours and it was not crowded. I don't think, there is a need to book the table. However, if you are in large group, advance booking is safe option. It's quite a nice and calm place to dine-in. It has a good sitting capacity. I ordered Spinach and Ricotta Pasta which was amazingly delicious. They have non-veg, veg and vegan options as well. Staff is courteous. Huge parking place and wheelchair accessible entrance. Pro-tip: Free unlimited Salad with every meal. You should definitely try thousand island sauce in Salad.

A nice place to go for lunch. A fantastic selection of dishes amazing for the little ones. It also offers a well stocked salad bar that is the highlight of every meal. Unlimited drink and meal deals is fantastic for a catch up with friends. Love the seating outside. However it is extremely buzy during school holidays.

I had the Vegan chicken option which was in my opinion, very delicious. Food was served on time and the place was very clean. We had a very helpful waiter named Simon who was attentive and made sure that we got everything on time, as well as recommended me a very tasty desert. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the dry coleslaw but that's me being very very picky.

Not good, ordered steaks medium to well done. they were served rare all food sauces chips warm and basic so did not eat ,did not bother with the salad bar as under stocked & looked unappetizing considering the time the food took to come and the place wasn't even that busy waste of time finished drinks and got refund on food and left. somthing not right with the chefs in this place does not seem to much management out front floor

Waited for 15 minutes with other families at the ‘wait to be seated’ stand, having already booked. At no point did someone even acknowledge the 3 families waiting. Eventually a waitress seated us. One of the families then left as further delay before even taking drinks order. Even had a notfication that my booking had not been honoured as I assume we were never checked in. Salad bar poor (after reminding staff we need bowls). Bread only partially booked. Food average. Over charged for drinks and took along time to rectify. Then noticed bill had not honoured there kids eat for £1 but told too late. Would it not be standard practice to just honour this or mention it? Why advertise it? Sent complaint and received a belated reply but no apology. Will definitely not return as staff including manager not up to the job.

We had a really lovely meal here on Friday. Quick service and the food came out fresh and hot. I had the gammon steak which was really tasty, my husband's burger was also really good. There's a salad bar and bread rolls with butter that you can help yourself to, all very nice. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Have been here before and its been average but can't fault today's visit - good selection on the menu, free salad bar was well stocked and it's reasonably priced. Service was quick and staff were a credit to Harvester - although they were all young they could certainly teach older more experienced front of house staff a thing or two about excellent customer service 👍

Friendly staff who managed to give us a seat immediately during a busy Sunday lunch. Food was brought swiftly. But some portions were not done the same (3 orders of Fish & Chips, but all have different amount of chips and peas) As for the Christmas meal, the chicken was a tad dry but veggies were cooked beautifully. Wish there was more gravy given. All are reasonably price imho. Still recommend it

Came for my Neice's 21st Birthday lunch. The staff were fantastic. As a large group with 1 wheelchair and an electric buggy we were very well catered for. We had space for gifts at an end table. They helped with app order issues and dietary needs. Could not ask for more.

An interesting array of shops. Something for everyone and lots of food places. With a cinema to boot. Parking charges are a bit extreme considering Brent cross is free parking and much more places to park. Nowhere to charge electric vehicles on site, but two drive thrus is a shout. Ate at Harvester and it was lovely. Our server was amazing and so helpful. There was a slight mistake with my order which was rectified quickly and succinctly. Would eat there again.

For a harvester the food was really good and presentation. took a long while to come but unfortunately the staff at this restaurant allowed to children under the age of 5 run round like it was a playground both not wearing next to anything jumping on the tables and chairs screaming u name it and not one member of staff asked them to sit back down I mean literally topless kinds sprinting round while we was trying to eat and one jumped right next to Me on my bench and screamed back to his table on the other side of the restaurant and made me have to ask him to get down. Staff was so friendly wasn't the quickest service but ashamed they thought it was OK to let parents let there kinds run round like animals and honest not an old lady rant these kids must of just ate 20kg of sugar to be running round so much put Mo Farah to shame. Not returning

As usual, my experience at Harvester is great. Booked this online and arrived where I was directed to the table. Service was great, although I didn't get to use the mobile app to order because there wasn't any table numbers on the table. I did get the number from the server but as he was ready to take our order I didn't get the opportunity. Food was great, and the ice cream was very tasty! Again the mobile app can be used to pay (no more waiting!) but unfortunately my phone's battery died so I didn't get to do so. Overall I would go back again, was great.

We booked in advance a table for 4 of us to have dinner. Once we had been sat at our table we were then told that over half the items in the menu were not actually available. This is something that should have been said when we booked. The restaurant was not very busy but it was 15 minutes before someone took a drinks order from us. Staff could be seen standing around chatting. There were dirty tables with plates and glasses still on where customers had finished and left a while ago. Service was very slow considering the restaurant was not busy. Food could be seen under the heat lamp ready to go to tables for 10 minutes with staff just walking past it and leaving it. When food did arrive bbq ribs had little to no sauce on and were dry. Three guests had an upset stomach after eating here. Refill drinks machine broke so had to ask staff for a refill from the bar which if you could manage to get a waiters attention to ask them, then took a further 10 minutes before you got your drink, however again staff could be seen standing around chatting. Would not recommend and very upset with visit.

Nice early evening meal. Good to see another menu with 2 and 3 course options. Restaurant was quiet on our visit but busy with take aways/delivery drivers. Waitress was friendly and helpful and a good salad bowl builder! Food was tasty, one of the better Harvesters

We had a reservation for a weekend breakfast. The vegan sausage wasn't that great and they don't have milk alternatives except the soy for the Americano. But you get nice Lavazza coffee if you can go with the usual semi skimmed milk. Their pancakes are a must try. It's a decent place with good staff.
