WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! On the very first night of our three-night stay, both our bikes which were locked on the bike carrier behind our car, that was parked in the dedicated parking facility of the hotel, were STOLEN!!!! On reporting the crime to the hotel staff, we got a very cold and an indifferent response. They didn't even direct us with the next steps, however simply brushed away the issue by saying, it is a common instance and these things keep happening here since it is a 'bad area for bikes'. All the more, they had seen our car loaded with bikes the previous night but they didn't even care to warn us. The security personnel too at the hotel treated the issue very lightly by saying he is not a part of the hotel staff and belongs to a private firm hence can't help us in anything. Our bikes were brand new and worth Euros 1200. The financial loss is one aspect, the emotional loss is another. On top of that, the way we were treated and the whole issue by the staff and the security personnel was pathetic! We are totally disappointed in the total lack of hospitality shown by this hotel towards their guests. Will neither come back to this hotel and maybe nor Sweden.

Fair price and clean place, quiet room. Staff was nice. The breakfast is simple but nothing to complain, I really enjoyed (maybe because I'm not from Sweden so there's a lot of different foods than I'm used to eat). It's 10min walking from Årstaberg station (15min from Stockholm Central). Only downside is the lack of food market and drugstores nearby.

This is a very simple hotel. Furniture is old.and worn out. The rooms are small and not fancy and regrettably without an a/c. Staff is friendly and helpful. The so-called gym is just one old treadmill and some handles. The breakfast list ok, dishes are tasty but very less varieties. The hotel is located in an industrial area with many logistic hubs, so that all around the clock trucks are driving by, shunting or even just making noise. Finally its definitely not quite!

Reasonable rate but you get what you pay for. It was alright. If you're looking for the absolute cheapest rate without going to a dive this is your bet. Staff was very helpful. The hotel was far from the city and about a €15 Uber ride. Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection at the buffet. Parking lot was less secure than I'm used to and was shared with other businesses. Entry upkeep was lacking and front door odor was unpleasant but it was otherwise clean.

Not the best neighborhood you'll find in Stockholm, but outside of the city traffic toll and good connection to the city centre using the pendeltåg. Parking infront of the hotel is free for guests. Rooms are ok, breakfast is good, staff friendly and accommodating.

The room was very warm and the noise outside was disturbing during the night because of the drive in for the fast-food chain. Smoke came in to the room when the window was open. Not the best of areas to stay at in Stockholm. Breakfast was OK and the personnel was nice and professional.

Really nice budget hotel with free parking. Free coffee and tea, sauna. Everything we needed for the night. Beer from the tap at the hotel bar and Burger King is just outside the hotel if you want an evening snack.

Nicely appointed mid range hotel with friendly staff, small bar, sitting area and decent breakfast make it worthwhile. Beware it is quite isolated on the edge of a commercial area but is served by good bus service to Astraberg train station

When we enter the room was very clean, but during we stay in the hotel for 5 days, we haven't been satisfied with cleaning. Breakfast OK, except if hotel is full of guests you have to wait for free table. Good connection with city by tram and bus, cca 500m away to station.

A portal into the 50s, very old furniture. It may fit for a one day stay, but not more. Very bad cleaning. I had to wait 4 hours to check in, since no body was at the reception.

This is not 4 star hotel!!!! It’s more of a poorly maintained old motel with incomprehensibly rude receptionist. Warning! Pictures of hotel are misleading! Room was very old, small and stuffy. Receptionist Cilla was very openly rude and passive aggressive. Therefore we decided to leave and not spend even a night there as it was very unpleasant.

A 3-star hotel that is just that. Located nearby large roads and cargo truck businesses it's not a pretty place. The toilet paper is cheap, there was a bit of mold in the shower, but otherwise it was clean, the sheets were soft and the staff nice. Room was warm (in summertime), but had a fan. You get what you pay for.
