We spend 3 nights at this hotel. The location was excellent as we could jump on the metro to go to the city very quickly. Also had a great shopping centre within a few minutes walking distance. The best was the service provided by Rahat on the reception desk every question was answered and he was a wealth of information. I would certainly recommend to talk to him if you need to know anything. Certainly a polite and helpful young man. Thanks Rahat you made our stay enjoyable.

I like very much Scandic hotels. The level of service is very good. Staff at the reception desk is super friendly (best regards to the lady who worked on 9th of Oct). This one is a budget business hotel, but couples and families are also welcomed. The room is spacious and clean. For me most important is cleanlines of bathroom and here it was almost perfect - almost, because you could find some dust on ventilator, but the rest was shining. Breakfast is good - what i like the most is the variety of cereals, seeds and dried fruits you can add to yoghurt. Meat eaters will find sausages, kötbullars, or ham. There are not many varieties, but they are of good quality. Only vegetable lovers can feel a bit disappointed, because you can pick only from paprika, tomato and cucumber. A very nice thing about this hotel is also a fact, that you can play here pool bilard, shuffleboard, or foosball for free :)

Nice place with a big selection of gluten free and lactose free products for breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean. My room had a desk 2 chairs a big TV 2beds and a bath shower.

Scandic Kista sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla Kistan metroaseman vieressä. Sinne pääsee helposti ja nopeasti metrolla. Palvelu oli ripeää ja hyvää ja uloskirjautuminen onnistuu myös sovelluksella. Huone oli puhdas ja viihtyisä ja aamiainen on laadukas. Hotellin hinta-laatusuhde on hyvä, samoin Scandicin kanta-asiakasjärjestelmä. Huoneet siivotaan useiden öiden yöpymisten aikana vain tarvittaessa, mikä säästää ympäristöä. Monissa, etenkin pienissä, hotelliketjuissa huoneet siivotaan joka päivä halusi tai ei, mutta Scandicilla ollaan järkevämpiä.

Nice hotel, suitable if you have a car and can drive form central Stockholm otherwise far from attractions however easy access by metro

Hotel rooms are okay, you find what you’ll expect. If you need to be in Kista for meetings, this hotel is a very good choice. The kindness of the staff is making me probably to decide to return, the breakfast (despite there was no salmon) and the very friendly man running it… make me decide; yes I’ll choose this again for a next trip.

Nice rooms and super friendly staff. Only issue is that they claim to have charging stations for electric cars - but its two EU type 220v outputs at the parking space. (1.5ish Kw) if you bring your own cable and converter.

Very clean and nice hotel with good location centrally in Kista. Rooms are spacey and breakfast is brilliant with pancakes (whipped cream and strawberry jam!). 5/5

Nice upgraded room with very friendly helpful staff. Number of available parking spots next to the hotel was the only issue we found.

Nic hotel, breakfast was ok. We had a room with kitchenette and it is very useful with a child. Very near to Transport. A bit far from Center.

Not great, we rebooked our room with confirmation getting it, upon arrival we got something else still. They seemed overall confused, breakfast was ok, not great, but acceptable for sure for the price !

V.Basic, like ibis styles in the UK suitable for business stay. No restaurant in the evening, the breakfast was reasonable and Gluten Free catered although bacon/sausage etc, cold.
