It's a fully automatic hotel. If you don't have an Internet or your phone has discharged, you could stay on the street in Swedish winter. They send you a code exactly in the check in day, and if something goes wrong, you're in trouble. If you're inside, then everything is very good. There's a soft bed and hot shower.

There is no receptionist at the hotel so please look out for the entry code to the entrance and to your room days before check-in. I have no issue during my stay and I was staying in the economy single room - to be exact Room 3. However, this might not be a good choice for those are claustrophobic or big in size (I'm 5ft 4 / 165cm). There's a small sink in the room for you to wash up but you need to share the toilet with others - but it was kept clean. Several bus stops are located nearby to take you to the city as well as few convenient stores like 7E or Co-op (7-8 min walking). Overall it was a nice stay - although I won't be paying more than £70 a night.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich ein sehr schönes Touristenschließfach. Check in läuft automatisiert.Daher habe ich kein Servicepersonal gesehen. Deswegen erhält man zwei Codes (per SMS). Einen für den Haupteingang und einen für das Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst ist spartanisch, aber zeitgemäß, eingerichtet und sauber. Das W-LAN funktioniert einwandfrei, meint meine Krigge. Der Fernseher bedarf besonderer Aufmerksamkei, wenn man ihn denn nutzt.

Worst stay in Stockholm. - Size of the tiny to / chamber was around 5sqm - Temperature was too cold, but okay after they adjusted from remote (you cannot do this your own). - It was super loud during the night in the chamber due to sounds of a fan. - I did not know that shower and toilet were not in the room but at the corridor. - Would be great if there was soap. - The room without windows to the outside but this window to the stairway was quite lightened during the night and I woke up at 3am with the feeling it was daylight. - When someone had a shower the sink in the room began to make noise and a terrible smell came out of it.

Cold and a little bit noisy. Good for price and if you want quick affair.

I made a mistake at booking and switched the date to 2024 instead of 2023. They said they would still charge me the full amount, even though the booking was 15 months ahead. Be careful when booking at this place, as they are not a customer friendly business!

This is my worst travel experience ever. I booked and paid my room 3 months ago. One day before my trip I called them to confirm payment. They told me my room is canceled. If I didn’t call I would not find this out until I am there. They did refund me and said sorry. But nothing more. I would not get my money back if I cancel my booking one day before my trip as a fine for me disagreeing with the terms as a customer. However, this doesn’t apply to the hotel side at all when customer is actually the vulnerable party in this situation? I wish I could just say sorry to every last minute disagreement I make and get it over. This has ruined my whole trip which I planned three months ahead of time. If such a property can do such things to a customer, what can it do to you? Trust is the fundamental rule when we choose a hotel. So I sincerely warn you to be careful when considering booking this one. I really wish nobody would experience such bad thing as I did and took it purely as my own bad luck cause nobody thinks it’s a big deal.

The hotel is located in downtown clos to Gamla Stan and lots of good places to eat. The hotel has a self-check in which all went smoothly. I stayed in the superior room which was very quiet so I had an amazing sleep.

Loved it here! Not just the room but the surrounding stores and restaurants just makes me feel really cozy and at ease.

Eightrooms is great value for money - easy accsess to subway and busses. just 10 m from Folkungagatan with all it's resturants an bars. Luxorios and comfortable beds with affordable prices - worth a try.

Good location but tainted sheets and too gloomy indoors. Negative that breakfast wasn't included in the deal

Vieles leider nicht mehr in gutem Zustand was Dusche und Bad anbelangt. Ebenfalls macht sich der Fernseher oftmals selbstständig. Ansonsten ist es aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es war rundum trotzdem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Eight Rooms is a small hotel with the latest technology when it comes to service.The self check in worked perfect and before you´re arrival you recived an email with all the info you need for your stay. If you needed everything it was easy to just give the manager a phone call or email and he helped you directly. I booked a deluxe room and im super satisfied with the room, and espcially the bed. The bed was top quallity and super nice to sleep in, the brand was called Hästens. They had also put a lot of effort on towels and linens, small things that make a big difference. The location was really good, close to everything. The best was that only 300 meter away from the hotel you will have the most amazing view over Stockholm, really beautiful. I can really recomend this hotel for everyone who wants high quallity to a good prize.

No service minded what so ever.. seems they expected me to wait by the door for 2 hours for a entrance code. 0/10 would reccomend
