Friendly staff at the door. Old type gym equipment where some of those machines where made in 1980! Very rustic, but got everything you need to keep active and enjoy your workout. Gymed at 4pm and wasn't to busy, however the gym was getting busier at 5:30. Great experience and was awesome using some machines that are not found in newer gyms these days. Max weight is 47kg dumbell.

Right so where to start... Firstly - You literally have the ocean just across the road, so the view is amazing and you smell the fresh air while running on the treadmills Secondly - Their prices are more than just competitive - its cheap as can be! Thirdly - The staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly, they always go the extra mile. Last thing - If you take training session, you have an entire studio for yourself with your trainer - I mean come on that is awesome (Few Pics from my last session) Overall - I think this is an amazing Gym with super friendly staff and great rates, we need a gym like this in every town

For an affordable private gym, it is sufficient. Do not expect the chain gym facilities, but its clean, and functional. Team is friendly and very helpful. And not many training options with an ocean view! 😏

Honest opinion about the place: Very cheap gym but it comes with a price: - Don't accidentally drop a weight, they will still ask you not to do it again. - Don't expect them to stick to their hours if there is loadshedding - the weights need to recharge. You get what you pay for.

Thought I'd die a slow & agonising death once I started my personal training sessions & boy was I right! However, Nathanael is the most amazing, patient & professional trainer I've ever met. He replied to my messages promptly & gave me all the necessary information so no time was wasted during my first session with nitty-gritty stuff. The gym has everything you need: equipment, trainers, variety of classes, friendly staff, unbelievable ocean views etc. & all at an affordable price! Despite the challenges with load shedding etc. It's always a pleasant experience going to the gym. Staff are friendly and always willing to assist. When you need assistance and personal advice I will recommend Truself fitness. The packages that's available is really affordable. The scenery of the beach and sea, when you are on the cardio equipment, really makes it very relaxing and time flies if you don't like cardio that much 😜 Have a blessed day and keep it up guys. Fantastic view from the inside. No bad odor. Good class area for group sessions. Unfortunately, there are no pilates on offer as part of group classes. Friendly staff also, and the facility's fees are very affordable.

I've been in multiple gyms in my life but i prefer this one by far over all the rest. Yes it's no virgin active but for the price you pay you get way more than you should. They have most machines you might need as well as zumba and yoga classes all included in the price. The front desc lady was amazing at explaining what the facilitys offer as well as being patient and answering any questions you might ask. The people in the gym are some of the friendliest individuals i have ever met always offering support and advice. The view you get goes without saying is the best you could ask for. Apart from not having air conditioning, the place really is amazing if you all you want is to loose a few kg's or gain some muscle.

Nice, small gym. Works well during loadshedding, as there are enough machines that can work without electricity, and due to being on the beach, a nice cool wind is always present. The view is fantastic while working out. The vibe is also great.

I had been out of shape lately had to hit the gym it's actually the best they don't have lot of stuff but am loving it there it's keeping me in shape,they have great staff they have classes hip hop,zumba and yoga too
