The manager/owner/waiter was a little impatient whenever we ask for clarification for the food that we were experiencing. She was a little bit overwhelmed by the 16 guests on her own. The venison meat dish was very dry even with sauce. The dish that was expetional was the home smoked sturgeon. The fish of the day was a Cabillot or Cod, a simple fish poached in a non expetional way. Honestly I was expecting more flavor and more power from the food in an asian inspired restaurant, something that was clearly not present.

The food was exquisite, with wonderful flavours and textures in every dish. And for the price it is absolutely fantastic: we've eaten in many Michelin starred restaurants that cost substantially more, and even at twice the price this would have been totally worth the visit. So all I can say is go now, before they realise how good they are and increase the prices!
