Stayed here for just an overnight stay. It was very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. Hotel room quite spacious and kept very neat and clean. Would definitely recommend it for a nice and comfortable stay!

Lovely holiday Inn just off the main road in strasbourg. Good service and clean rooms. Continental style breakfast. Nice little bar in reception closes at 11pm.

Good for one night, very solid standard, close to the highway and yet not far from the center. Around the hotel is a pleasant environment for morning jogging. A little worse parking for SUVs

This is not the first time I come in this hotel and typically I am satisfied, but this time I was really disappointed by the lack of air conditioning in the room, which was really hot. I asked the reception and they told me the rooms do not have air conditioning in this period, as the winter was very cold. Too bad we are not in winter anymore! Anyway, the air conditioning is advertised by the hotel, so this was clearly misleading information.

Stayed here as a couple for one night in August. First impressions were not good with broken glass in entrance door and seats in reception were very worn & split. Staff were pleasant but room was not ready at 4pm. When room was allocated it was a family room with sofa made up as a bed. I folded away the bed back into a sofa and it was very dusty underneath. The corner of the bed was damaged. The room had a musty smell & the walls needed repainting and the wallpaper above the bed was peeling. Next morning breakfast choice was ok but wasnt helped when a child sneezed over the food on display. I did not have anything after seeing that. The outside seating area needed attention as weeds were growing through the paving. I have stayed in many holiday inns in a number of countries & enjoy their consistency and quality. On this occasion, this hotel fell short and needs to make some improvements.

Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had two rooms and they arranged early check-in for one. Breakfast was also nice. Short walk to old city. Quiet and clean rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located a 15 minutes walk away from the Cathedral. The staff was generally polite, but some inefficiencies in operating the hotel were evident. Upon our arrival, the shower drain was clogged and we had to ask the staff to get it cleaned. The day after when we returned to the hotel after six hours out, the room was not cleaned. We complained to the receptionists and the room got cleaned in 5 minutes (one can imagine how thorough cleaning can be when done that fast). One of the receptionists was saying the hotel did it best and my husband got annoyed by the situation and expressed his frustration emotionally. The receptionist said she would call the police because my husband did not know to behave in a civil way. Other receptionists helped out and resolved the situation, but the receptionist wanting to call the police never apologized. We would do not return to this hotel.

Stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed my stay. It's close to pretty, tranquil parks and only a 15 minute walk from the town center and all the sights.

Great location just outside of the island - nice and quiet and very walkable to the downtown area. We checked in, and the staff at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. We had booked two rooms, and upon entry, one of the rooms had a very heavy cigarette smoke smell to it. I went down to let the staff know and they were super friendly and gave us another room immediately. Nice and clean rooms, the beds were a little hard, but if that is the worst thing at the hotel, then we're happy. the included breakfast was good, clean layout, fresh. The paid parking was close and well-lit and great to have.

Really nice room quite big and bed the very comfortable. Staff were really helpful. Would stay here again no problem.

The rooms were not very clean or tidy. Furnishing torn here and there. Bathroom was smelly. Baby bed provided did not have a mattress so was not usable. Breakfast was quite inadequate and of not good quality. We spent the night and cancelled the remainder of the booking.

Very friendly staff that was easy to communicate with via email before arrival. Great for kids with provided cribs and a play room in the breakfast area. Easy walk downtown and to restaurants.

Hotel has great location in a quite green area, only 15 minutes by foot from the cathedral and historical city center of Straßburg. The room was clean and comfortable 👍🏻 One thing spoiled general impression from the room is that toilet needs some descaling 🙁 Also, the breakfast was too minimalistic, some omelette would be nice to have 😊 Receptionists were friendly and we also could leave our bags for a while after checkout 🙌

Stayed at this Holiday Inn for a week. Very nice hotel. Close to the old town about a 15 minute walk. Also a 15 minute walk to the tram at Bourse Etoile. I was on the second floor, northside facing the cathedral and the park. The front desk staff was excellent and knowledgeable of the area. The room was a good size and clean. I liked that I could open the window and get fresh air. Not to noisy but I did hear people come by outdoors late at night. The hotel floor was very quiet. The only issue I had was with the breakfast which was included in the room rate. The breakfast was disappointing and was basically carbs and processed meats. I only had breakfast at the hotel a couple of times before giving up although I did get coffee which was great. Noted the breakfast staff kept the breakfast room clean and stocked. I would definitely return to this Holiday Inn Express.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It is 15-minute walk from the center, and for this single reason it is way cheaper than other hotels. Breakfast was pretty good, and the room is spacious and clean. The bathroom had a decent size, and the water is hot. Like hot, hot. The ladies at the reception was kind and helpful anytime I needed something. Highly recommend it!!!

Booked the hotel as a transit travelling between Italy and the UK, description said private parking, turned out the car park was council run and just close to the hotel, car would go in due to height restrictions. Was told if I wanted secure parking I should try driving round France to find a private secure car park. Sat there and watch two locals push what looked like a stolen car past the hotel entrance and decided to stay elsewhere. If you need a hotel with secure parking dont choose this hotel, and if your booking is at the weekend we were told management doesn't work weekends, this is France you know, am sure this is not true but it did make me smile. As its seems I can't respond to your response, we were told that both the private parking, and the parking at 800m were not protected either by video or by people. What you miss is that you parking is not private, by definition the car park is council run and used by everyone, you only let it there to make the hotel look better rather than be honest with everyone, you seriously expected someone to call the hotel, the idea is you be honest about what the hotel is and not lie.

🤩The staff. Top customer service. Always smiling and very welcoming. This ladies were great in every sense. I would go back even though this is not a 5 start hotel. Customer service makes totally the difference. 😕- Breakfast was ok, but they can be better for sure. Particularly, I like scramble eggs and boiled eggs. Both versions were not good. Scramble eggs were from a box, I guess, and bolied eggs totally frozen. For real guys, improve this.

I liked this hotel, I was with my children. Friendly staff, clean rooms, quite good breakfasts. the hotel has a convenient location. There was no refrigerator in the room, but I need it. The ice machine helped a lot in the heat. Good signal WiFi

Decent hotel situated about 20 mins walk from Strasbourg allowing easy access to the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, and furnished well. Bathrooms are also very clean and fairly spacious. Staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel breakfast. Which was included was okay but can get very busy and noisy, but outdoor seating helped with this, as long as there weren't any smokers. Parking is also available in the covered car park (1st floor for Holiday Inn customers) for a fee - we paid €14 a night.

I (F67) needed a place to stay with two female friends as we were visiting to row at the club nearby. We shared a 3 bedded room which was clean and sufficient (we could move around without bumping into each other) and a spacious shower room en suite. Breakfast (included) was a good average standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was also an easy walk to the town centre
