Great modern hotel. Rooms are super functional and nicely designed. Bed linen are very comfy! Shower is definitely an issue as water floads the entire bathroom if you do not put a towel on the floor. Club is nice and breakfast has a good but somehow little choice. Staff was very friendly.

I always stay here for business and it’s lovely. This time I stayed as a couple and the rooms are a bit tight for two people. The club access and complimentary apero and appreciated and it’s a nice place to relax in the evening. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are amazing. However, ask for a high floor. If you’re in floor 1 of rooms on the road side it can be a little noisy. It’s a good hotel.

Everything was perfect & staff were so friendly, the free soft drinks and snacks in the club lounge area are brilliant. The bathroom en-suite in the room is a bit strange, standing you can’t see through the wooden slats but it isn’t the best place for privacy both visually and audibly💩

Hotel has his own "clean/puristic" style, so it's maybe not everybody's style. We had a warm welcome. Our premium room was on the 7th floor. We've expected a partly view on the cathedral, but the view was on the apartment building. Room was clean, but the hair dryer was a little bit dirty, maybe tooth paste from pre-visitor. As we mentioned it on the survey, which the hotel send us while our stay, the immediately offered a room change, which wasn't necessary for us. So feedback and actions are working. The bathroom is within the room, so it could be uncomfortable, if you are not traveling with your partner. We like the "club" where you can get cool drinks, coffee and snacks while your stay. Breakfast was also good. Didn't like the scrambled eggs, maybe it's a convenience product instead of fresh eggs. If not, I'm sorry for my taste. Pillows and towels are comfortable and we had a silent night. We would visit the hotel again.

Lovely hotel, with modern rooms. Beds were comfy, I had 4 pillows, small looking veranda over the river, espresso machine, a safe and shower amenities. There was a lounge area for guests that included 24-hour tea, espresso & hot chocolate. They had evening dessert snacks also. I think it was 18€ to add breakfast or 12€ when you booked your hotel stay. I added breakfast on one morning and it was alright, nothing compared to what I've seen at some other European hotels. Nice hotel for a business trip. I enjoyed the small and cozy room. I liked the design. The bed, pillows and linen were great. The lounge with free soft drinks and snacks is a nice perk. Great/smooth check out at 12h. I even had a room with a view. There were a few hairs stuck in the desk. Compared to the care brought to the rest of the facilities and equipment, it's a bit of a shame. But overall great stay. Would come back next time!

Hotel is located outside of city center but tram station is right outside and it's quite convenient to go back and forth. People who work here are nice and friendly. Their club has good options for drinks and snacks. Room are nice, cozy and designer but does lack some space and privacy but of that's not a concern or you are not traveling with lot of luggage room is of good size. Found it to be little pricy probably 40 euros more. But all in all good experience.

The hotel serves the best aperitif (variety of cheese, sausages and local finger food) with fantastic Alsace wines. I loved their working space. With comfy sofas and desks. There is always good tea of coffee available in the working space. Apple desktop is also available for pay.

Water pressure in the shower was just ok, and water spilled out of the glass doors due to poor design... Breakfast was unacceptable. Coffee was bad, the food looked tired and uninviting, we ate only once in our three days stay... Our stay was quite cheap, so we didn't complain on most things, but even on the one thing we did, seemed like they didn't care as mentioned before... Too bad.

The Okko Hotel in Strasbourg is a nice hotel with friendly stuff. In their club you even get hot drinks and cookies for free all day; that’s really cool. Unfortunately those aspects couldn’t make up for our sleepless nights and the pain we had in our backs and hips due to the extremely hard mattresses. The management said they were expensive, but that doesn’t help, when you can’t sleep and suffer pain.

Cool hotel at a good location. Parking, shopping mall , restaurants and tram station nearby. Rooms are nice and clean. The only downside is the bathroom which is nicely designed and clean but you really need to be comfortable with your partner because of glass walls and door .

Happy with their hospitality and the services. The room was good overall . If we didn't find out the used chewing gum and tissue, I would have given 5 stars. There is some improvement to make in the cleaning department. The location is great. Near the restaurants, shopping centre and train station is just in front of the hotel.

Straight Rules that u can only check in at 2pm and check out at 12pm. The charging is a bit confusing that when u check in they told us that you can use the Club (which is a 24h lounge that’s great. And also the breakfast is served between bla bla bla. So we thought the breakfast was included. But at the end we need to pay 18€ each for everyday. In fact a staff came to ask for our room number and never told us that we were not on the list and reminded that there was a charge. Btw, weekend has more choices like chicken and salmon but not on the weekday even the price is the same.

The rooms were clean and the service of the hotel staff was excellent! It's also a nice 20 min walk or a convenient ride with the tram into the city center. This is such a lovely stay for 2 weeks this time here in okko. At the beginning , we had a flooded in the bathroom, which i give 4 stars only.. but after I reported , the staff fixed right away. The staffs here are so friendly and helpful, and deco is modern and clean. The lounge is such a big plus for me. Whenever I need recharge from a cup of cappuccino, it's there for you in anytime. It was clear that the room was dusted for days. The table had some stains and the safe had some kind of chocolate stains on it. We stayed two nights so staff came to clean one day but they changed sheets and towels and did not clean anything. *The spiders! I don't expect that the outside would be super cleaned on the eighth floor, but the small metal patio was FILLED with spider webs and huge spiders. They couldn't get in but it was creepy and anyone with arachnophobia wouldn't be able to stay there. Also, we found a spider web inside with a tiny spider, so again cleanliness is very lacking. I think it's a superb hotel especially for those going on a business trip - it has a gym, and the club is great if you don't want to work inside your room. I hope they improve their cleanliness. I would stay in an OKKO hotel in a different city and I hope they expand beyond France.

While the rooms are a little small, they are perfectly functional and nice, and if you need extra space you can make use of "the club" - a space in the first floor, next to reception, where you can find spaces to work or relax, with access to snacks, coffee, tea, water and other drinks at all times for free. This is great, since when traveling I tend to find myself dehydrated and constantly having to go out of my way to buy water - specially at night. The communication with the center is good, with a tram line right next to the hotel. One piece of advice: the bathroom is not closed in, but rather encased in a structure which allows anyone in the room to see inside. I feel this is important coinsideration for anyone intending to share a room with someone else. The only disappointing element was cleanliness - there was accumulated dust inside the room, and a large amount of cobwebs and spiders in the balcony. De verwarming/airco werkt goed en er kan een schuifdeur beperkt worden geopend voor frisse lucht. De kamer geeft sowieso een positief verblijf gevoel en ademt zeker de sfeer van Design uit. De gym en sauna zijn klein maar doeltreffend. Sauna is beperkt betreft hoogte van temperatuur. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en met aandacht voor gezondheid geselecteerd. Excellent two night stay at the Okko Hotel in Strasbourg. We booked last minute by phone, the process was super fast and efficient. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, and gave us a warm welcome. It really felt like our comfort mattered to them. The hotel offers a 24/7 complimentary drink and snack service in the lounge. Fridges contain fizzy drinks, juices and yoghurts, there are coffee machines with tea and hot chocolate, and there is fresh cake too! Breakfast is included, though we didn't get to try it, unfortunately. There is also brunch and evening aperitif included. The room was very modern, with bare concrete walls and a bathroom with a partly frosted glass partition (it's not for everyone... When lying on the bed, you can see a little too much if someone sits on the toilet :/ ). The bed is very comfy, the TV offers a lot of choice, and the sound insulation works very well, we heard nothing at all from neighbouring rooms or from outside with windows closed. There is a coffee machine and a good hairdryer (a rarity!). The room was the cleanest hotel room we'd ever been in, so big thumbs up to the cleaning crew! When we left, we asked for late checkout, normally €30, but it was gifted to us for booking directly through them, so definitely something to consider! Their club also offers many great bonuses.
