Our experience at La Corde à Linge in Strasbourg was rather disappointing. Although our waiter was very friendly and the location was very pretty being located in la Petite France, the restaurant was far from great. Our food was pretty much unseasoned and through that extremely bland. We had a salad with feta and olives and admittedly, the products were fresh as well as the salad, but the food was rather boring and nothing I would eat again. I won't revisit this restaurant and wouldn't recommend it, either. Not horrible, but definitely not worth it.

I got the Cotton special with spätzle, and had mulled wine and gingerbread while waiting. They said the wait would be 40, but only ended up being about 25. The atmosphere was so cute and cozy, and the food was so delicious. A perfect blend of French and German cuisine. The employees were very nice and gave us time to enjoy our meal and review the menu.

The service is excellent, everything is great and everything is very fast. BUT FOOD! The snails were tasty, but the duck leg with potatoes was not tasty. the leg is pre-boiled and lightly fried before serving. she was cold inside. Potatoes are not tasty at all. It feels like yesterday's was reheated. I won't come here again and I don't recommend it to anyone. the staff is good, but the cooks cook poorly

This was my favorite restaurant in Strasbourg. I was here several times during my time in Strasbourg. It’s a great atmosphere with great food. Well done!

So the food was pretty tasty, unfortunately they haven’t french fries. The WC had this snail stairs , so I found it difficult to access. You kinda need to wait until all the people gets down so you can go up. Absolutely not disability friendly. But I don’t know if they have other options.

If I were to try to describe everything I like about Strasbourg, I would chose this restaurant as the setting. Sitting at your table, you feel like you are in a postcard. It really is that special. The food was great. This was the first time I didn't eat tarte flambée. Also, there is Späzle on the menu.

This is the first place in 4 days where we liked the food! Large portions! Fresh greens in a salad! Everything we ordered was 10 out of 10! Mushroom soup, foie gras salad, meatballs with Alsace pasta, two servings of homemade burgers! The wine ran out, we were offered a refresh! The downside is the smell in the toilet and not enough napkins on the table.
