This is the only Lush store in the area and the staff are incredibly friendly. They're always happy to help and talk to you, even in English. Store carries as good range of stock, all that you would expect from a Lush store.

We came into the store to find a bath bomb and maybe some other things for a night in. We had shopping bags with food closed in them from the store we had just left prior to entering this one. The staff member that we thought was there to help us only came over to tell us not to eat in the store despite neither of us holding food in our hands as if we intended to eat it. After that comment, they simply didn't help us. The store's heat was cranked up too high and there was no air circulation, so discerning between each product was nearly impossible. Every item for bath bombs is full of glitter and the rest of their products were pretty picked through. Maybe we would've found and purchased something if we had help from someone rather than stares and comments about food. Myself and anyone else that I know won't be returning to this particular store.

I have visited Lush shops all over the world but this one was special. Nina not only tried to find out what I wanted to buy, but also what I needed to get a full experience with Lush products. Excellent experience, thank you, Nina! ☺️

I travel to Strasbourg regularly and I almost always pay LUSH a visit, because it's rigth alongside my walking-route, smack-bang in the city centre. I always have the feeling of being well advised; their staff is dedicated and helpful without being obtrusive. This time around, I had a lovely chat with a staff member called Cindy, who was a total gem. I really hope to bump into her again next time I'm here. I had a lot of questions about products I had seen in London but couldn't find elsewhere, and she was well-informed and just overall a sweet-heart. Thanks, Cindy!! See you next time!

Wonderful products : solid shampoo&after-shampoo, the bath bombs are "the bomb" and the hand soaps are magical. The staff is very professional. I love wondering in the magical kingdom of "Lush". And the absolute plus : it helps our animal friends ^^.

Incredible customer service! I went in at the weekend and spoke to Marion, she was brilliant! She was so knowledgeable and professional, gave a fantastic recommendation for a body cream based on my skin type and requirements, coming into the store was such a treat!

Super friendly staff

Natural products that were not tested on animals, and their products comme in paper bags or black tubes which you can bring back to the shop as they have a recycling system. The service has always been good as well as the help with which product to get.

My mom and I decided to come in on a whim, having not been to a Lush store before but hearing good things.
