We were only here for a short period. Prices are fair since the location is very good and it’s a citycentre. Some parkingplaces can be very narrow and not convenient, also the directions inside aren’t clear. We drove in circles trying to find the exit(/sortie). Elevator available and there was also a carwash option, though we saw no one around to ask for that service if we wanted it.

Parked at Kléber, suggested by our hotel l’Europe. Expensive parking, supposed to be secure. Left the car overnight to come back and find a window smashed, probably attempted robbery. Very poor assistance from the attendants. Had to sweep up the mess ourselves and contact police ourselves. Then, as we had already paid our tariff before returning to the car, informed we would had to pay an excess fee because you have to vacate within 15 minutes of paying! Then had to go to the Gendarmerie to report. Apparently, the car park do not look at the security cameras within Kleber and the police were not particularly bothered. 4 hours spent at the station to obtain a report for our insurance. My recommendation - absolutely do not use an Indigo car park.

The parking location is good but the car parking space is very tight and to take full car insurance to avoid side scratches of your car. Parking No one can enter it without getting a daily card to use the elevator. The price of one ticket is very high and the hotel discount does not make a difference in price because it is in all cases expensive in price. Also the annoying issue is that if your staying for four nights at the hotel and you want to go outside everyday, you need to pay every day alone and get another parking ticket to park your car. I wish if there is 1 card for 4 days if possible ( full stay ticket ). The hotel gave us a discount with 18 € / day, but it is still expensive for 1 day.

I booked a hotel in Strasbourg for three nights at the beginning of August to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel had an arrangement with Parking Indigo Strasbourg Kleber. Which offered secure underground car parking at a reduced rate. I parked in a disabled space as it was close to the elevator and my wife is disabled. It was space number 109 which has a CCTV camera above. We left nothing of value in the car. The next morning we returned to the car to find a side window smashed. We reported it to the Indigo office in the car park they were not interested. They didn't even take a note of what had happened. We also reported that the doors on the stairs that lead out of the car park to the place above were all unlocked and the swipe card was not working. Anyone could access the car park. The office suggested we report it to the police and then the police would request access to their CCTV. We went to the police station that evening but they were unable to take details as the Internet was not working. As we were leaving the area there were no other opportunities to report it to the police. Even with the discounted rate for parking given by the hotel, Indigo has a duty to provide reasonable customer service and I regard security as a key part of customer service. They failed to provide any support as well as very little in the way of security. I will avoid using Indigo wherever I go. It has been a very expensive lesson in where not to park. It also made our anniversary memorable for all of the wrong reasons.

Convenient central parking. I find the spaces not too small (we have a moderately sized family car - 4 people), but I imagine this is different for people with the bigger SUV's and MPV's.

Nicely located but expensive. It‘s hard to navigate because everything is very tight and the parking spaces are way too narrow. Annoyingly placed columns sometimes make it impossible to open the doors.

Definitely better than the parking at the nearby mall. Holly cow that parking was beyond expensive! Stayed a couple hours and paid EUR 25. Strassbourg seems not to like cars at all. try parking outside and riding the tram downtown.

Avoid by any means! Claustrophobically narrow ways with ridiculously high curbs. If you like to kill your rims - this is your place. Tried to get out of the parking around 6pm - big mistake, because me and hundreds of other drivers were stuck for 2 (!) hours because the staff was unable to manage traffic.

We'll located, but a very tight parking lot and super expensive (paid 32 euro for almost 10 hrs of parking, which makes for 3.2 Eur per hour).

Great that it's centrally-located, but it's a pity that the place smells so terrible. Tip: The signage to exit with the car is not so clear. You have to go all the way down to exit.

Do not loose your ticket, you will not be able to get back in the garage. The doors lock and only let customers in. Staircases smell disgusting and look unclean, even in the locked areas. The elevator (also really dirty) door did not work when trying to get back inside the garage, so we had to use the stairwell. Parking space itself was upkept well and spacious for a downtown/city parking. Rather expensive for an overnight stay.

Good parking, in the city center.

It’s convenient car park, quite secured in close proximity from the city center. Disadvantage being the car parks are narrow for modern cars, you have to get down from the passenger seat before the car can be parked. It’s not very cheap either but that I understand due to the location.

The location and prices are quite good, BUT when we were there the check-out machines did not accept card payments (temporary) and they also do not take notes (at all, ever). My question to the parking attendants: WHO in this day and age has 5+ eur of coins lying around? Anyway after paying we discovered the exit barrier was broken, so could have parked for free... For those with larger/longer/lower cars - be prepared for some stressful and tight maneuvers....

This parking lot is as cramped as it gets. Our car sits low to the ground. The road taking you down into the garage is so steep that our car drug on the bottom.

Spots are very tight for modern cars. No indications on where to find an exit with elevator, so we had to carry the trolleys and bags upstairs. Expensive.

They closed 6:00 PM without any prior notice, it was Friday and they wrote will be closed until Sunday night. We have to call the police !! Thankfully they were very helpful and called the parking authorities to open for us and let us out

Nice and big parking, right in the city center. Be aware of the prices, they are high - 44 euro for 24 hours. Some hotels in the area have parking agreements, so before paying for the parking, ask your hotel about this.
