The doctor is patient and explained the prescribed medication 💊 Three patients will recommend to others! The children space is nice. The shows on TV is quite interesting

Operating hour stated 10pm but when to clinic 940pm was informed that doctor not there already. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR OPERATING HOUR THEN!!! Purposely when there for emergency.

Doctor and dispenser is good and friendly/attentive. Just now enquiry details of billing,the receiptionist's attitude is not really in friendly manner and informed this is what your company covering ( medical fees), so of course you need to pay the rest (in a sarcastic tone) which i feel quite offended. Of course I know the coverage before I visiting, i dont mind to pay extra ouf of the coverage, but please explain patiently if patient ask more about the billing which is the right of patient. I have been visiting this clinic for years even my family used to come here as well, but this round of visit makes me feel quite disappointed and probably this wont be first choice of clinic that I will come again.

Went for ultrasound today. Everyone are very attentive... greeted with pleasant smile from the reception that can ease my nervousness. Sonographer and doctor was very patience, detail & professional. Explaining the possibilities...causes and what i should and shouldn't worry about. Thank you very much... 🫡

Doctor well explain in a layman word. The environment is comfortable. Queuing number is not too slow and quite fast. Front desk staff are friendly

He is very patient in listening to me , checking my condition and giving me appropriate advice. To me, He is a kind , caring and responsible Dr. I felt very comfortable being treated by him. Our first visit is fine, everything is alright, even left a review for their excellent service, However, our second visit due to my gf’s having gastric cost us a total of RM115, that amount is outrageous.
