I was reading many good reviews and 5stars earning so kind of over expected too much. Yes when they weren't busy like last time I quire about covid test they were unwilling to help me punctually. This time I had hypertension and sick with myophyisical pain the counter staff were all men ....why ???? There should be at least 1 lady because men are all lazy and not work properly . The worst is the doctor (malay man) he didn't listen much but only talked his side and kind of rude face expression,way of talking is mean ,tone and attitude. .... I wish I could meet better doctor .he told me would give me gel and cream for my body pain and finally only gave me 1 cream which doesn't make sense. I would chose normal hospital from next time even if its more expensive. Or people better check first which doctor is there mine was so bad. I WILL NOT VISIT THIS KLINIK OR AT LEAST MAY CHOSE WHEN THAT MALE DOCTOR ISNT THERE SEEMS LIKE THERE ARE MANY DOCTORS.

Went to this clinic due to some health issues. Dr Izzat is very helpful and friendly. He is professional and very kind towards his patients. The rest of the staffs who’s assisting with registration and dispensary are also friendly and efficient. On the price part, this clinic is the cheapest compared to other clinics that I have been, very affordable and fast! I’m definitely a returning patient for sure

Bad service. Very long to wait. Doctor is good but the nurse has a very rude attitude. I had an eye infection and she suppose to do a procedure where she had to clean my eye with a syringe. But instead of doing it gently and talk to me properly, she kept on annoyed at me because i keep closing my eyes during the procedure, of course natural reaction i would close my eyes if any water went in, instead of holding my eye lids, she just keep rolling her eyes and keep asking me to open my eyes aggresively. I Wouldn't want to come here again.

My experience with this clinic was disappointing, here’s why: 1. When I went to the doctor about UTI concerns, they didnt even suggest testing although that’s standard practice. I had to advocate for myself to get the test 2. The doctor asked me to take STD tests, despite me describing classic UTI symptoms and not mentioning my sexual history at all. Were they trying to upsell me? idk 3. I had to hold my used urine sample bottle and give it to the nurse by hand… isn’t that unsanitary and disorganised… 4. Most importantly, they said they would whatsapp me the test results in 2-3 days. It has been SEVEN days with no news. I just went to another clinic and got a quick test, solved my problem within a night for half the price. 🤷

Sent my 8-year-old daughter on Sunday morning for suspected arm fracture because they had x-ray facility. However, the young doctor, although friendly, misdiagnosed my daughter as having only twisted arm muscle. We asked why no x-ray was conducted, but the doctor insisted there was no need for x-ray. The young doctor prescribed 2 types of pain killers and 1 type of steroid without letting us know it was steroid. He labelled the steroid as "antiinflammatory" and insisted my daughter to finish the 8 pills dose. After 3 days, my daughter's arm was still immovable, so we sent her to hospital for x-ray. It turned out she had upper arm fractured humerus which was quite serious... Hospital asked why didn't we do x-ray on her on the first day. We all know the answer to that...

I visited the clinic on 20 November around 8.00PM for a swollen pain in my RIGHT ear. Upon consultation (an Indian young doctor), he informed me that both my ears were clogged and recommended for me to have an ear irrigation procedure. His staff (Indian lady) then performed the ear irrigation procedure on my LEFT ear (which was not the problematic ear causing pain) and told me that the earwax was hardened and I needed eardrops to soften the wax. Before she proceeded to "treat" my right ear, I mentioned to her that it would be better for me to apply the earwax first since the earwax was hardened anyways. Further, I have already felt discomfort in my left ear after the procedure when it was not the problematic ear to begin with. When it came collect my meds, the male staff informed me that I had to apply 3 drops of the ear solution for twice a day. He did not bother to inform me how long I needed to apply the drops for and when I should come back to the clinic for my follow-up visitation. When I asked him how long did I need to apply the medicine, he said finish the whole bottle. Skeptical, I repeated my question and he confirmed in the affirmative. Reason I say skeptical is because I have done the ear-cleaning procedures many times before (at my regular Klinik Segara), and usually I'll just need to apply the eardrops for 3 - 4 days then go back for consultation and the doctor will extract/clean out the earwax once the earwax is softened. I repeated my question just in case I heard wrongly (no thanks to the doctor and female staff making my left ear deaf/clogged). I asked the female assistant (Indian lady who performed the ear irrigation procedure on me) and she told me apply the eardrops for 2 days. Funny how as medical practitioners they can advise their patients differently and even had a non-apologetic attitude when confronted about it - not even the least bit apologetic. And when I mentioned I would not pay for the RM40 procedure as it has caused nothing but pain on my non-problematic ear, the Indian lady mentioned that both her and the doctor asked me if I wanted to proceed with ear irrigation or go home and apply the wax first. I was never presented the options and as a patient, I went along with the doctor's advice/recommendation which was to have the procedure performed (the lady is outright lying to cover up her tracks). This was the doctor's recommendation/approach and me being the patient, I obviously went along with his advice. It is obvious that the doctor and staffs/nurses could not be bothered to know which was my problematic ear (though both were clogged) and made my ear worse than it was before. Just because both ears had earwax does not mean they should have "treated" the left ear for no good reason. I entered the clinic with my left ear all good but ended up with discomfort in that ear when I left the clinic - no thanks to the useless procedure in which they had the audacity to charge me RM40 for. Please stay away from this clinic at all costs with such RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL staff who provide patients with wrong advice, ineffective treatment and still have an attitude to their customers when confronted about their mistakes. Unfortunately for me, the only reason I visited your clinic on a Sunday night was because most other clinics in Subang were already closed and safe to say this would most definitely be my last visit.

Treatment and consultation was quick but very comprehensive. Would suggest to also have 24 hours open hours due to its multiple treatment services and especially for parents with toddlers too. Thank you.

One of the lousiest service clinic in Subang Jaya. Waited 1 hours for doctor consultation and check with the front desk staff told me that my name not registered in the system even though I have passed my IC to them for registration.

Crisp, clean, methodical and OPEN ON SUNDAY!! Came here to have a blood test done, as an emergency and Dr.Louis was exactly what all doctors should aim to be!! Kind, gentle, very well versed with his craft and i must say I was reassured and came away knowing I went to the right place for healing! Even the receptionist and the nurse on duty were so welcoming and kind, much different from so many other clinics around. If I HAD to say the only one missing would be I wish they took and made the 24-7 model and made it permanent. A BIG SHOUT OUT and thank you team Metromedic ss15 :)

Worst service especially the guy who is dispensing the medication and the bill. The guy is talking so rude and can hear he fighting with the doctor over the charges. Unprofessionalism at the highest. Super rude and not helpful. The doctor was great and explained clearly on my condition however the guy spoils the whole thing. Doctor told us the charge was rm 100 for covid and influenza test. And the guy at the counter charged rm 120! The clinic later did call and mentioned they will refund the differences. Please get your prices sort out and do not fight in front of patient. When patient are already sick they still have to deal with this nonsense and rude people

Overall the Dr and the malay nurse was nice and friendly, however what was not professional enough was a foreign nurse male that does not dress appropriate, and does not explain proper English especially when he gives the medication. I hope that the clinic would consider to let local nurse to handle the medication

The doctor, Dr Izzat served my daughter so well and even educated us with a lot of good knowledge about the dos and donts where kids are having fever. I have been here for a few times, overall the clinic provide good healthcare service starting from the registration until taking medicine, the Doctor also give good consultation and feedback for any inquiry. They also provide other healthcare package with affordable price. The waiting time also can be considered as okay however if many patient need to spend extra time. Just one problem is the parking is quite limited. Thanks for the service.

Disappointed and upset. I got here around 7+pm and was wanting to exchange the antibiotics given to me as it was giving me terrible gastric cramps. The staff told me that the Dr was praying (no disrespect but this wasn't informed anywhere else unless u were there and they just told u) and were so reluctant to help me at all and said to wait til 8.30PM while I'm wincing from the cramps. I understand that doctors too need breaks but at least have someone else to be on standby or something? And it'll not take more than 5 mins to change my antibiotics? Even worse, the receptionist just kept repeating that "Dr pray. Dr eat. Then 8.30pm" which didn't help me at all. They didnt care that I had no voice and wincing and holding my stomach. I'm never coming here again. They don't care at all. So now I'm hoping I don't pass out from the pain waiting for the doctor to come back.

Worst receptionist and doctor (probably didn't qualified) Receptionist - don't wanna layan their customers, think they are boss or etc. What's the point of having that attitude?? Doctor (malay female)- I met her twice, first is my wife got COVID symptoms and she say 100% not COVID, then I went again next day meet another doc she said it is COVID. Then today I have body ache, she gave some med and injection but it didn't work after few days, what's funny is every clinic I went it cured immediately and my pain is gone. Does she even know?

One of the worst clinic where they dont answer calls nor response to whatsapp messages and upon arrival in emergencies, they dont know exact time of when radiologists will be around. Imposing more pain to patience rather than bringing some assistance to it.

Did my blood and harmone test from there my results were not good testosterone level showed low creatinine was high etc i really got scared i went to private hospital then doctors asked me to repeat all the tests in morning and result were all normal klinik metromedic took my samples in evening thats why my results were not accurate THEY SHOULD INFORM THEIR CUSTOMERS TO GIVE SAMPLES EARLY MORNING FOR ACCURATE RESULTS i informed them about this they just did nothing they just want to loot people I guess

I think the address wasn't really correct on Google for this clinic so I ended up having to pay my grab driver an extra RM3 to bring me to this place, because the Google address was the same as this place called Balut & Bakar which is also closed, which made me think that this clinic opened in the place that used to call Balut & Bakar. I came here to take a RTK test, the doctor was quite gentle although it did come as a surprise that he took the sample by sticking a plastic stick up your nose, and they didn't tell me that in advance. Summary: Doctor friendly. 5/5 Nurse friendly. 5/5 Doctors in on time. 5/5 However, I feel the medication given could be more helpful. 3/5 Prices too could be bit different 3/5 Breakdown: It is a place that I had to go to because my regular doctor was absent at 9am. Loved the doctor here, her bedside manner is superb. Had gotten some antibiotics for only 2 days and a half, which was odd for me, because my usual given dose in other clinics was 5 days to start with, always. But that's fine. It helped the first day for it to not feel like a golf ball (my throat). Infection still continued though. Like I said, usually takes a 5-day dose. Odd thing was Oxynase was given as a solution to my rhinitis. Doc said to use it regularly for 2 weeks for the rhinitis to clear, reduced to the point of being cured. To be clear, rhinitis is post nasal drip, not a blocked nose. Checked with my regular doctor and also researched it myself a little online, Oxynase is meant for clearing a blocked nose. And is only recommended to use for a few days 5 to 7 days before stopping it, and even then it is recommended to use for lesser than that, and only when needed. Perhaps different doctors feel differently. But after also reading up on some online information about Oxynase, I felt that this stood out for me a little that I have to mention it. Doc recommended it for my rhinitis, not for a blocked nose. So that bit was confusing when I found out the information. Decently priced, but it is higher than what I usually pay for something lesser effective. So to each their own when it comes to prices here. :) On the overall I think the consultation fee is affordable though. Thank you again to the nurses and doctor who were friendly. That much I really do appreciate.

Everytime I’m sick, I’ll always go to this clinic because of the registrations service is tiptop and also the Doc explanation during the consultation is very understandable with good language and tone. Almost felt like the Doc are talking to a child (you know what i mean) . And also about when you’re about to get the medicine, the medicine explanation by the Malay girl M.A about the medicine consumption is very good and understandable and she make me became sharp and aware to take my medicine on time . The clinic features and surrounding are beautiful and relax even when you are sick, you will still feel relaxed! Really recommended this clinic !
