The coaches there are friendly and experienced and will teach you how to land your first punches to kicks, knees, elbow and spear as well as stance. Throughtout my experience there the people are also very friendly as they also thought me how to fight in sparring matches. Overall great environment to keep in shape and learn how to fight.

Was a bit hard to find for my free trial but once inside, the coach was extremely professional. The techniques taught were also far better than what other Muay Thai gyms in Subang were teaching. The fee is also quite cheap compared to other gyms. Can confidently say this is the best Muay Thai gym in Subang (based on free trial sessions). . Update: Almost a year in and I've learned so much Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ and soon, MMA.

I came to Malaysia for exchange and decided to try martial arts for the first time in my life as it was something I had been inspired to do after seeing friends also do it. And i’m so glad I started with Sharks - the instructors were very helpful and accommodating of beginners and in the 5 months I’ve trained at Sharks I’ve made so much progress thanks to all the wonderful coaches. The team always made sure to be accommodating and welcoming, despite the fact that I had no idea what to expect going in on my first day. Thanks to Sharks, I’ve decided to continue pursuing martial arts back home and I hope to someday be able to return and maybe even participate in some tournaments with fellow Sharks students.
