Miserable experience at a new bar (Level 19) in Grand Millennium Hotel Sulaimani. Having made, and twice confirmed our reservation, I arrived with my friend to the bar, it's located in floor 19 > Grand Millennium Hotel. For those who don't know, Grand Millennium is an icon of Sulaymaniyah and one of the nicest hotels in Iraq. The owners having invested millions over a period of almost 10 years and has done much to promote the city attracting tourists from everywhere. However unfortunately the evening commenced when we were met by the Lebanese manager. Frankly his demeanor was unwelcoming. He looked us up and down and, upon consideration, stated in an arrogant tone “you get 2 stools on the bar only, no table.” I wonder where in the world, you need a reservation for a bar stool in a hotel? His manner, bigoted assumptions, prejudice and poor judgement created a terrible experience for us and reflected most poorly on Level 19 / Grand Millennium Hotel. It is an awful experience for any customer made the reservation and see such unprofessional managers representing a new business and destroying its reputation. and especially sad when the treatment is landed on what should've been a wonderful place instrumental in driving visitors and tourist to the city.

This seems to be one of the most luxurious hotels in Sulaimani city in Kurdistan/Iraq and probably the highest building in the city with magnificent panoramic views. Occupying a whole mountain top with dedicated streets and entrances in an incredibly quiet setting. Rooms on all floors even the lower ones offer great city views, especially at night. The rooms are spacious and equipped with sufficient amenities and the bed is comfortable for a good sleep. The hotel internal lobby design is very unique and gives a feeling of strength and freedom. Daily breakfast is served in a nicely designed and spacious restaurant on the ground floor. Food variety and quality are appropriate for a satisfactory and fulfilling start of the day. There is a well-equipped gym on the H floor with sufficient equipment for regular gym goers, so if you are planning for a relatively long stay then have your gym gear included. Staff was generally helpful and attentive but can make use of more smiles.

My experience at 360 restaurant was extremely disappointing and left me feeling scammed. Despite the beautiful view, the overall service and food quality were far from the standard one would expect from a five-star establishment. Firstly, our ordered dishes were served separately, which hindered our group dining experience and raised concerns about the kitchen's organization. To make matters worse, the chicken wings I ordered were undercooked and raw. Additionally, another chicken dish we ordered arrived uncleaned with feathers still attached. The chicken alfredo we ordered was also served cold, indicating a lack of attention to detail in food preparation. The non-alcoholic mojito we ordered was extremely underwhelming, with an overpowering sourness from the excessive amount of lemon. This level of negligence and inconsistency is simply unacceptable in a high-class restaurant. When we addressed these issues with the staff, they responded dismissively and failed to take proper responsibility. Furthermore, upon receiving the bill, we were shocked to find that a diet soft drink, which was listed for an exorbitant $3, was priced significantly higher than its actual value in regular markets, where it costs less than $0.30. Plus we were charged $4 for them, while it was 3$ on the menu, which show the true nature of their scammy service When we confronted the staff about this discrepancy, they deflected the issue, claiming it was beyond their control and under management's decision. Their lack of transparency and attempt to overcharge customers only added to the sense of being scammed. Overall, I strongly advise against dining at 360 restaurant. Instead of having an enjoyable time and savoring delicious food, you're likely to leave feeling deceived and deeply disappointed. There are far better options available that offer both a pleasing ambiance and satisfactory service.

This was our 3th time here. We had a great time once again. Meals and food are delicious and very nice and clean rooms. The service is very good and this time we meet one of the staff whos name was Malika, he gave us the best service ever👌

One of the best restaurant nad hotels in Sulaymaniyah, to enjoy a delicious steak, complimented by your favourite drink. Atmosphere is relaxed and the staff takes good care of the customers. No wonder I go back all the time to enjoy the rest of the menu.

This review relates to the revolving restaurant only. The view is excellent, the food is quite average, however the service is very poor. The server became aggressive and spiteful when the food was said to need a little more improvement - purposely delaying my main dish until all of our guests have finished eating and moving on to dessert. I went for a meal at this establishment. It was great view from the top. Nice and clean. As we were walking around the hotel. We saw by the canals at the back of the hotels, there were more than 10 dead puppies which looked like they had drowned and floating in the water. This establishment should make amendments to try and make it safe for stray animals. It wasn't pleasant seeing this.

We had a great time there during iftar party given by our department on the occasion of achieving new milestone. Overall I was satisfied with a open buffet which has wide range of food varieties and service was also smooth.

I’m visiting Sulaymaniyah from the United States and the Grand Millennium Hotel was the first recommendation my brother, Nizar Sadiq Wali, put forth. I had high exceptions and I’m glad to say those exceptions were met! The beautiful city view from our hotel room to the wide range of different guest activities (pools, spa, breakfast, sauna, etc) really added to the experience. I will definitely be visiting again! The hotel is very neat and clean, it is amazing to spend your stay there enjoying your vacation with all the facilities available at the hotel and the amazing friendly staff over there. The hotel has two amazing pools; one in an open area with the beautiful view of the garden cafe and the other one is a closed heated pool with a very relaxing atmosphere. There are two amzing restaurants the 360 and the phoenicia restaurants with their delicious food, reasonable prices, and above all the extreme unbelievable service of the great amazing staff over there. The size of the room is very nice and the view of the panoramic suite is tremendous to see the whole Sulaimani. Again and again the best thing over there is the unbelievable amazing staff that is always there for you just to fulfill any of your wishes and just to please you with the great smile and the best service I have ever seen in a hotel. The duty manager Mr. Ameen is very gentle and an amazing person that is just available all time to let you enjoy your stay, I really want to thank him for the great management and the amazing stay the has been provided to me. A true 5-star hotel in quality, service and facilities. By far the best place in Suli to stay, dine or visit for entertainment and the 360 Restaurant needs to be seen. Worth every cent and any time you can spare to enjoy and relax.

A valet received my car as soon as I made my way to the main gate. A porter adamantly dragged along my wife's tiny pink luggage as soon as I cleared the security. After a swift check-in, the porter guided us to the glass elevator which was a jolt of excitement. Curtains were covering our room's massive panoramic windows. It was a bit of a chore to pull them back but the view was well worth it. I think the panoramic is the room to book if you plan to stay here, at least for a night. The city with the bald hills are quite a sight to fall asleep and wake up to. There is not much to complain about, especially at this price point. The room was spotless apart from an empty shampoo bottle clearly visible under the TV stand. It had all the amenities you would expect in a 5 star hotel room. Very limited mini bar but that's the trend now. The toiletry provided had a soothing citrusy smell. The rainfall shower was quite pleasant. I was impressed by the bedside tablet that provided access to room services and controlled all the lights in the room. The room service food and drink items were reasonably priced and quickly delivered within half an hour in the early AMs. Their homemade potato chips are a must try. They had a number of vegetarian options but it could be improved. Call the front desk ahead of time if you need your car, otherwise you might find yourself waiting in the weather for a couple of minutes like I did. I look forward to staying here again and trying out the hotel amenities and bars. I did actually try to make a reservation at one of the restaurants there but they refused to send me the menu. Strange behaviour. A quick way to lose my business and the 8+ others I was dining with.
