From the minute we arrived, the standard of service was amongst the best we’ve experienced in any hotel anywhere ! All members of staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. Valida arranged for a couple of lovely treats for us and our room was upgraded too! The room was perfect, the most comfortable bed and fab shower. We had a delicious meal in the Bistro Swiss which was buzzing with a great atmosphere.

We unfortunately had a short stay at this hotel but if it were possibile I would give it more than 5 stars, that's how impressed we were. Faruk took care of us at every step, took our luggage right to the room and helped us with every request we had. Would highly reccomend! 👍🏻

We stayed three nights on the first leg of our holiday. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was to order and you could sit outside, Valida were very attentive and helpful. There is a good sized swimming pool with beds to one side, and we used the pool on a rare morning off from sightseeing. Everything run smoothly.

The hotel looks fantastic and is conveniently located near the airport. Regrettably, a few staff members exhibit rudeness, diminishing the overall service quality. Particularly, the restaurant staff seemed unwelcoming, and the cleaners were disruptive in the early morning as they were slamming doors which woke us up. Despite comfortable rooms and beds, the negative service experience makes this hotel one to avoid.

Incredible hotel, very modern and sleek. Exceptional amenities but best of all is the treatment and respect you receive from the staff. I want to highlight one particular individual named Berk. Berk went above and beyond to ensure my team and I received phenomenal service. He was very helpful especially considering we only speak English. He was a great communicator and was able to provide some excellent recommendations.

Buse and Osman provided excellent service to me while I dined at the Swiss Bistro. It was a pleasure to dine there. I ended up dining there multiple times! The food was delicious. The hotel overall was very luxurious! Berk was extremely helpful to me as well!

Staff wasn’t very friendly, except for the guy who does parked the car in the morning, who was very helpful and therefore deserved a good tip. The rest of the staff was lukewarm at best. Please also note that if you don’t have a shower cap, you must buy an overpriced one from the hotel in order to use the pool. I ‘m totally OK with having to wear one (as a tourist one needs to adapt to the local culture and rules), but spa staff could have told me when I went there beforehand to ask about the spa, not when I am already there with my swimwear. You also can’t even try on the shower cap that they sell to you and other people used the pool without shower cap. I liked other hotels in the area much more.

Excellent hotel. Very close to the SAW airport and convenient to grab a bite. Excellent service team and great internal/external environment. We booked a linked room and arrived early where the booked room is not yet available. The reception give an upgrade to both rooms to suites and we definitely enjoyed it. For the baby cot provided, they even offered a “turn Down service”. Will come back again.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very beautiful and luxurious hotel. The staff especially were amazing. I want to thank Aykut for his incredible customer service and kindness. Whatever he is being paid, he deserves more. He went out of his way to help us with anything we needed and he made our stay unforgettable and we still remember his name a month later. Worth for every penny spent. Felt welcomed by every staff we met - especially Berk, offered us detailed advice. Plenty of food selections during breakfast too. Best stay in our 9 days trip across Turkey! Highly recommended.

This is one of the best, if not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is really kind and helpful. From the front desk, to the housekeepers, to the kitchen staff, they have been very accommodating of all my needs. The rooms are very nice and clean and you’re pretty much guaranteed a good nights rest. This hotel is located around various restaurants and shopping centers for one’s convenience. Safe in the breakfast area was extremely attentive and made sure i always had the best meal every time.

This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve been too !! Twice I've stopped here and i will definitely be returning next year !!The manager is the nicest girl, she name is Valida ever and was so accommodating to us all. She remembered us all from a previous visit and had no trouble is offering us rooms ! The rooms are the nicest I've ever stayed in and the view was amazing from my room ! The cleanliness is out of this world... The location is amazing with only a 3 mins from the airport.

A super place to stay. The best bed and best pillows I have ever slept in. Absolute comfort. Beautiful decor, pleasing on the eye. The fridge contained a variety of drinks, chocolate, nuts etc all at fair prices. Beware of the lift doors closing to quickly, twice they caused bruising to my daughter who was recovering from surgery! The restaurants menu was simply lovely. And don't miss the breakfast experience, it was absolutely awesome.!

I stayed for few weeks in this hotel and I really like it. From the moment I arrived at reception Onur gave me very nice impression of hospitality here in hotel. He ask about my room preference and try his best to find room that I like and assist me with everything else. Hotel rooms are very clean and new but they are small. Breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices. Gym and spa is great. Location is good there is a lot of restaurants and shops around and hotel is just around 5 min away from airport.

It looks like a palace but is run like a youth hostel. The splendid lobby is really impressive with all beautiful features. When you get to the rooms, it‘s feels rather squeezed but still brand new and functioning well. The quality of service is disappointing, especially in the restaurants it feels rather like a cheep all inclusive resort. Waiters don’t remove empty dishes and close the breakfast buffet 15min in advance before throwing you out of the restaurant. Furthermore, if you ask for a Turkish coffee or cappuccino, they ask you 2$ extra, knowing the the overnight stay costs a few hundred. This hotel doesn’t fulfill Mövempick standards!

I was most impressed by the housekeeping staff at this hotel. I came across many as I came and went and I was always met with a friendly greeting and a smile. I had a nice room. The sinks and shower drained properly. Good linens and comfortable bed. Staffs were amazing many thanks to Valida and Emin

Very good service especially at breakfast. I’d like to thank Ines (waiter) for his attentiveness and care. Special mention also to Baki from reception area for his attentiveness and checking in with us. Make sure you get a massage as well! The Bali Girls down in the health area were incredible! Great stay!

We visited for 2 nights, the staff are welcoming and efficient. Special thanks to Valida and Gorkem. We had a suite room which was large, clean and luxury. The hotel is convenient for shopping center with most things in walking distance. The gym us well equipped. Breakfast is very tasty. We cannot wait to go back.

Engin (the trainee) at breakfast was extremely nice, helpful, and attentive. He was kept checking if we needed anything else (even though breakfast was a buffet style). We also noticed that he was doing the same for all of the guest and was not waiting for people to ask something or tell him what to do. He is a great employee and you should definitely keep him!

Exceeded my expectations! Definitely a luxury hotel judging by all parameters. I especially enjoyed the brand new fitness gym, swimming pool and sauna, totally awesome. Only reasons I don’t give it 5 stars is the issue I had with getting back some food items I had requested to be stored in a refrigerator. I had to wait 15 minutes while the hotel staff is unable to find my package and bringing me packages belonging to other hotel guests…almost missed my flight alas it was finally resolved

I had a great time during my stay here .despite the initial check in process where I found the First Lady a bit rude( I don’t remember her name) aside from all that every other staff I’ve encountered was very friendly and polite. Front desk took care of every request that was asked , from refilling waters to grooming kits. Breakfast was also very pleasant and enjoyable. Huseyin, a young man in the restaurant was very helpful and was always on standby to get whatever we needed, very charming young man. Will definitely stay here again

Great hotel, I highly recommend it. We were placed here by Turkish Airlines for missing our flight. The hotel is extremely clean and their services is impeccable. We had an amazing lunch and our waiter Ibrahim was extremely professional and kind! He hosted us with a delicious Turkish coffee too. Thank you .

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Everyone has been friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is incredible! So many options and everything is delicious -- it's honestly hard to decide which food to eat because it's all too good. HiLAL made our breakfast experience even more wonderful by being so helpful and accommodating with seating, getting our food to the table, and making sure we enjoyed our meal (we have a rambunctious toddler, so we appreciate all the help we can get!!). Room service is super fast. The rooms and bathrooms are clean with plenty of space. The beds and pillows are very comfy! The hotel even brought a pack-and-play crib into our room for our son. I absolutely recommend staying here! :)

The whole experience while staying here was great. Staff was very attentive to your needs. Amenities are amazing. Just like the pictures. As an architect I really appreciated the details within the interiors. Particularly I want to point out a staff member that always greeted with a smile and eagerness to help. GoRKEM was fantastic and should be used an example. She has good energy, soft spoken, and always smiling which are all qualities needed in the hospitality industry.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and elegant. The breakfast had an amazing variety of foods. We were welcomed and helped by very polite staff who responded quickly to our questions and concerns. Thank you Valida and Faruk. We were at the hotel for only one night. We had some difficulty figuring out the lights in the room, but with enough trial and error we figured it out. The rooms are very spacious with high quality mattresses, linens and toiletries. We had a very good night’s sleep and we’re well fed.
