I cannot pass without commenting, it would be disrespectful to the effort. I stayed for 1 week, everything from the cleanliness of the room to the attention was very nice. I recommend that you stay here, even for one day, without the hassle of changing cities and going far away to look for good service in ultra-luxury hotels. Respect is very important. I personally witness that it is a place that provides a good service that makes you feel that respect. Thank you. It is necessary to mention the positive aspects and also the negative ones in order for them to improve themselves. But to be honest, I did not experience a single negative or disruption, despite their hard work, all my requests were met and taken care of in a short time. 🙏

Çok güzel, tertemiz, hijyenik bir ortamı var. Girişten itibaren hizmetin kalitesini görebilirsiniz. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi odada hiçbir eksik yoktu gayet nezih bir yer. Arayınca da gayet güzel ilgileniyorlar her şey kusursuzdu bize göre. Bundan sonra tercihimiz city nighttan yana.

İstanbul gibi konaklamaya çok ihtiyac duyulan ayrıca sirkülasyonun ultra olduğu bu metropolde böylesine hijyene ve konfora önem verilen nadir mekanlardan bir tanesi. İlgili ve güler yüzlü personelde misafirler için gayet pozitif. Kesinlikle ve şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

You can choose the hotel for location and interest. There are friendly and helpful staff, but since the hotel does not have a heating center, I cannot recommend it in winter. There is an extra charge for breakfast, and there are stairs to get in and out of the room.

I was left with a disgusting impression after this hotel!!! the rooms are smoky, the shower is broken, the windows don’t close and the hotel has no heating and is very cold! Photos on the Internet do not correspond to reality, the reception greets you with a red carpet and leather sofas, that’s where the beauty of the hotel ends, there is no sound insulation! The hotel staff does not speak English, it was generally a shock, as in the hotel business, where there are a lot of tourists, the staff does not know the language! There is no breakfast here, if you want, pay separately 15 € and they will bring you 1 plate with an egg, a couple of pieces of cheese and an olive to your room, that’s all!! We ordered breakfast for 8 in the morning, since there was a road ahead and we had to catch a plane, but it was delayed until 9, when we went down to the floor at 9, gathered down at the reception, we were told that the delivery man was delayed and would arrive (that’s all through a translator on the phone) we explained that we did not have time to stay longer, to which we were told then leave, no one will return your money or wait. The delivery person was a woman from the next door, who apparently prepared this breakfast at home and brought it! We changed our room 3 times because everything was smoky, we were with a child, we asked them to close the window (it was broken), they gave us a room with a broken shower, but we were sent away so much that we no longer began to swear! It was noisy at night All the reviews written above are not true, they were bought!!! 4 stars for the hotel is absolutely not true!!!!

It is one of the rare nice hotels that I can recommend in the surrounding area. The staff are very friendly, especially Ms. Hanife and Mr. Berk, thank you for their interest. None of our requests were turned down. The house keeping was really attentive and friendly. If I remember correctly, her name was Sevgi. We will be pleased to direct our guests to this hotel.

It's a nice, clean, wonderful hotel where you can stay with peace of mind. I was very satisfied. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much to all the employees and the owner of the business for their attention.

Odalar geniş ferah temiz kaldım odada klima yoktu gece soğuk oldu baya klima yerine ufak ısıtıcı vardı oda 1saat çalısıp kapandı buz tabak çatal gibi şeyler yok alıp gitmenizi öneririm klimada gelirse şahane bi yer olur
