Restaurant 1/5 stars. Worst food, services, and price in all of Turkey. Room 1/5. Clean. But no AC and it takes 10 minutes to reach the lobby from the 4th floor with two separate elevators. Commute to airport gate 1hr = 10min room to lobby, 10min walk to 1st security, 10min thru security, 10min bag check, 10min 2nd security, & 10min to gate.

We stayed in a Deluxe Double - Special Class room, not sure whether this is any different from all the other rooms they have, but it was superb! The room was very spacious and clean. All the amenities worked very well. If you do not have many heavy luggage to lug, you can easily walk from the hotel to the terminal. Otherwise, they provide a free shuttle every 30 minutes. We took the shuttle at 06:00 am and reached the terminal within 3 minutes. The best place to stay near the airport. Check-in was fast and efficiently done too. Highly recommended!

I put 3 stars only because the room was nice and very comfortable, but the explanation for found the hotel was orribile, when finally arrived in, i was very tired, in the reception give me a key for the number 4XX… i was looking 20 minutes around the second floor for the room, no indication, nothing, I came in back to the reception and I asked to bring me in the room…. I sleep just 6 hours…. Orribile.

Place was tidy and clean, the room upon arrival was on the hot side (27 degrees Celsius) however the AC works, it's quiet (no noise from AC or planes) The bed is really big, it's about 2.10 in length and 180 in width, also very comfortable. I would have to say that given the price of the rooms the hotel could provide for toiletries like soaps, small shampoo and hair conditioner, instead there's a dispenser with a 2 in 1 concoction which I'm never a fan of as it doesn't do a good job for hair nor body. The departures is quite literally 4 minutes walk from the hotel so it's very practical. If you have an early departure and need to stay close to the airport then it's a no brainer

If I could give a negative star, I would. Hotel staff extremely rude. I called to dispute incorrect charges and they hung up on me 4 times just to not deal with it. They will charge additional fees for NOTHING and when you try to dispute it, they will hang up on you and not return your calls. You are then left with fees that are not valid. Be careful booking and putting your card information with this hotel. Book anywhere else.

We arrived at the hotel for one night, they welcomed us warmly. The room was clean and tidy. We were wondering if it was possible to get kosher food nearby and they didn't understand what we were talking about. Overall a perfectly fine hotel

Great location just 5 mins walking distance from the airport (once got out of the airport turn left and you'll see the block at a not far distance). The walk to the hotel is safe. Clean and spacious room (even has slippers).

Very nice hotel. I would say it's the best option at the airport territory. They didn't provide a double bed as I requested (twin only (() But the rooms are clean and modern. Transportation is a key pros. You can take as taxi, as havaust bus, as metro! 45 min to kadikoy.

3min walking distance from the airport, the service is good! Check in can be done anytime, the breakfast was good (not included), but the price is a little increased taking the location and rooms into consideration. Still a nice place to stay the night after or before your travel

Very friendly staff. Good for long step over. It’s located very close to the airport, but if you have a big luggage or a baby like in my case, you can call the transfer from column number N2. Big thanks for that.

Great location as it’s pretty much attached to the airport and only a 5 min walk. Staff was not friendly whatsoever and actually somewhat rude. Overall the room served its purpose as a quick stop to to just rest in between flights. Based on the convenience of its location alone, I would definitely stay here again.

It is really practical if you have to wait between your flights. After check- in, you can use the metro which is just 20 meters far from the hotel, to go to the city center. The staff is very professional and the rooms are clean.

Very comfortable bed, has smart tv, easy room service options. The room is clean and modern and the hotel is right next to the airport (it is a 5 min walk, but they also offer a shuttle service)

Location is perfect! But our room was so hard to find, we had to use 2 different elevators to get us to the room. Airport shuttle is very helpful, staff was not so attentive to help us to get us to the room and bring the suitcases

It's a typical hotel used by travelers. So, it's good just to sleep one night before taking flight. The continental breakfast is very good

Be careful! Scammers work at the hotel. I asked to call a taxi, the receptionist said the hotel has a shuttle, it costs 85 euros, a taxi 60, but you will have to pay 25 euros for the toll road. Now I'm in this shuttle and the driver is extorting another 25 euros from me for the toll. He yells at me to give him the money. He threatens he will take me on a long road that will take 3 hours… that receptionist didn’t even give me the check, I was worried and forgot to ask. He is a man with glasses, I think he just put this money in his pocket. Hotel management please check this guy and shuttle’s driver. I stayed at the hotel on November 30.

Tiny rooms, great location. No coffee machine working at breakfast was a let down as we had to go buy coffee at the airport....

Great service by the staff. We had notified them that we had requested a baby bed, which they forgot to set up. With no issue, this bed was set up in literally 5 minutes after my request at the front desk. Thanks

Typical airport hotel. If you need to stay overnight at ISG airport, this is the best option. Clean rooms, very quiet, walking distance to the airport. But nothing more. Location is far from the city and definitely nobody can travel back and forth even couple of days.

Nice hotel. I stopped twice, I was satisfied. There is a shuttle service every 20 minutes. The rooms are large and clean. The room has everything you need: bathroom accessories, a kettle and a set with tea and coffee, TV in different languages. Wi - Fi works well . There is a restaurant for lunch and dinner on the menu and a bar. Buffet breakfast is usually included in the price and starts at 4:30. The staff is friendly.

One of the nicest beds we have ever experienced. It is now possible to walk to the hotel though you must carry your cases up or down a small flight of stairs. We did it with ease and my case is 25kg. You can visit the airport to get a meal, though you have to go through security which is easy without bags, mostly it is airport food but on the far side of the airport from the hotel there is a pide place which makes perfect pide at normal prices

Everything was alright apart from transfer, which is a bit bizarre, but it is a temporary arrangement due to the airport metro station construction works. My room was spacious and clean. Staff was efficient, polite and very helpful.

Nice, clean and peaceful place for staying with family and friends. The most important advantage of this hotel is being too close to Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, 7 minutes of walking distance.

Room very clean and modern. Service inside hotel is ok. Shuttle service is to improve. One shuttle every 30 minute I think is not enough for an airport hotel. My suggestion, for people that have not walking problems, is to reacj structures by feet. Is really 3 4 minuts of walking. You have to reach column 1 and take the stair down. Hotel is in front. We didn't know that was so simple and wait 25 minutes

In walking distance from the airport. There were no duvets in the room, just some thin sheets. Booked this hotel to get a proper sleep between flights. Sadly, it’s the exact thing the hotel has failed to provide.

Walking distance to airport, literally 5 minutes away. Clean modern and large rooms. Quiet. Very decent breakfast. Totally served the purpose: overnight stay in between planes.

Great location, obviously. But, the restaurant staff are sleepwalking during the shift. I waited 45 minutes for dinner, there were only another couple in the restaurant when I ordered and they had already eaten. Three sheets of toilet paper is also not good enough. Just prepare the rooms. Haven mentioned that other staff around the premises were very service minded and the rooms are excellent. The inner garden/outdoor area is unfortunately turns in to a chimney (heavy smoking) so for non smokers you have to get fresh air at the parking lot….among smokers. Anyhow, if you have an early flight, it’s recommended to book a stay here to avoid getting stuck in traffic.

Pretty rude service, missing duvet and bedsheets, dirty corridors, broken lamps. I don’t know how do you set the star rating but that ain’t no 4 stars on my standard. It’s a very convenient location and comfortable room. That is it.

Very close to the airport and underground, clean and fully-equipped room, tasty breakfast, from 5 am as I remember. But the service and people on the reception can work better, they can't explain that the breakfast isn't included, and I wasted time in the morning to figure it out and to pay.

This best thing about an old and bad SAW is this hotel. Very good service coupled with fair prices and free regular shuttle bus to the airport. Rooms are spacious and the room service is fast.

A suitable hotel to an connection overnight flight. Very close to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. A free shuttle service available.

Best hotel for value for money. Very large rooms, quiet, comfortable with large bathroom too. Price is a steal considering it's basically inside the terminal. The only drawback is that connection to the terminal requires a shuttle every 20 min by bus. Distance is short and it could be feasible on foot.

Excellent service very friendly helpful at reception and restaurants apart from they'd try to give me single room when I booked and paid for double when I complained reception said no duoble room but it was sorted out very quickly other wise it was excellent.
